Beach view was amazing! We stayed in a double queen split and it was everything we needed! It's not a expensive place and we didn't want overly fancy and it was perfect. Could have gone without the Karen's who were staying there complaining about some of the guests around us smoking the occasional adult products. I'm in long term recovery and sometimes you have to just let people have their vacations without making it about you. Everyone was on their balconies and caught a moment of a small smell and at 3am the hotel was sending out a text about it. However the hotel was nice and cheap compared to others and the view was perfect and the beach was so close and beautiful! Also not crowded beach area! We saw dolphins 2 of the mornings we were there! Also housekeeping was so incredibly nice! Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful and easy access to the beach! Parking could be a problem at the property, but a lot is across the street. My room was clean, but when I arrive bagged garbage was sitting outside the room at 4:30 p.m. and the Waste Can was overflowing with thrash. No hair dryers were provided so folks need to know to bring their own. No hand or bar soaps in our room, but the front desk was glad to give us some. The dispensers in the bathroom were empty for shampoo, conditioner, body wash. There should be a lead cleaning person who checks the rooms out to make sure things are good for the next guests. This was in the off season.

Shame in expedia for not having the real reviews . This place is run down . There's no pride in having this building maximizing the advantage of the placement on the beach. Roaches. Tissues stuffed in the old outlets in the walls. Stuffed tissues around a sprinkler head with cob webs, white substance on the curtains. One would hope it's paint. Old mattresses got those springs popping out. Kitchen faucet came off. Absolutely crazy to price it around 300 a night. Rip off. Asked to speak to that management multiple times with no success. This place better off being knocked down and replaced with an outhouse.

Upon arrival a wet dirty towel was left hanging on back of bathroom door. NO toilet paper in room, and told had to come get from front desk! Half drank coke bottle was left under bed spilled all over the floor! Bed sheets were wet! Was told ONLY allowed 2 towels for room, and had to bring used towesl and exchange for clean ones!

Only positive of the entire place/stay is the location!!!

Front desk worker used excuse as “spring break ppl”, which is no excuse to arrive to a disgusting room that paying for!

Our room had no shower curtain. We came in sandy from the beach and had to shower without a curtain. The stovetop was not clean. It clearly had not been wiped down. There were roaches in the kitchen. I told the staff, and they just said they’d tell the manager. I got video of the roach and pictures of the no shower curtain and dirty kitchen. I’ll be sharing these in a review since no one from the hotel wants to address this or make it right.

Very clean room, huge kitchen in the Emerald suite that we had large balcony was really wonderful, huge living room, etc. Front desk was wonderful staffed. I’m sorry I do not remember the wonderful lady that helped us but she was so awesome on the phone and checking people and I cannot recommend her more. I believe she’s been working there for many years beautiful brunette, a great smile.
It’s a very private beach away from the strip, which is what we wanted did not want to be with all the tourist but if you’re looking for that and to be within walking distance or whatever maybe this wouldn’t be your place but if you’re looking for a family friendly place that’s very private. This is the best place in Panama City Beach for sure gret bye prices are wonderful at the hotel for what you get. It’s very good and people say it’s older yes it is older. Most places in Panama City Beach are older goes without saying if you’ve ever stayed here it’s not the Ritz Carlton but nothing in Panama City Beach is the Ritz Carlton but as far as everything else is awesome can’t recommend it more. The only thing is yes parking lot is small. You can park across the street but if you’re driving like huge SUVs is a little difficult but you can handle it. That’s the worst thing I can say and that’s not a bad thing to make your reservations now make a payment and the rates are very very reasonable.

The ocean view from the balcony was great! The bed was a bit hard but had no problem sleeping. The elevator needs to be upgraded. I would stay there again but would ask for a 1st or 2nd floor to avoid the elevator.

Yes it was obstructed by trees. They locked us out of our room at 8:20 am when we was trying to get our things so we could leave. Check out time is supposed to b at 10am. Check in was misery We had to sit and wait until the room was ready. We waited over 3 hours. They also charged us more at check in They said it was because we went through you Another $100 we did not count on. So we will never go back there again. We use to stay there every year. NEVER AGAIN

Beautiful rooms on the beach front.
The rooms of appeared clean, however we saw about 50 or 60 roaches in our room during our stay. Yeah where did the housekeeping manager and she said she could send someone over the next day to spray for roaches. No one ever came.. overall the staff was very nice but hard to be a truly enjoyable stay while sharing a room with that many roaches, that we could see. The old saying goes if you see one roach there are thousands!

