The room was dirty. There was a large stain on the carpet and the shower was gross. The front desk staff were unprofessional. When I first checked in they ignored me and were making fun of another guest’s appearance. Then when I checked out the person was too busy on her personal phone to acknowledge me. Also, none of the drinking fountains or ice machines worked. We will not be staying here again.

One elevator was out of commission. Their website advertised an indoor pool and hot tub. I picked this hotel BECAUSE of the indoor poolBUT upon arrival discovered it was out of commission as well. Next time I book some where I will call the hotel first to make sure. This is actually the 5th hotel this has happened to us with their pool! Very Frustrating! You do not get what is advertised!

The room was excellent. It’s very clean. I chose the hotel for the pool. I got there found out. The pool was closed for a couple weeks. Also paid extra for breakfast sat in the waiting room for 10 minutes. No one came so I just left.

Front desk staff not very friendly. 2 foot long hair on the shower wall. Loud people in the room next to ours at 10:15pm, called the front desk and they didn't seem to care; said they'd call them, nothing changed. The room was fine otherwise and the kids loved the pool. Overall 3 stars because for the price it was more or less what you would expect.

The whole place looks like it needs some maintenance, lots of cracking paint & rust. It over all felt very dirty in the main area including the pool. The breakfast buffet had dirty plates and dirty glass ware with old food stuck on them. The hallways smelled of weed and cigarettes repeatedly. As we were getting dressed to leave the last morning the cleaning crew came at 8:00 am to clean our room and I said we weren’t ready to leave yet and they came back at 8:30am and then just sat out side our room waiting for us to leave.

Stayed overnight Wednesday, 12/24/25. Room spacious and in good condition. BUT there was ***no*** heat in the breakfast room the next morning which is an extension of the lobby. Needless to say, it was freezing there. You couldn't even get a hot cup of coffee as the cups were so cold. Tried tea in a styrofoam cup but the water was lukewarm. (Breakfast was included in my room rate.) When I asked about it, I was told there was a broken motor and it would not be addressed until \"management returns\" on Monday. Completely Unacceptable.

I reserved two queens, but they gave us a king and a foldout as all that was available. The foldout hit the radiator when opened on the way down so wouldn’t fold out all the way. When I told them in the am, they still hadnt addressed it by 3:30 pm, so I moved furniture around myself to allow bed to foldout completely. Ugh.

At breakfast the area was barely clean. Splattered ketchup everywhere like it recently exploded. Attendant never gave us cutlery so we found our own plasticware

Staff very outgoing and friendly, room was clean, comfortable bed, but I also heard the loud slam multiple times that other people mentioned. Sounds like a door slamming but does actually shake the room a bit. I had ear plugs and was able to sleep but that would bother most people.

We had a weekend getaway for the Mihali concert at the Levitt Pavillion. Very lovely front desk employees, room was like any other Hilton. Didnt use any of their services but they had nice outdoor seating area. Very accommodating for a late check out. The major problem came from house keeping. 5 times between 8:30am and noon, they not only knocked on the door, but they proceeded to try and enter. The 4th knock I opened the door speaking with them. That did not deter them for a 5th knock. I use Hilton for my business travels, with this leaving an unpleasant experience. We will be booking a nearby hotel in the future when we return to Norwalk.

Best part of my stay was Chris, Lamar n Taylor. They are genuinely welcoming and extremely customer friendly! High kudos to them.

AS far as room.... needs updates. Suggestion: get rid of poorly hung curtains n go with solar blinds.

Everything was great, large room, comfy bed, and giant bathroom, but I have just one request: the breakfast could use a boost. Coffee was plentiful but weak and not hot, hot oatmeal was tasty but containers of extras (honey, raisins, nuts) were empty both days. Staff was friendly, everything was clean and I would come back!

It was easy to get to Music Theatre of CT where I saw some friends in a show, a short drive of just 2-3 miles away.

The hotel is easy to get to, everyone was very pleasant, the roof was spotless and the bed AND pillows were so comfy!

The absolute WORST experience ever

I forgot to take the picture of the door behind the behind the counter. It’s was dirty and dingy. It was the first RED 🚩the furniture throughout the hotel in common areas were filthy, worn, and torn.
We planned a three night anniversary trip and left after the second night. The bed was so hard I hurt my back. There was not bounce it felt like brick under a foam. When I checked out I asked to speak to the manager to ask for a refund and they refused to speak with me. I informed them HOTELS.COM (third party) reservation (a have different concerns about them) but he wasn’t interested in what I had to say.

Very pleasant stay. Check in was easy and staff was friendly. There is plenty of parking. Room was spacious and very clean. Everything was in good working order and the bathroom was well stocked with towels which was appreciated. The breakfast buffet was tasty with a good selection and friendly and attentive service. The only flaw I saw was the nonworking key card access on the exit/entrance door near my room. This made going thru the main room & lobby a necessity, which was fine but it was a long walk around.

Stick to your word!

We were assured an early check in. When we got there, it was not an option. Clerk played the blame game. They stated housekeeping was busy. They also stated the clerk who assured us an early check in was in training!This was extremely inconvenient.
