I checked into my room at a late time past dusk and had to rush and get dressed for an event but upon my arrival there were someone else belongings still in the room including their toiletries set up in the bathroom, toothbrush flatirons etc . There was dirty linen in the bathroom as well as a wrapper from toilet paper behind the toilet. I went to front desk before heading out for my event they lady at the front desk said she would handle it. I thought they were going to go in and clean or give a different room but they only removed the items. When i expressed concerns about cross contamination between the previous guest in the room and how I would like a new room they told me they had none available and said they only have house keeping on certain days.. I had a 7am flight and couldn’t make any other reservation near the airport it was the worse and most unbelievable experience I’ve ever had at a hotel and honestly I would like my money back

Contrary to its name B&B Hotel, this hotel does not offer breakfast. There isn't even a coffee maker in the room. We were unable to make coffee or hot water for tea because there was no glass or cup to hold hot water. Several towels were very worn and stained.

Will not return. Booked 2 rooms and ended up with the other person I was traveling with unable to make it due to issues at the airport. Both rooms were booked for 2 days and they wouldn't refund the one room even though it was cancelled ahead of when it was reserved. Then when I finally arrived the day after scheduled, I got a room that didn't even have blankets. I spoke to the staff about it and they said they dont have any more blankets, so I can just switch my room to the other one I paid for.. After waiting 40 mins at the airport shuttle area and no shuttle coming for this hotel, i took a taxi.
When i got to the hotel they asked if I wanted them to have a taxi come for my way to the airport the next day and said it is $25. I asked where the shuttle is rhat the site says comes with the hotel. Staffs response was :I don't know what site say that, we have no shuttle.\" I let them know I just paid $20 for a taxi so I will just call them for the morning. Again; wont be back.

Got stuck in the elevator the first night. It was jumping and the door wouldn't open. I rang the alarm and nothing. Nobody came to check. The door finally opened and i went to call the front desk and the hotel number wasn't working . The phone in the room wasn't connected to even call the front desk and let them know. When i called reservations, they kept giving me the same non working number. When i mentioned it the next day at the front desk, the guy there said \" Oh, that's the first time I've heard this\" like i was crazy or making it up. A simple sorry may have put a band aid on my already irritated nerves from the filthy floors and the fact that they only come to throw out garbage, make the beds and bring you clean towels every 3 days, or \"sooner\" upon request. My \"sooner\" was 3 days. The bathroom counter had some kind of God knows what on it. Good thing i travel with my own lysol wipes and spray.This is not a place for more than a 2 night stay at most. I was there for 5, unfortunately. The best compliment I can give is that the bed was comfortable and McDonald's and IHOP were just a few feet away. Never again.

Nice hotel. A light sleeper might not appreciate the occasional airplane noise and street noise. Check-in, cleanliness, spacious bathroom-all good. Bed sort of uncomfortable. For the price, this hotel should offer some kind of continental breakfast. There’s a nice area for it! I think they might have in the past-there was a sign for the breakfast area and it is called B&B Hotel! We enjoyed Old Tom’s bar & grille, next door. Great service and food. Overall, a good stay close to the airport. Would stay again.

I stayed here for 3 nights Feb 25-28. This was a last minute booking in order to complete an urgent real estate settlement. I rented a car at the airport and I arrived at the hotel around 230-300p. Staff was very friendly and i was able to checkin.
My room appeared clean at first, later after walking around bare foot i noticed the bottom of my feet were dirty. The gray flooring hides the dirt on the floor very well. To confirm my suspicion I used a towlette and sample wiped the floor in the room and bathroom. Sure enough dirty floor. I ended up finding the housekeeping cart, took 2 towels and wiped down the floor in my room. In my opinion the floor has not been cleaned/mopped for sometime.
Bed was comfortable, bathroom had one large towel, two medium,two small towlettes and one bathmat.
Hotel does not offer breakfast or drinks even tho there are 2 empty drink coolers in the lobby and a seating area. Offering coffee in the morning for your guests would go a long way. There's an Ihop next door, and several gas stations and Wawa a 5-10 minute drive away.
If you have a car there's plenty of free parking with a grassy overflow lot behind the hotel.

The room was nicely decorated. We liked the cityscape mural on the wall. Very modern furniture. Nice bathroom which had a quartz countertop and nice shower tiles. The only negatives I would say is that the floor wasn't very clean and they could not supply us with face cloths, only towels due to a problem with their washers.

Staff was nice enough but she had trouble finding our reservation. Then we were assigned a room and given keys. We opened the door to 'our' room and found someone else's belongings in the room! We had to go back to the front desk and explain what happened and ask for another room. The clerk was apologetic but didn't seem nearly as apologetic as I felt she should be considering the circumstances. If keys to my hotel room were given to another guest I would be furious.

Crud...my review got deleted. Here it is again. This hotel is not nearly as nice as the photos and/or reviews I read indicated. It is OLD, FILTHY, NO amenities AT ALL (no water, no coffee, no breakfast, etc...) and FILTHY bathroom, shower, countertop, toilet with poop all over the top and sides, GROSS filthy vinyl grey flooring in the room, loud cooling system, glitchy internet, etc. The only upside to this hotel is that the bed was CLEAN and fairly comfortable for a quick overnight stay otherwise I would NOT NOT NOT stay here again. I had to use a hand towel (the only one that was in the room when I got there) to wash the toilet before I could use it and then used it to clean (after I washed it out in the sink) the countertop, sink and flooring in the bathroom because it was just GROSS! I washed my feet with a rag when I arrived so I could change socks and before I could make it from the bathroom to the bed the bottoms of my feet were BLACK (no I am not kidding) so I used the same hand towel (again after rewashing the sink) to mop most of the bathroom floor and pathway to the bed with the hand towel being completely BLACK when I took it downstairs to guest services. It really was a filthy room I would NEVER NEVER NEVER stay here again if I can help it.

Would not recommend or stay again.

Hi Expedia: On your website for the reservation you indicted that transport from Miami International to B&B Hotal was via MIA Hotel Shuttles. Access was via Departure Level 2 Doors 10, 14, 22, 28 and 29. We waited for 90 minutes. No shuttles arrived. We eventually hailed an Uber for $20 US. On arrival at B&B Hotal we were informed that they do not have any shuttles that service their hotel from B&B Hotel to Miami International and never had. When I asked what time they served breakfast, they told me breakfast was postponed as they were \"under renovations\". We paid another Uber $25 to get us back to the airport the following day and $35 for breakfast at the airport.
The hotel was clean and updated. Washrooms were new. Traffic along the highway adjacent to the hotel was constant all night, with motorcycles and street racing going on. The pop and chip machine was out of order. There was constant loud conversation going on in the hallways from the early evening to 12:00 AM, with frequent door slamming and cell phone use. Walls were thin and we heard everything. All in all, a disappointing and costly stay. Would not recommend.
