Room is old and bit outdated. One had one chair and one small person sofa. Tv was so darn old and barely works. Volume and color was so horrible. Everything was outdated. The room was clean and the bathroom didn’t have any dirty hidden spot. Only issue was there blood on the bedding.

The room smelled like cigarettes, from the bath towels to the bed linen. The toilet seat was peeled and yellow. One elevator was not working so people were using the stairs all night and allowing the door to ala behind them. The walls are paper thin. I could hear the conversations above me an next to me. Pay for parking?!? It’s a commercial lot! Never again.

Room was clean and spacious. Excellent mattress. Only problem is parking. We picked the hotel as a pit stop on a longer trip. When we got there (7:15 p.m.) the parking lot was full, requiring a 15 minute wait to get a spot. Turns out a fraternity was having a happy hour in the restaurant which was also packed (with drinkers, not diners). Had to eat elsewhere. Management needs to decide if they are running a hotel or night club.

I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Noma. I purchased breakfast as an add-on with my stay, but when I attempted to receive it, the staff refused and stated that they were not serving breakfast at all. Despite this, I was not given a refund, nor was I offered any alternative accommodation or compensation.

I strongly recommend not purchasing the breakfast add-on when booking this hotel unless you are willing to lose your money. Buying breakfast does not guarantee that it will actually be provided.

On top of this issue, the staff was consistently unaccommodating and lacked basic hospitality throughout my stay. Overall, this hotel did not meet expectations, and I would not stay here again.

The accommodations are fair for the price. The rooms overall feel a bit run down example: every lampshade has rips and tears this is a cheap item to replace so there is truly a lack of attention to detail. A microwave would be a lot more useful in the room vs a safe!

I went thru 4 rooms each room was clean but the sheets where gross they looked like they were never changed from the previous person who stood there. Adrian the worker was my witness to each room that was dirty . I am supposed to be my money returned per what moma stated when i checked out so i will be calling in regards to that because no one has called me re that from e pedia

Property was fine, it was the room that killed our visit. the bed was not cleaned properly at all, there were strange black dots of unknown origin on the blanket, the pillow had blood stains, and there were other peoples hairs in the bed when we went to look after seeing the multiple stains we did find.

It was very noisy. I heard all conversations of people in next rooms, heard toilets flush, etc.
I had to climb into bathtub to take shower. The bathtub floor was slippery. I am elderly. Not safe.
They didn’t tell me until I checked in that the whole facility would be closed the next morning for Thanksgiving, so no b’fast, no cleaning, etc. They charged me daily, including thanksgiving, for all the aspects.

I had NO IDEA there was a club inside this hotel. What looked like a restaurant turned into the loudest club ever. I was woken up abruptly at 2am from the music and I was all the way on the 4th floor!!!! Not only was I not able to return to sleep, I ended up with a migraine that ruined my entire night. I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE!

The room was ok except the pillows there is nothing inside the pillows..the staff didn’t great you when u walk in .it was my first time there and I had to ask bout the restaurant and meal hours .i didn’t feel welcome at all .i called the front desk from my room 3 times and no one picked up .i had to go all the way downstairs to ask my question..as for the restaurant i ordered wings wasn’t even given an option of what kind they just bring out hot wings.i have acid problems so i don’t do spicey .

I chose this Hotel because it was on the outskirts of NYC and it was the limit of my travel abilities due to health reasons. All of the reviews stated it is a very clean hotel. The pictures showed cleanliness and updated. Don't be fooled. It's in a very old building and as we arrived, the upper floors apparently aren't part of the hotel. The window shades were broken up, clutter showed in the windows. Just looking at it from the parking lot, I was very hesitant but remembered I was near NYC and perhaps this is how all the hotels are. Once I stepped inside, it was noticeable that it was newly remodeled and updated. Once we stepped into our rooms, I noticed a very strong scent of men's cologne, like an Old Spice Scent. I figured that after someone applied it, they must have sat in the chair. The \"odor ' was excessive and immediately, my Asthma kicked in, I could not breath. I spoke with the front desk and asked for another room, explaining the extreme scent. I was told that \"they sprayed it on purpose as a deodorizer. All of the rooms smell that way.\" Why would such a clean looking hotel need so much deodorizer? But what's worse, is what do we do, my throat was swelling, Asthma was causing wheezing and a spinal cord injury meant I couldn't travel anymore. So I slept on the bed closest to the window with it opened all night. As I pulled down the sheets, the smell was exposed even more, it was sprayed on the sheets. If your hotel is so clean, why so much disgusting scent?

Room was tired and worn with peeling paint in the bathroom. We were given no shampoo and one little bar of soap for two people for two days. The worst part was the noise late into the night. Loud music from the bar downstairs and in the lobby. Until 2 am. Don't stay here if you want to sleep .

Arrived on Sunday night for one night stay. Lobby was dirty- only one elevator working also dirty- the hallway and room smelled of cleaner / air freshening chemicals so strong it made you nauseous. Told the front desk we were checking out / did not want another room. Asked for manager, they said she wouldn’t be in until Wednesday - called Wednesday left message. No return call for days- called Wyndham corporate office they said I had to talk to manager. Called Expedia and they also said I had to talk to manager. When I called hotel there was no answer. Expedia spoke to her and she said their rooms/hotel were clean and we were in our room for 25 minutes and sat on the bed. No refund will be given. Is that Wyndham’s or No Ma’s idea of customer service? Horrible experience - terrible dirty facility - horrendous customer service - would never go back or recommend EVER!!
