À bit bleak. Large room but sparsely furnished. Two doubles beds were too small for a comfortable sleep for four people.Also has a very noisy central AC system.

I didn’t check in until 2am. I was only booked for one night. Yes I did forget to put the do not disturb sign on the door but why would a maid be knocking on my door at 8:40 am when I was checking out in a couple hours? She woke me up and startled me. The man at check in was nice. The woman at checkout was not. And it annoys me that I have to pay for parking on top of the room. I had to get another room the next night and I booked elsewhere.

We have stayed at the Armon Hotel before and we were statisfied. This time the hotel room and bathroom were clean and very well cared for. Our problem was that we could not get any sound! We like to use the TV for relaxing, getting news and weather and entertainment. After calling the front desk for help with this, the man said he would send someone. No one came. No call back from the desk. Even though there was an event coming in, I think your existing guests who pay your price deserve your attention.The breakfast selections were cold. I went for a short stay (2days) and was met with smiles upon arrival. They were able to accommodate me and my service animal and that was such a big help. The breakfast could be a lot better. My only concern with the room is that the sheets had holes in them. Other than that I would recommend this hotel and I most definitely would stay again.

The room key cards were also not working, and we were given actual keys instead, which felt outdated and inconvenient.

Everything was perfect... the only thing was that breakfast could have used a bit more organization, but otherwise, I recommend the hotel—I loved it.

We were promised breakfast from 7-11am. we got to breakfast at about 9:45am to seeing a staff member cleaning up. We had-no breakfast and told not to expect any on Sunday. That was disappointing, we had to order dunkin' donuts. We were not able to use the steam room and jacuzzi which was out of order. The place is beautiful but what was missing was disappointing.

Beautiful hotel. Smelled so good when you enter. Very clean and room was nice. Pool was warm. Sauna decent. Cons, room was stuffy and unable to open a. Window. Ice maker wasn't working and neither was the Jacuzzi. I paid paid extra for breakfast, and this was by the far the most pitiful breakfast. Bagels. That's it. No coffee. Orange juice was terrible. But I would come again to enjoy the quiet and ambiance.

Room and hotel was clean, bed comfortable. It was nice to have a makeup mirror. On the first morning the breakfast was terrible, hardly any food and only instant coffee, however on 2nd day everything was good, so I don't know what happened the first day. When I checked in there were no washclothes in the room. I asked the front desk if house keeping could deliver some however I never got any until the 2nd day when housekeeping did the morning clean.

We then had to go back to the elevator with our luggage and wait in line to get the correct room and then go BACK to the 3rd floor and find our room. Overall the hotel was decent but if like me you have any sensitivy to the toxic chemicals in perfumes, be warned they use a super strong perfumed air freshener in all rooms and you have no ability to open a window. This gave me a headache from the second I checked in that didn’t go away. The staff was mediocre-to-lazy in terms of service. I found myself a couple occasions (including check in at 6pm) waiting at the front desk with no one there. The person was on their cellphone once with a friend and continued talking loudly to the friend throughout their entire conversation with me. The whole lobby had the air of a large casino or resort lobby that had been partially abandoned. The breakfast buffet was nice. The location was convenient for where I needed to be. They have a gigantic garage but the parking costs money.

Note that this hotel is a great for religious Jews - kosher restaurant, key locks on the room doors for Shabbat, Shabbat friendly lights in the room, a shul, a mikvah.

Horrible experience. Unfortunately, I did not check the reviews before arriving. Front desk is unprofessional, rude and incompetent. The place is a“fancy” one star motel. If they put you in the rooms that were used by the old hotel it will be cold and seems that nothing has been used or changed in years. Had to change my room twice because the room was cold, bath/shower bottles were broken and tv did not have volume. Also, good luck finding your room it’s basically a maze and no adequate room signs. Imagine having to experience that after a long day traveling. Pay the extra money and go elsewhere!!!

You mostly get what you pay for. The rooms are overall fine, but there are lots of mostly minor maintenance issues. In our stay: bathroom door hinge falling away from jam, bathroom door lock removed to compensate, couch had piece of sharp metal sticking out that caught and snagged my pants, the heater air cycled on for 30 sec then off for 3 min over and over, half of the elevator button lights didn't work. The front desk staff were OK, but not always available.

Not sure how people gave five out of five stars reasonably priced, but you’re really not getting a quality hotel and no real coffee at the buffet. These were the thinnest walls I have ever experienced. My partner and I could hear literally everything in the room next to us. The neighbors seemed to be whispering, but we could still hear them loud and clear. Please understand that I am not a light sleeper or a picky person. I wouldn't be leaving a review unless it was really bad. I don't care if I can hear the neighbors, but this was absurd. It's a shame because the hotel was otherwise fine and affordable. We won't be coming back.
