The pictures do no justice to the absolute disgusting appeal this place brings. The staff wasn’t helpful at all. The hotel itself had a feint marijuana smell the whole time. Our sheets were dirty with marks on it. The room wasn’t vacuumed. Exposed wiring and unusable lamps. Soda machine completely opened. Back door completely unlocked no key card necessary to enter so security is terrible. Was given a soap bar the size of my left pinky toe to wash my grown man body with. Booked the room for two adults and two children but my room only had two towels available. The carpet seemed like it was coming up and it was extremely stained. Overall my experience was unsatisfactory.

Zero!!!!! This hotel has mouse species on pillowcases, black mold on trim, the carpet looks like it hasn’t been washed in 20 years, I could go on and on. It is also been condemned by the board of health. I don’t know how they are still renting out rooms.

⭐ Extremely Disappointing, Unsafe, and Unsanitary – Do Not Stay Here
We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, and the experience was absolutely unacceptable.
The rooms were run-down, dirty, and poorly maintained. The carpets were filthy, the walls had mold, the shower curtain was dirty, and the window curtains were also visibly stained and unclean. The furniture was broken down, dusty, and clearly old, making the room feel neglected and unsanitary.
The hotel has a serious pest problem. We encountered rats and roaches, which alone should be enough reason for this place to be shut down. On top of that, there was no housekeeping or room service for 3 days during our stay.
Basic amenities were either missing or broken. There was no phone in the room to contact the front desk or request assistance. The refrigerator in the room did not work, making it impossible to store food safely. Although microwaves were listed as an amenity, there were no working microwaves in the rooms, forcing us to walk up and down the stairs just to heat food using a shared, dirty microwave.
Because of all these issues, I had to change rooms more than five times, and every room had major problems. The final room we settled in still had dirty bed sheets. When I requested clean sheets and towels, I was told by the front desk that none were available due to lack of housekeeping.
Customer service was extremely poor. One front desk employee was sleeping in the back, appeared irritated when approached, and was rude

This hotel was in disrepair. The wall paint, especially in the bathroom, was peeling. The room did not appear to have been cleaned and stocked. Towels were limited to on e per person and poorly stacked. There were no washcloths or hand towels.

The beds were uncomfortable and old, I think. I could hear the springs when I moved.

Traffic and train noise kept me awake.

The hall carpets were stained and dirty.

I thought that we were staying in a Holiday Inn. When I went to the website, the hotel was listed by another name. Maybe they were not meeting Holiday Inn standards.

I do not recommend this place. I have booked through Expedia for years, and this is my first disappointment.

Booked last minute as an overnight rest stop. The room was spacious and the staff was friendly, which were the only positives. Unfortunately, the hotel was very rundown and poorly maintained. Upon entering the room, there was a strong odor, initially making me think the toilet hadn’t been flushed. The room had a hole in the wall, stained carpet, and visible dirt and mold in the bathtub corners. The tub and sink were missing strainers, debris was already in the drains, and no bath mat was provided, making the floor slippery. Basic items were missing or broken, including coat hangers, a cracked non-working hair dryer, a wobbly desk, and a filthy coffee maker. Overall, cleanliness and maintenance were very poor.

Booked a non smoking room. But the room smelled like someone just finished smoking in there before I arrived. There was someone knocking at my door a couple times during my stay.. But every time I went to the door.. no one was there.. The morning of checkout I saw a mouse run from under my bed to the heater. Immediately went to the front desk to report what I saw.. Room was awful and we got company (cockroaches) and no microwave and no caffe machine hi were for second night we got them but the microwave dish inside didn’t turn

I asked for more they said we do not have it
The restaurant was closed
The room”s door open and close very hard
Unfortunately they made our vacation up side down.
My wife scared to sleep second night and she spend whole night in the car.

This was one of the least pleasant stays I've ever had in a hotel. The hotel has potential to be magnificent, but is just horribly run down and dirty. The pretty restaurant and bar in the photos? That's closed and dark.
The bed was horribly uncomfortable. It felt like a very old mattress.
The carpets were super dirty, both in and out of the rooms.
The toilet wobbled back and forth on the floor, so using it was a balancing act.
The shower rod was not securely mounted to the walls and was hanging down at a severe angle, and seemed like it was about to fall off.
The heater didn't work and only blew out cold air. I mentioned this to the front desk, and they offered to put us into another room. I had just heard someone else making the same complaint about their room, so chose not to move.
We walked in and turned on the lights and saw a cockroach scurrying to hide behind the mirror.
After we left, we found that my daughter's backpack, which she kept on the ground, had been chewed through by mice.
So, mice, cockroaches, badly dirty carpets, and a general state of disrepair made this a pretty unpleasant stay.
I will say that the shower itself had great water pressure and temperature, which was a pleasant surprise.
The place has a lot of potential, but they're going to have to dump a LOT of money into cleaning it and fixing it up. My prediction is that the place will be closed in a year.
There's no way I would return, it's just not worth the lower prices.

I am requesting a full refund with Expedia. I’ve been victimized and bitten by bedbugs for the past 2 nights and I haven’t been able to sleep… there is no one here in charge. There is no manager and front desk is telling me, she can’t help me… I need to go to the hospital and get checked out!
Article 19 of the Rockland Couth Health Department needs to be enforced quickly and aggressively in order to prevent transmission and injury. There’s is no one here to accommodate me and the best part is now they want to kick me out because I refuse to leave until I speak to someone in charge… and they threaten to call the police department if I don’t leave. Before emergency services comes to this hotel and before including my posting go viral of this hotel… someone at Expedia needs to handle this for me.