My room was very clean and I enjoyed my stay. I love that the view that you see in pictures is actually what you get (the view was unobstructed; no other hotel was in the way on either side). I liked that the pool was heated so it could still be enjoyed in the off season and I liked that the pool was open later in the evening.

We use to love this place. Unfortunately the last 10 times they will now they turn your room card of every night and if u go out in morning for breakfast or beach any morning you need to prop door open or not leave You are locked out. And have to wait in line in lobby each morning and wait for someone to let you in. Now you have a family and have to make multiple trips to get front desk to send someone to unlock room while you pack. It’s a mess. Oh and the elevator is another story.

The location of the property was ideal, a beautiful view of the beach. The property however wasn’t ideal. I do not feel that Expedia accurately reflected the property online, from the lack of cleanliness of the rooms, the lack of cleanliness of the breezeway down to the elevator barely functioning. Even the front of the building wasn’t clean when you first pull into the parking lot.

The highlight of me visiting this property was Taylor. Though I chose not to stay at this property due to what was stated above, Taylor was an absolute delight. Very professional, thoughtful and accommodating.

I booked the room on a Friday evening and per Expedia’s policy, a refund can’t be granted within 24 hours of check-in. I booked the room within 24 hours of check-in. I arrived Saturday.

I contacted Expedia immediately, about the inaccuracy of the pictures on the website and was denied a refund. I also asked to speak with a manager to possibly assist with resolving my issue and per April, the Expedia representative that was assisting me and that didn’t place either. I later found out that this is a very common practice with 1 in 3 reservations having this exact issue and losing funds due to this. For this reason I will no longer be using Expedia to book any of my travel needs.

Room is dated but clean. The ocean view compensates for the lack of luxury offered by this hotel. If your looking for a fairly priced, quiet, far from the buzzle of touristy accommodations, this should be worth every hard-earned penny. No free breakfast but there is free flowing coffee all day long. Spare one late afternoon in your patio for the sunset, it's just gorgeous; do not ever miss it.
Our stay was fine, no complaints but I noticed there was an ironing board but no iron, you have to ask for it from the front desk. It’s all good but not perfect, so 4 stars.

Yes the room feels neglected! I have 2 remote controls for the tv. One doesn't work and one has tape for the back. Witch doesn't work unless I hold the remote upside-down and press on the keys. The deadbolt lock doesn't work even after maintenance coming up to half ass fix it lastnight!! It still doesn't work; and when you are traveling alone you want to feel safe! I tried to call front desk tonight to get a replacement remote so I could enjoy the tv on my LAST night here and no one answered!!The coffee maker doesn't work. The water just sits and doesn't drain. Thank goodness I know to run water thru before using it. There is a bug floating in the water; the water that would not drain. A whole pot!! The beds are hard as a rock!! Front desk lady is very friendly and good at her job. Parking is awful. I think workers park where guests are supposed to park tho.Great view and outside seems to be clean. BULL CRAP THAT YOU CAN'T FLIP THRU THE CHANNELS ON THE TV WITHOUT 2 HANDS , BECAUSE THE REMOTE HAS NO BACK!! JUST CRAPPY TAPE THAT DOESN'T HOLD!! This place was horrible! I booked through hotels.com paid on here but when I got to the hotel the lady told me I had to pay a 50.00 deposit per day which the room per night wasn’t even 50.00 so I paid. We went to login to the WiFi and didn’t have a password so I went to front desk to ask the lady what it was she rambled it off really fast and I had to have her repeat it again by the way she was rude from the get go after having her repeat it another lady (Really nice one) gave me a piece of paper with it printed on there why I wasn’t give this at check in was beyond me. We went back to the room and we just did not feel safe so we left we will never go back. I booked it for 4 nights and didn’t even make it hours. The pictures on here are not what we got. I got my deposit back I didn’t even try to get my money back I just didn’t even care after the rudeness I was just done

We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was okay—nothing fancy, a bit old, but perfectly fine for a comfortable stay. It’s definitely a budget-friendly option, which we appreciated. The highlight of our trip was the beautiful sea view, which truly made the stay worthwhile.

