The hotel is stunning and my room was beautiful and spotless!
I was there during the major snowstorm, could not get back home to NYC and this hotel gave me the opportunity to relax, have a drink at the lobby bar and also enjoy a tasty buffet breakfast in the morning!
I will gladly recommend to friends who travel to the Westchester area!

Average budget hotel. Get what you pay for. Lots of traffic noise as it’s very close to a main road, lots of sirens at night. Desk staff and breakfast staff were very nice. Disappointed that they don’t allow you to eat in your hotel room (first hotel I’ve ever stayed at with this kind of rule). Room was clean. Ample parking.

Welcoming and accommodating staff. It seems a group was staying there and were making noise during silent hours. Our bathroom also had a faulty drain so we were bathing in a pool of water. Water drained but after about 10-20mins.

The strange sliders between the bed and bathroom don’t fully close so there is very little privacy (visual and audio!). There is so much noise from people in the other rooms and in the hallways — walls must be made of cardboard. The bed and bathroom were clean and the front desk staff nice, but the lobby carpet needed to be vacuumed and the landing smelled like weed. The parking system is confusing and complicated.

The grounds are very well kept, and the room was spacious and clean. Parking is easy in a gated lot. The only thing I didn’t like was the noise level of the other guests throughout the night. There were many people yelling in the hallway, and I heard a verbal altercation between several people at 3am. I didn’t feel as safe as I have felt at other hotels.

I had an amazing stay at Royal Hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations from the moment I arrived. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. They truly made me feel at home.

The food was delicious and well-prepared (at the restaurant Aroma), with great variety and quality. The cleanliness was also outstanding — my room and all common areas were spotless throughout my stay.

I highly recommend Royal Hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a wonderful overall experience. I would definitely stay here again!

Had an excellent stay at the Royal Regency Hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower was nice. The wifi was a little spotty but functional. There are quite a few places in the area to order from along with two restaurants in the hotel. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. The complimentary breakfast is simple but enjoyable. Would recommended for anyone looking for a decent, budget stay.

My husband and I go to NY periodically to visit family and stay at the Royal Regency. This was the last time we stay there. The staff was awful! We booked to stay in a queen and were put in a full size room. Streaming services did not work during our stay and staff were unbothered. We asked for an early check in and had to wait to be attended. Staff was cold, dismissive and not welcoming at all, with the exception of the ladies hosting breakfast and cleaning ladies.

This hotel is a great looking event space. The decor is nice. Only 4 stars because our room had a bathroom that had a wall behind the sink that was merely three sliding panels that open the the bedroom area. It was weird and noise could travel and smells if that offends u. The bathroom door was a unnecessarily heavy sliding barn door type so it didnt cut off sound. We liked the breakfast and the gated parking area. Staff were wonderful.

The next door neighbor had his television on all night and some of the guests on the floor were rather loud during late hours but not the fault of the hotel. The hotel breakfast was decent and plentiful. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. The TV was a nice size and the bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom was clean and well maintained. Overall will definitely be staying there again.

I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent stay, which was my first time visiting your property.

Overall, the location was beautiful, and the staff were excellent—professional, welcoming, and attentive. Unfortunately, I did not get a good night’s rest due to repeated noise disturbances from neighboring guests.

During the night, there was significant noise in the hallway from a nearby room, which was disruptive enough that I felt compelled to go downstairs to address the situation. Afterward, the guest in the room next to mine repeatedly opened and slammed their door very loudly throughout the night. At that point, I felt uncomfortable raising the issue further.

While I truly enjoyed the property and the service provided by your staff, the noise issues significantly impacted my ability to rest. I wanted to respectfully bring this to your attention and inquire whether a future credit toward a night’s stay might be considered.
