Dirty. Smells like crap in hall ways. Staff is the worst.. manager is even worse than employees. House keeping staff don’t even clean the room well. Sticky floors. Hair on bed. Hair in clean washed towels..

I was checking in. They took my ID then after 5 mins of scrolling through their iPad they announced to me that they are cancelling my reservation cause they have no availability.

When we checked in we were told that the room we prepaid for they didn't have any more and it would cost us $7 more for 2 full beds after that we got to our room and the tv didn't work at all ended up moving rooms only to get a TV with no remote it wasn't the best had someone above us walk the room for 4 hours

When I first walked into my room, there was a really strong odor that I didn’t like. There were numerous times where I felt like I was in an unsafe environment because it sounded like someone kept on trying to open my door outside during the night. My sleep was disturbed due to a couple of people laughing loudly and making noise (not sure from hallway or the floor above us) at 3am in the morning. Overall, not a good experience.

The room had not been properly checked by staff. There was no shower curtain and no soap in the bathroom. Talked to the staff, they offered me a shower curtain to put up myself, said there was no staff to install it. The window curtains came together but did not overlap to keep out light at night. I will not use them again, I will not recommend them.

I would like to say it was ok however never got to use the tv it did not work I told you man at front desk nothing was done. They advertise breakfast to go 6am to 9am both days I went out at 7am before heading for work nothing there. I spoke with young lady at front desk and she said oh we ran out. I said both days? Come on really within an hour? I felt like they just didn't care. I would of liked some sort of refund for no tv use during my stay and for the breakfast.

Beds were hard as rocks, we weren't able to get clean towel even when we're were told if we brought the old ones down we could get new ones. The elevator was broken and according to another people staying has been down 3 times in as many weeks. Internet seemed to have a fee in order to gain access. Rooms smelt funky.

The place is very rundown. Rooms are shabby. In the kitchenette, the stove and microwave were not working. Kitchen utensils listed in the advertisement were limited. The noise from the adjacent rooms was unbearable. Called the front desk for assistance with the noise multiple times, only to have the “party” restart 5-10 minutes later with additional banging on the walls thrown in for “special effects”. The front desk was unattended during our check out, so ended up just leaving the key card on the desk and praying for the best. Absolutely do not recommend this hotel!

Calling this place \"extended stay\" is like calling Alcatraz \"extended stay\". I have never stayed in such a dirty hotel-- and they had the audacity to leave an envelope clearly marked to leave a top for housekeeping! Yeah right. The floor had not been vacuumed, it had dozens of stains, and the ceiling had stains too-- how does that happen? Hand and footprints n the back of the door? Every piece of wood-veneer furniture had the edges of the veneer rubbed off. The TV didn't work and the stand was broken, it was about to fall over the entire time we were there.
The whole hotel reeked of marijuana, body odor, and desperation. From the instant we walked in to the moment we left the smell of pot permeated the entire property, legalization notwithstanding the property was marked as nonsmoking, but they must have just meant tobacco.
Thanks to sub-par soundproofing (if there even is any) I discovered that this hotel has a front-row seats to the racetrack/drag stip called Route 17. Normal traffic wasn't a problem but the speed demons come out at night and race up and drown the strip into the wee hours.
\"Breakfast Included\" has a very loose meaning apparently, most inexpensive hotels with free breakfast at least have yellow pucks made of eggs and greasy sausage links but all this place had was Nutri Grain bars. I'm told they had plastic-wrapped muffins but they were all gone by 6:45 one morning and by 7 the next. One of the two mornings they hadn't made coffee yet. Thats it. Avoid.

STAY FAR AWAY. The health Dept should shut them down. There was an open needle on the floor that i almost got stuck with going to pick it up (the ONLY person running hotel was the counter girl who said yeah I've been stuck before like this is a regular situation and it's ok no issue with that) and a dirty napkin on the floor. in the first room then noticed the aluminum foil wrapped around the detector after we complained. We needed to go eat so i mentioned no one in room to clean she said that wouldn't happen she is the ONLY person there. She will be calling her manager who doesn't like to pick up at night to deal with these issues. But she said they had no other room for us. We get back and she said she has a room for us. Did someone suddenly vacate the room at 1 am? We take it because if that was on the floor in the first room are we sure the beds were cleaned etc. So we go to that one open the door and instantly notice the two complimentary water bottles on counter one was significantly less and the cap was turned and someone drank out of it. The light on the bed side was broken but they left the part that goes into the whole to turn it on, on the ledge of the lamp like I'm gonna construct something to make this work. The shower if you wanted pressure you had to take a cold shower if you wanted warm water you had the water dribble on you. It was the worst event ever. NEVER AGAIN AND so much more happened that i don't have enough characters to write it all.

I booked these hotel rooms with a clear message that they had to be on the same floor and near each other. My husband and I were traveling with my 98yr old father. We arrived late as arranged and they said the rooms are first come first serve and they didn’t have what I requested. After trying to find another hotel for 15 min the front desk said they do have two doubles but no kings. It was late. My dad was tired. We got into the NON SMOKING ROOMS and they stunk like ashtrays. At that point my Dad was just exhausted so we stayed. What I want to know is why can I pick a room a a the. Not get it?? Why is it marked no smoking and have it smell? Not to mention the queen bed for me and my husband was not a standard queen.

This extended stay in New Jersey had construction on either side, so there was a lot of construction noise and I think most of the clients are people coming in for work to New Jersey or in and out of there we were there as a pitstop on the way to some somewhere else. It is a very basic room there’s no pool this no gym or any inside facilities.. but the office staff and everyone is absolutely wonderful and they try to go out of their way to make you stay nice. They’re very friendly and you couldn’t ask for nicer people.

The overall experience was far less than I was expecting. Not one glass in the room, nothing to use in a kitchenette… despite cabinets and drawers, and a fridge and microwave, there was no way to actually use them. You have to buy any glass, knife, fork, or spoon, or any dishes, from the motel!!! And if you do buy them, when you leave, most likely you cannot pack them aboard a departing flight as in my case. The front lobby was dirty and crummy, with outside debris blown in through the always open front door. I’ll never, ever stay at an “Extended Stat America” hotel ever again. A rather crummy experience!!!

They don't even have a working shower!!!
Upon check in the hotel clerk was nice but that was the only thing nice about the hotel. My room was on the third floor and when I stepped out of the elevator there was an unpleasant odor. Then as I walked towards my room there was a lot of trash sitting next to one of the hotel doors like two trash bags full plus a microwave. I thought oh god please just get me thru the night at this place. I had a long night out in NYC and was looking forward to a shower before work. To my surprise as soon as I turned on the water the entire faucet head popped right off!! That was my last draw at this place. No shower, the breakfast made me feel like I was in prison waiting for a meal rationing. The breakfast started at 630 i got there at 7:15 to find one muffin and a few oatmeal packets left. It was obvious they only wanted each person to take one item only. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here!! Dirty, broken shower, prison breakfast. Pay a little more and stay somewhere else.

We love extended stay hotels because the rooms are fully equipped, clean, and cozy. The free WiFi worked well enough for hours of streaming. This location was very clean. Quick Check is right on the corner.

Parking requirements are crazy no other hotel in the area makes you put a pass in your car. The amenities in the room are horrible. One small bar of soap. You have to actually ask for kitchen utensils and half of them are not clean. They only give you three very small pillows for the bed And the staff or at least the general managers are really rude honestly and not accommodating and definitely not Customer first one of the cheapest places to stay in the area, but by far the most disappointing.
