The manager and the girl who checked us in they’re very polite and nice, the next day was a girl she had like a pink hair. I asked her for a hand soap and she said it’s not mandatory to have a hand soap in the bathrooms. 🤔🤔 and not only that the shower curtains had mold. They never been changed , and I feel even the sheets were never changed and good thing. I have my own sheets and blankets and cleaning products , and going back to the soap That was kind of odd and weird cause every hotel have hand soaps in the bathroom bathrooms ,, at the checkout I told the manager and she was very nice. She didn’t find me a hand soap to take it with us, but she promised she was gonna give us some refund and I haven’t seen it yet.. I feel she didn’t keep her promise and not happy about that either..

The property location was good. There were No spoons in the kitchen draw. No Sugar in the room for the coffee or tea. I went downstairs to ask for sugar, I was told, sugar isn’t put in the rooms and the Manager had the key for the sugar. :( What!!!!
No tissues in the bathroom, the pillows were too soft, very uncomfortable on my neck. No breakfast of any kind!! :(. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

I would recommend avoiding booking this hotel through Expedia. The room listing on Expedia was incorrect, and when we checked in, we discovered our room didn’t have enough beds for our family. The hotel acknowledged that the Expedia listing was wrong, but their response was essentially that it wasn’t their problem.

The staff was polite, but there was very little effort to help us find a reasonable solution. I wasn’t expecting a free room or a handout. I simply asked if they could offer us a discounted rate on a second room since we had booked based on incorrect information. Instead, we were told we could book another room at full price. They were out of double bed rooms but mentioned they still had 15 king beds available.

As a result, we had to cancel our stay, find another hotel at the last minute, and spend about more than we had planned. Ironically, if the hotel had worked with us on the price of a second room, they would have kept our business and earned additional profit. Instead, they lost our business altogether.

The most disappointing part was that the hotel admitted they were aware the Expedia listing was inaccurate, yet it didn’t seem like much had been done to correct it. Based on that conversation, it sounded like this may not have been the first time it had happened.

If you book here, I would strongly recommend calling the hotel directly to verify the room details before you arrive.

This is an okay property, we were on the 3rd floor which had a funky smell from the moment you go off the elevator, and the hall carpet was littered with debris. I had to ask for our room to be mopped when we arrived it was sticky and had dirt and beads spilled all over. Our room had a kitchen with a large refrigerator and a cook top. The underneath cabinet was broken off exposing the pipe and there was a medicine cup in the drain that clogged the sink. The drain in the shower was broken. The beds were terrible, so low to the ground you basically slept on the floor. The mattress was sunk in and the pillows had little to no stuffing. The pool was clean, they have a BBQ area with 2 grills, we did not use but a nice option to have.We were told to put our towels in the hall in the basket they provided in order to get more towels, we did so and the basket was taken and no towels left so we had to go to the desk every day to get more towels and TP. I would consider staying here again based on the price and the fact I did not see any bugs or critters!

Staff was accommodating at check-in. However, we left and came back and two of the staff were hanging out behind the building near the side door whispering and behaving unusual. Which made us uncomfortable. When we got into our room it looked good but it took a while to figure out that none of the light switches work until you push the one that looks like a motion detector. The floor was either mopped with a dirty mop, or not mopped at all. Once we got to bed, the upstairs neighbors either were moving all the furniture or practicing some dance moves for several hours. We got no sleep and had an early flight. We won't ever go back there. I was misled by good reviews. Nope and nope.

I went for a solo trip to Panama City Beach for the weekend, I booked the weekend here and overall it was great. The staff was nice and helpful, parking was very convenient, amenities was really good. The room was great, but my only concern was it was hair on floor in the bathroom before I came to stay from a previous guest. Overall, my stay was wonderful. I had no problems. I'll definitely book here again.

We stayed for a quick weekend trip. Let me just get right to it….Our room had a full trash can filled with trash from previous guest. The floor was completely disgusting with sand all over the room. Saturday morning when we left to go out for the day I stopped by the front desk and asked for our room to at least be swept and mopped, that did not happen. Our room only came with 2 towels and Sunday morning I asked for more towels and none were available. We did talk to another guest in the elevator that had been there almost a week and had no issues with their room.

This is an awesome hotel. It has a full size refrigerator dishwasher and two burner glass top stove. (Kitchenette) beds are very comfortable. Only thing I was a bit disappointed with was the fact that there is no way you can walk to the beach in the amount of time on the hotels.com website. You would have to cross a major 4 lane highway and when I got to the other side I did not see a walking path at all. So I drove and it was over a half a mile drive. I don’t know about you but no way I coulda walk that. I Would drop over from the heat alone. We Only stayed two nights. First night someone was cooking something really awful smelling and it somehow seeped into our room keeping me from sleeping. Second night the people over me sounded like they were building something or moving furniture. So I didn’t get a lot of quality sleep the two nights I was there sorry to say. I would probably stay here again though. It is a great value for the price.

Sheets had hair and sand all in them. Stains. I don’t believe they were new sheets as they had no rooms at 4:30 for check in. Floor wasn’t clean. Sand all over the counters. Trash under the bed. When I asked staff I was given two sets of sheets to change myself. I’ve contacted the hotel and Expedia did too and no response.

This was a bit of a struggle for us. While the property is newer, it’s still a Choice hotel. The room was spacious but it lacked any extras. No extra blankets, pillows and zero soap. When we asked the front desk about it, they said soap was not standard at this hotel. The staff was also not well trained and not very friendly. Took almost 20 minutes to check in with no one else waiting. And the rooms had hardwood flooring so you could hear every step from the floor above. There was also a huge dead roach in the hall all 3 days we were there. I don’t think I’d return to this property. On the plus side, ice maker in the room and the rest of the hotel looked clean, including the parking lot.

Spacious hotel rooms and comfortable beds. The hallways smelled a little odd, but this is likely because you can cook in some of the rooms / some rooms have stovetops. You can't really control what someone is cooking! They have laundry facilities onsite as well and while I did not use them, they looked clean. The fitness center was very clean as well and they even had a Peloton bike. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful new hotel. It was clean, comfortable and nice location. My only issue and it wouldn't have been one if a simple fix would've made a ratings difference. After going to the room, everything was nice and clean. The TV didn't seem to work right. Housekeeping was outside the room. She came in to check and couldn't get it to work. She went to another room and the TV worked there, so it was my particular room that didn't work. She told me to call the front desk and she what they can do. I called and it just rung with no answer. I decided to go downstairs and inform her. I let the woman who checked me in the TV issue. She said we could either get maintenance to fix which would be the next day or be switched to another room. I chose another room hoping it would be same floor because we had a lot of luggage. She even said she would help move us to another room. I went back upstairs, packed up and waited. Forty minutes passed and no word. My wife called because I was already frustrated. She told my wife she was on the way. Ten more minutes later another young lady was sent upstairs. I thought the woman was gonna help, she sent up her help, which didn't help but I ain't upset with her but the woman who checked us in. I brought the old room back downstairs and the woman wasn't there. I avoided going downstairs for the next couple of days because I didn't want to lose my cool since I was on vacation. When we left, I dropped my key off and left. Very bad customer service.