⭐ 0.1 Stars — This Hotel Should Be SHUT DOWN. Absolutely Disgusting.
This place is an embarrassment and a health hazard. I honestly don’t know how this hotel is still open. My stay here was beyond terrible—it was filthy, unsafe, and absolutely unacceptable.
Yes, the lobby looked okay at first.
But once you step past the lobby, the place turns into something straight out of a horror movie.
Cockroaches Everywhere — Absolutely Vile
The moment we turned off the lights, waves of cockroaches came crawling out of the bathroom, out of the toilet, around the bathtub—literally everywhere.
Not just one or two—a full infestation.
There was mold on the bathtub, the room smelled damp, and nothing felt remotely clean.
A Rat in the Room. Not a Joke. A RAT.
The most disgusting part of the entire stay:
In the middle of the night, we heard something moving. When I turned on my phone flashlight, I actually saw a rat eating our snacks like it lived there.
A RAT. INSIDE. OUR. ROOM.
That alone is reason for this place to be reported, inspected, and shut down.
Lobby \"Amenities\" Are Useless
The food area was “temporarily closed,” so we had to order out.
Fine.
But the only microwave available was a shared one in the lobby—and it barely worked. It kept stopping, glitching, and restarting.
How is every guest supposed to use ONE broken microwave?
DIRTY Bedding & FILTHY Floors
The sheets had stains. The floor mats had stains.
Nothing felt washed or sanitized.

While waiting to check in, another guest came up to complain that there were no towels in her room. Well I was checking in the gentleman asked me what floor I would like to be on and I just said I would like a room with towels. There are signs up that say that there are no phones in any room as well. When I got to my room at the end of the hallway, there were no towels at all. Not one. But since there are no phones, I could not call the front desk to tell them, I had to get redressed and go get towels. Also, the TV has no working channel guide, so you have no idea what is on any station unless you flip through all of them and wait through commercials. The front desk gentleman was friendly enough, but the annoyance of no towels and then no phone to let them know there are no towels was enough to put me off coming back here. Stained carpets, but other than that the room was clean enough.

Filthiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Upon arriving in my room, I found a strip of false lashes on the carpet and hairs shaved still in the bathroom sink. Super gross!! Not to mention the duct tape on the windows and the cleaning lady who came into my room unannounced starting at 8am, then twice more before checkout. I recommend you stay elsewhere.

The Overnight Staffer was great, very personable and helpful. Minor issues but as I was just there to sleep and go I didn't want to be nit-picky.

, When arrived around 3:10 pm I checked in the first room I got it didn’t clean yet. I had to go back to get another room. The second same thing. The third room was somehow ready but one of the pillows was not cleaned and sheets are dirty. There are Cockroaches everywhere. The hall has a blended cigarette and weed smell. At 3:24 am garbage truck making noise removing detritus. Anybody can open the back doors without using the hotel cards. There is no security camera anywhere. I have been going there for a year now it’s always been like this. Management doesn’t do any effort to clean the place.

I have never stayed in a worse hotel in my life and I travel a lot! Carpets, walls, furniture all with stains. Furniture lumpy, including the beds. Looks like they haven't vacuumed ANYWHERE since Covid, which was the excuse the person gave as to why the place was so bad. Holes in the walls the size of baseball cards. They moved me to a second room, which was passable. I would give the first room a -5 and the new room a 4.

No staff at check-in—you must ring a bell. Hall carpets filthy and stained. Elevator unsafe and noisy. Bees in the stairwell near the 3rd floor. Room dusty with a broken shower head, dirty towels, stained bedding, ripped chair, and ants. My husband grabbed a towel that had false eyelashes on it! Emergency exits broken and left open. Parking lot dark with potholes. Gym covered in dust; restaurant closed. Overall, poorly maintained and unsafe. Would not recommend. Only plus short drive to good food and the palisades mall.

The room was terrific, clean and comfortable upon my arrival. Parking was fine, but there is no lighted \"Armoni Inn\" sign off Rt. 303 so guests know where to turn at night. Staff was quite courteous and helpful, although the staffer at the front desk wasn't able to break a $20 bill so I could tip the cleaning staff. Also, the bathroom amenities were disappointing. I've thrown out slivers of soap that were bigger than the soap provided by the hotel, and the hotel soap - as well as the shampoo - didn't create much lather. Other than that, the facility is in tip-top shape and well maintained.

If I could give this hotel zero stars I would. I reserved this hotel for a one night stay and when I showed up and walked to our room the halls smelled of smoke even though there are signs at the front desk no smoking and you have to sign a document about not smoking. Once entering our room we were greeted by stains on the floors and a roach in the bathroom. The pictures for this property are deceiving and the hotel is not as it looks. It smells musty and old and is not clean. I walked out after 10 min and told the front desk I was not staying and we left. To make matters worse I was declined for a refund even though I didn’t stay. Save your money and do not stay at this hotel.

Even for the bargain price we prepaid, we decided not to stay the night. The parking lot is not well-lit, has huge potholes, and what seem to be abandoned cars. Upon arrival, we were greeted with printed out signs all over the reception area warning us of things like there are no working telephones in the rooms. When we found our room, the door was propped open with one of the locks, which we found disconcerting. There was not one towel in the bathroom, not even one to dry our hands after washing them. It appeared as though there used to be a mirror on the back of the bathroom door, but it had been ripped off the door. The bathroom door did not open from inside the bathroom, so I got stuck in the bathroom a couple of times. There were no basic amenities, like an iron & ironing board. This is not somewhere I would recommend to anyone.

Place was dirty smelled didn't take a shower was scared to step in the bathtub back door unlocked anyone could walk in the building good thing was a good neighborhood. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy
