Outdated. Definitely needs a refresh. But customer service was good. Food is passable- although I will say, their roasted asparagus at the restaurant is top notch.
Has forced air heating in the rooms so it is SUPER dry, and there are no vents or heating in the bathroom, so you are pretty much frozen on cold days if you want to use the toilet or shower.

Bought a \"2 Queen bed\" room from online service but hotel gave us a \"1 King bed\" room stating it was monetarily the equivalent. Needed the two Queen bed room as we are two men. Unfriendly customer service policy, front desk person did not seem to understand english well and was frustrating, could not understand the situation. I even had the reservation on my phone. Best to call hotel directly to be assured of your room choice.

Expedia wants me to change what I really had to say about Double Tree. But I’ll say this they should let you stay for free. The building is run down and dirty. They charge alot for a pet and you have to pay to park. I would be ashamed if I owned that property staff was good check in person had no personality and could care less!!

The lobby looked amazing, but the room was pretty run down. The lamp on the table was peeling terribly and there was a brown stain on the bathroom wall. The biggest issue I had was actually the toilet! It was so low to the ground that I actually struggled to sit on it! I’m tall, but only 5’10. This could cause trouble for elderly people or people with any sort of mobility issue. I did mention it to a hotel employee and they informed me that rooms were being renovated and hopefully that issue would be resolved.

The room was clean and safe. The staff were friendly and the Hilton signature cookie was delicious. My one criticism is the place could use a little TLC. The faux leather on the chair is my room was cracked and peeling, the print hanging on the wall had slipped out of its matting and was crooked within the frame, and the yellow wall had brown scratches all over it.

The outside looks much nicer than the rooms, they definitely need to upgrade and renovate them, they are very old, the carpet is dirty, there is mold all over the bathroom, no ventilation in the rooms it always feels wet or humid inside even with the AC. Fire always went off at 3am and no staff knew anything about what was going on or what happened the next day. The alarm lasted a while and we were told not to evacuate. I would pick a different hotel if it’s available to you.

I had a very disappointing stay. The room was extremely dirty and in terrible condition. Nothing in the room seemed to work properly. The bathroom was so filthy that I couldn't even take a shower, and the overall state of the room made it impossible to sleep comfortably. The lobby and breakfast was nice, the staff were great, but the rooms are extremely worn and run down. Dings and scrapes along every wall, a massive black marker line dragged down the entire length of the hallway carpet, cracking baseboards, clogged shower drain, peeling leather furniture, mold on shower walls, it was in horrible condition. The whole place is in desperate need of renovation.

This is an older property that needs updating. The room was very stuffy and there was a constant clicking noise coming from the air conditioner. My room was on the 8th floor around a corner behind a wall. As a female, I didn’t feel safe at all. In addition, when I received my bill, I realized that I had been charged for two overnight garage parking fees ($50) for a car space that I didn’t use. I caught an uber to the hotel and back. I was very disappointed.