The only downside was the check-in and check-out times. Check-in at 4:00 PM feels too late, and check-out at 10:00 AM is a bit too early, especially for guests who want to enjoy the beach. Because of this, I would recommend booking at least two nights to make the most of your visit.

Overall, it’s a good place for the price, especially if you’re looking for a great view and a relaxing beach experience.

All of the staff was wonderful. What I did not like is the general care of the property inside and out. Outside, lots of trash. Absolutely no attention to landscaping. Garbage instead.
Inside the room, painters tape held the moldy and dirty vinyl edging in place. There were lots of outlets but less than half worked. The tub takes forever to drain which makes for a uncomfortable, icky shower. The ceiling tiles especially in the bathroom are moldy. Many dents and scratches in most of the walls. The wooden walkway to the beach is falling apart. Very scary to walk on. The windows are absolutely filthy inside and out. If it wasn't so beautiful being right on the beach I would've considered leaving.

Older motel that is very clean and is currently being remodeled. We were skeptical when we booked but it was well worth it and clean and only will be getting better. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Some of the nicest I have met in PCB (and I have been going for over 40 years). Very pleased with the property and look forward to going back.

This place was super natsy.They said they were recently renovated,i cant tell.We had sand in all our beds.Holes in the ceiling of the bathroom with water marks and what looked like mold.We were on the 3rd floor,there was no way to lock the balcony,our kids are older so it wasn't too much of a concern but if you have small kids just pass on this one..also the day before we checked in i received a notice that the elevator was broken.It never got fixed and there was no other way to reach other floors,so if you are wheelchair or scooter dependent this is not for you.we never seen housekeeping,we constantly had to go to the front desk for things we needed.Why because they never answered the phone...they seemed to have a problem with asking for clean towels and washcloth which is the only thing we asked for.But it was always a problem..Also*** They charged me an extra $170 and plus resort fee,i knew about the resort fee but not the extra night,it was refunded to me but it was an unexpected $200plus dollars that took away from the budget.and EXPEDIA QUOTED ME $117 PER NIGHT ON THE HOTEL WEBSITE THE WEEK WE STAYED WAS $63 PER NIGHT.I will never ever stay here again.

They found a room in the building that had a working elevator but it wasn’t the layout we booked. The room was fine but the ac was only in one room. One room was nice and cool while the other one was hot. The beach view was beautiful and access to the beach was super easy! The rooms were a little run down but fairly clean.

Parking lot small, extra parking across street.Working on elevator. Ac was holding water you could hear it but still worked. Walkout on patio to ramp beautiful views. The only thing about having walkout, there is a sliding glass door to patio that you can not lock when leaving to beach area from outside. You have to either lock inside and walk around or have one outside waiting on patio and other inside to lock door and walk around. Hate that. If you are going to have a walkout it should be where you can walkout and lock the door as well. So frustrating to know and had to walk around. Kitchen was nice, beds too hard for me but that's just my opinion, Bathroom was clean. PUT LOCKS ON WALKOUT to beach doors. Staff was nice but also messed up deposit n resort fees. Got over charged deposit and couldn't give money back since it was in pending until after checkout so it took some of our trip funds as it was our daughters wedding weekend on budget. Get home next day went out of pending, three days later they charged us the resort fee $14.98 per night supposedly only stay 3 nights but got charged more.Will be calling. But overall is was nice area end of building directly in front of gazebo and entrance to beach ramp.

I was very disappointed in my stay. The elevator was out for at least 24 hours on the day we checked out and nobody had any answers as to how long it would be out. I had my elderly sister with me and we were on the 4th floor. Couldn’t even go down to the beach our last day there as she couldn’t do the stairs. Our air condition went out that night also and maintenance had to come at 10:00 at night to fix it.
The day we checked out we had to do the stairs and we both ended up on heating pads the next day for our backs

I know things happen but when there is only one elevator it seems like the repair shouldn’t have taken that long as it affected in a negative way our whole trip. We won’t stay there again

The air was not cold enough. The coffee pot had to be replaced 2 times. It still was crappy. We had a lawn chair stolen. There were only2 trollys to bring your luggage up and 1 of them was broke. The beach was not well maintained. The balcony could not be used because the return on air blew hot air on you. I would not stay here again. Not enough parking. Tear it down and start over
