Location of the hotel was perfect for where I need to work. Staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Martha in the restaurant. I had two dinners there and the food was exceptional, and the service is very friendly.

Elevator was not working our intire trip. When checking in I asked about two areas near and dear to me. The first: Recycling - I was told the told the hotel had recycling for their own needs but not for the guests. Second: No secure internet - with hacking coming from all different directions, it is important for me to protect my information from unwanted sources, but I couldn't do that with the presnet WI-FI available!

The elevator was broken, making us thankful that we convinced our 89 year old father to stay home. The staff working Monday (April 6) evening were lovely. The man working Tuesday morning was short with me when I asked him how long the buffet breakfast went until. He insisted there was NO breakfast buffet, nor had there EVER been, but we were in the dining room and could clearly see the buffet, as well as the signs advertising the buffet’s price. We had the buffet. The waiter was great! The clean was clean and comfortable (but what is the deal with the tiny square pillows?? Please get normal sized pillows!).

The room 204 is very old and should not be rented and the floor boards are coming up. The bathroom toilet had no seat and looks like a jail cell toilet, the tub is old and stained & the faucets were not clean the walls have cracks as do the near ceiling area and the furniture had watermarks. There was furniture piled up outside in the second floor hallway my entire stay. The elevators were down and only started working on the 4th night of my stay ( Thursday) at which point I just checked out..My room was supposed to be cleaned on the third day but was not and I was gaslight when I requested it. A man at the front desk lied about being the manager then confessed he had only said so because he was the only one there at that time. Just a series of unfortunate and bad issues overall. I would not stay or recommend it without significant updates.

We enjoyed our stay at The Norwalk Inn and Conference Center! The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and well appointed, and the price was very reasonable.

Loved the actual freezer above the refrigerator, instead of the tiny ones that sometimes only have room for one ice pack.

The hotel is well located in downtown Norwalk just off I 95. It has a full restaurant and a keurig in the room for coffee. I have an electric car and AmpUp has two charging stations in the parking lot.

The staff that answered the phone prior to our arrival were somewhat rude when we inquired about a fee that was not listed in our reservation details. Simple question was asked with a cold, stern response. Front desk young man was very kind when he welcomed us. When we approached our room the door was open which was odd. The bar for hanging clothes was on the entry way table with all of the plastic hangers scattered next to it. It smelled like chinese food as if someone had just ate in the room. Linen was not as comfortable as I would prefer. TV was old and all of kids channels didnt have sound which was frustrated; we have a 4yr old. We didnt eat at the restaurant there but there are plenty of food spots in the area. Overall it wasnt bad just small issues that could be improved on.

Front staff was courteous, nice touch was the free snacks at the front desk and ample parking space. Also great location to shopping. The rooms however was dated. Heating wasn't consistent (areas of the room was cold), beds were lumpy, bathroom sink had a leak and the mini fridge smelled.

The staff was really nice! They upgraded us to a larger room and they brought us two water bottles the next morning, before checkout, to our room! We only wish we knew to bring toothpaste because it wasn't included but might've just been an oversight on housekeeping's part. The room was spotless and the shampoo and conditioner were nice and hydrating and smelled of Neroli, really nice touch! We just wish there was breakfast as part of our stay but I cannot find it in me to deduct any points because it was a really nice place.

The walls were fairly thin. I heard snoring for hours, the TV at 3 in the morning, and a 5AM alarm go off in the room next to mine on the first night. The second night was quiet because there was no one in that other room.
