The hotel is well located in downtown Norwalk just off I 95. It has a full restaurant and a keurig in the room for coffee. I have an electric car and AmpUp has two charging stations in the parking lot.

The staff that answered the phone prior to our arrival were somewhat rude when we inquired about a fee that was not listed in our reservation details. Simple question was asked with a cold, stern response. Front desk young man was very kind when he welcomed us. When we approached our room the door was open which was odd. The bar for hanging clothes was on the entry way table with all of the plastic hangers scattered next to it. It smelled like chinese food as if someone had just ate in the room. Linen was not as comfortable as I would prefer. TV was old and all of kids channels didnt have sound which was frustrated; we have a 4yr old. We didnt eat at the restaurant there but there are plenty of food spots in the area. Overall it wasnt bad just small issues that could be improved on.

Front staff was courteous, nice touch was the free snacks at the front desk and ample parking space. Also great location to shopping. The rooms however was dated. Heating wasn't consistent (areas of the room was cold), beds were lumpy, bathroom sink had a leak and the mini fridge smelled.

The staff was really nice! They upgraded us to a larger room and they brought us two water bottles the next morning, before checkout, to our room! We only wish we knew to bring toothpaste because it wasn't included but might've just been an oversight on housekeeping's part. The room was spotless and the shampoo and conditioner were nice and hydrating and smelled of Neroli, really nice touch! We just wish there was breakfast as part of our stay but I cannot find it in me to deduct any points because it was a really nice place.

The walls were fairly thin. I heard snoring for hours, the TV at 3 in the morning, and a 5AM alarm go off in the room next to mine on the first night. The second night was quiet because there was no one in that other room.

Staff was very nice but accommodations had some issues. First room was cold. Heater was not working. Had to move the next morning. They did not have decaf coffee. The room I was moved to was very small. Could hardly walk to the other side of the bed, but the heater worked!

Our stay at Norwalk Inn & Conference Center was absolutely amazing. Although the circumstances surrounding our stay were unfortunate due to a death in the family, the accommodations were quite pleasant. Our room was spacious, very clean and nicely decorated. Additionally, the bed was extremely comfortable and the room was fully stocked with all the essentials for a great stay.

I want to thank Alfredo for accommodating us after a last-minute mix up with our previous room option. I also want to thank Maria Devito, the property manager, for how well she handled another situation involving my stay at Norwalk. Although they were not privy to all I was facing at the time, their commitment to customer service and professionalism made a huge difference.

I definitely plan to return to this property when I’m in the Norwalk area again and will encourage others to do so.

We stayed here because i was having eye surgery nearby. The hotel staff was wonderful. Arranged for us to have a ground floor room near the entrance so i didn't have to walk far. We had a lovely finner in the restaurant the night before and take out from there a few times. Our room was small but clean and well maintained. No complaints.

When we arrived nothing in our room was plugged in so we had to move furniture to plug everything in. We ended up having to call 3 times to finally get towels (1st call 10a, then 4p, again around 8p). The bathroom wasnt clean at check in. It had hair in the shower and something was spilled on the floor so it obviously hadnt been mopped. Compared to our last stay this was extremely disappointing. We booked the same type of room but this one had a super tiny refrigerator (so didnt hold what we needed it to) and super tiny TV. Overall the location was a positive.

TV was not connected. Had to locate an extension cord to hook up the TV. Also we called the front desk after checking in to inquire if they had a steamer available to guests. They never returned our call. The furniture is dated and there is not enough lighting in the room. Lastly it's odd to hear the toilets flushing through the walls. Perhaps the bldg is older and the walls are not well insulated. The location was great though. Thanks.

Amazing! Renovations are awesome. Pool was gorgeous and food is excellent. They have a new chef, new menu and pool side bar. Very accommodating. We live in the area and came here as a staycation with the pool the last week of summer. Staff is lovely and grounds are lovely as well. Maria the owner was very attentive and went out of her way for guests. Great place-they have come a long way. A true gem in Norwalk-the breakfast is delicious too

Our stay was disappointing. While the room was clean, it was very well worn and in need of updating. The walls were extremely thin. we could hear other rooms and lots of hallway noise, which made it hard to get any rest. The pillows were small and uncomfortable, and the TV was tiny, making it difficult to relax and enjoy any downtime.

Room was very dated. Walked in and immediately noticed a stain on the comforter. All of the pillows are square decorative pillows instead of actual pillows which was weird and very uncomfortable. Woke up with a terribly stiff neck. The bathroom was in poor condition. The tub faucet was hanging out of the wall which a large gap, it also didn’t drain well. The shower head was dirty looking and also hanging off the wall a little. Needless to say I felt so uncomfortable, I chose not to shower in there. Staff were friendly but that’s all this place had going for it. I feel like all the reviews and high star rating were very misleading. Who is writing these reviews?!
