The hotel was amazing, the location firstly is top top tier for people who want to see broadway but arent too close that youll hear anything. The room we had was huge and was so clean, the views from the room (7th floor) was spectacular. The staff were so friendly and could help with anything we needed.

The beds were poorly lit but nice, the beds were comfy, TV was great, fridge and coffee machine were nice and bathroom was great. We had to ask the staff to clean our room a few days in after being told it’ll be cleaned every day, but it was fine. Great stay, incredible location, about a 4 minute walk from the Bridgestone and maybe 8 from the Gulch

We didn't appreciate the cleaning staff knocking on our door Friday and Saturday at 9am. Also, coming by at 10:00am on Sunday wondering when we were going to leave.

The shoe cleaning guy was really pushy then rude because we didn't use him to clean out boots and tennis shoes.

The air conditioner did not work properly. We didn't complain as we thought it would kick on at some point. We were in room 1706.

The room was good size. We were located on the 18th floor. The view was outstanding. You could see the whole city. The front desk was great. They sent you text messages asking if you needed anything. Other than that they left you alone. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to Nashville.

There were things I absolutely loved but other things I did not like at all. I loved the comfort and view from my 18th floor room. Very bright room. Huge picture window. My bed was comfortable. The air conditioner was exactly right - I could adjust it to my preferred temp and it was silent. Room was very quiet and I slept very well. Also liked the live music in the bar. Good location too.
However for the cost of the room there was a lot missing for me in the hotel. No room service. I really wanted room service. You could buy food and pick it up from the bar and bring it to your room but that wasn’t the same for Me. There is a bar and bar food but there wasn’t really a proper restaurant. They were VERY reluctant to service the room and it was half done. I spilled some popcorn day 1 and any bit I didn’t pick up myself I was still walking into the carpet a week later. Staff were 50% lovely and 50% hostile. The card they had on record for incidentals was not my credit card and the lady I initially spoke to to try to figure out what was going wrong firstly acted like this wasn’t a problem (somebody else’s card!) and secondly spoke to me as if I had done something wrong. A pleasant manager did sort it out but some staff treated me like a nuisance.
Definitely recommend for a good nights sleep and amazing view. Not for dining or service

We came down for a hockey game for my birthday and the hotel was perfect. Took us 6 minutes to walk to the arena, and if the weather had cooperated was right next to the Broadway post game activities. Will definitely be staying here again next time.

I was annoyed that I paid for a king and it was not available when I checked in. So we had two full size beds. I was not able to be reimbursed for this because we prepaid through Expedia. I find that really disappointing. The staff was kind and tried to make up for it but a free drink at the bar and a bottle of water doesn’t make up the price difference.

Super clean property and room. Staff was amazing and so friendly from the valet attendant to the front desk staff. I asked for a couple things by text to the front desk and they showed up at my door within minutes. I travel a lot and have never had better service.
The Southern Spoon restaurant at the hotel was also top notch. We must have eaten there at least 4 times during our stay. Recommend this hotel 5 stars A++++

We loved our stay at the Cambria. Very convenient to everything! Clean, friendly staff, and great breakfast shop attached. Everything we either had tickets for or wanted to visit was in walking distance. When we ventured out further, our car was brought to us expeditiously by their valet service. Highly recommend and will stay again soon.

Very clean room , cooperating staff had no problem getting fresh items giving directions and information/suggestions on where to go . perfect location if you are going to Broadway Street to barhopping lol and has a nice restaurant with live music right downstairs connected to the lobby.
