I asked to be roomed near the elevator. The receptionist said: you get what you get. She put me in the farthest room from the elevator. The room was dirty. Floor has bumps and cracks in it. Everything creaked. Shower had no pressure.

The room was quite nice and comfortable. Sasha was very helpful in regards to a situation. I loved how their was an option to have the added on essentials of dish wear and such. I was not very fond of the grab and go style of breakfast. Overall it was a great stay for two nights.

Room was in need of updating but was clean and everything in the kitchen worked. Grab and go breakfast was just oatmeal packets or pre-packaged muffins. Exercise room was just 2 machines and a couple of small hand weights. However the price was great for a quick stay and the staff was amazing. Friendly and helpful, made the difference.

I had some issues with a certain staff member, Rochelle and Sasha made sure it got corrected and spoke to that staff member, when I am in this area I always stay here but haven’t been here in almost 6 months but they still remember me for all good reasons

All the drawers and cabinets were open when I arrived in the room. In the morning while in the shower, I found that there were no bath towels in the room. I had to dry with a hand towel. I moved the bedside table out to use the electrical outlet and found garbage from a previous guest. I wanted to report to the front desk at checkout but no one was at the desk and I couldn’t wait any longer.

Manager very rude. Cold water no hot, TV not working, a lot of noise in hallways - slamming doors. Hallways smelled - when booked and I called about Pet friendly was not told of fees until I got there.
Would not recommend unless looking for cheap place to stay, expected a bit more from Manager to set example but was wrong.

There was a very rude black man, was on shift during our check in on Friday night and was also working on Sunday morning. He was unprofessional and rude to us - would recommend this man be terminated.

There was a strong odor filling the room Saturday night - possible from someone cooking. Bed was very uncomfortable. I would never stay here again!

After reading the reviews I was a little hesitant about staying here, but I’m glad I didn’t base my stay off of a few other experiences. Hotel was clean, staff were great. Front desk was very welcoming, helpful and pleasant. The rooms were clean, they could use an update, but they were still very clean. It was close to the highway and also many restaurants. All in all it was a god stay.

Large comfortable room, like staying in an efficiency apartment. Everything was very clean. It was easy to make a meal with the 2-burner cooktop and full size refrig. Supermarket close by. Could see some signs of wear and tear in room, but they were minor and would not affect my decision to stay here again for another 5-day visit. Good well-lighted parking lots surrounded by nice privacy trees atop a hill. Quiet locale. Friendly, helpful staff. I'll be back.

Reserved a 2 queen bed room and was told that they were sold out of them. Had a pullout that I had to go back down to get sheets. When we pulled the bed out, it was filthy. We brushed it off and covered the bed with all the sheets for a barrier.

Stayed with whole family. Breakfast only coffee , tea and some snacks. Beds comfortable. Good thing was , there is a kitchen and you can even ask for utensils if needed..Amenities , such as water in the room or coffee machine is not there but you can ask for coffee machine if you need. No bugs ! that's a big plus ! AC worked well, tv worked well, clean. The furniture and walls, floors have not so good condition but, if you not so picky, it is good place to stay over if you need . I recommend it. Staff , I met only one lady and she did good job.

The pull out couch was horrible and my daughters were extremely uncomfortable. It’s not an awful place, I just wouldn’t stay there again.

I booked a room with double beds. The room they gave us had one king. We asked to have our room switched but she said they were fully booked. The sofa in the room was a pull out which she made up for us. Not as comfortable as a real bed.

The property was dirty with lots of trash outside. Unregistered cars in the parking lot.
People walk dogs but don’t clean up after them. Beer bottles and unsightly food wrappers.
Inside the carpet is dirty. Breakfast was basically nonexistent.
For the money there’s other places in the area

Breakfast was a joke. There was no coffee in the machine. The only creamer was artificially sweetened gunk. There were few sad granola bars and industrial muffins wrapped in plastic tossed on a table - nothing else. It is deceptive to advertise online that the room includes breakfast. It doesn't.

The hotel site showed roll in showers which is why i booked the place. It didn't have any roll in showers on site. The microwave was rusty on the inside. The floor of the bathtub looked gross. Worst still the mattress cover was stained in multiple places.

What do you expect for the price? No it’s not a luxury hotel no it’s not a resort…Yes the property is outdated yes the rooms needs a lil updating but my overall experience was nothing like the people who are leaving these bad reviews.

I stayed one night for a wedding. We slept comfortably the receptionists (Sasha) was nice and even helped us out with finding things to do in the area… it wasn’t noisy no smell of marijuana actually our room smelled like it was just cleaned….overall we had a pleasant stay and will stay again if needed.
