Room was dirty, shower head was rusting, the couch had stains like its been there forever and never cleaned. Would not recommend breakfast as it was the same Monday thru Friday. They said they had pots and pans in the suite but nothing then asked and it took 4 hours to finally received them. Would never visit again!

I booked a 1 bedroom suite and it wasn’t what I expected. The bed had a squeaky sound. I literally had to stay still all night in one position to avoid hearing the squeaky noise. The people staying above us were up late in the middle of the night talking loud and it sounded like they were moving the furniture around. The only good thing in the hotel was the breakfast. I do not recommend this hotel.

Absolutely love the stay, Monica and David treated us like family, very very friendly and filled with love. The room was very quiet, peaceful, convenient, extreme clean. We got our best sleep there. Amazing experience, magical Christmas experience. Look forward for our next stay

The facility needs some TLC, we had to switch rooms because of an unidentified odor plus a kitchen chair was broken. Second room living room light kept shorting out, dishwasher light never stopped flashing and there was no hot water on Sunday morning before check out. It was supposed to feel like home and fell short of that.

Homewood Suites was the perfect place for our nearly weeklong stay. The suites were clean and comfortable. The kindness of the staff stood out to me. I was alittle disappointed in the room. A cabinet in the kitchen was falling apart. The couch needs to be thrown out. The pull off sofa was completely nasty. I couldnt put my other family member on that couch cause it was disgusting. I have pictures of both the sofa bed and couch. Work definitely(upgrade) needs to be done to the two room suites.

I was disappointed for these specific reasons:

1) Noise in the morning with workers running some very long, thick upholstery cleaning hose down our floor (had to step over it to leave my room)

2) toilet was not flushing properly and ran incessantly, so we had to call for maintenance and the next morning it wasn't working at all

3) THE PULLOUT SOFA WAS DISGUSTING. When I opened it up to make sure it was made, there were food crumbs all over underneath where the cushions were and when you pull out the bed mechanism, the crumb fall on the mattress. That should not be allowed to persist and for this reason I did not leave the maid my usual $5 gratuity.

4) When we purchased and item from the pantry, my girlfriend wanted to exchange it for another item and the front desk person asked us if we opened it. We were insulted by her question, because of course we wouldn't open a candy bar and put it back on the shelf and expect a new item at that point; would you after opening it? I thought the lady could've just said, sure!

Older hotel but well kept and clean. Quiet location close to but off the main highway with plenty of parking.
Decent breakfast/breakfast area with additional outdoor seating by the (I think heated) pool.
Only movie complaint would be the bed was a bit hard, and the pillows too soft.

Let’s start with the good. Staff were very friendly and rooms are spacious with full kitchen amenities. Pretty much ends there. Massive amounts of damage to furniture and room components. We were shocked. Location is near the highway but not walkable to anything. Breakfast was real bad. We did a diner 2nd day even though we had paid for breakfast. Window was broken and did get fixed within 24 hrs. Light bulb broken and fixed quickly. Furniture looked terrible and the couch was extremely uncomfortable. Weird stains on walls, curtains, lamp shade. Bathroom door casing is separating from the wood.
Would not stay here again and cannot believe it has an avg 8+ rating.

We arrived an hour before official check in time because our schedule changed. Monica called housekeeping and found our room already had been cleaned.

As we approached our room, housekeeping staff working in adjacent rooms smiled and told us all was ready in our room. It was.

No guarantee it would always be so, of course, but they made the effort to try and accommodate.

Appreciated by two tired travelers. Took a nap. Went for a beautiful walk in a park a couple of miles away before dinner.

This is generally a nice place to stay. The breakfast is good (the gentleman who makes the breakfast during the week is super friendly and helpful). The desk staff is very friendly as well and helped me when my plans had to be adjusted mid-stay. The room are also very clean. The only problem with the hotel is that the rooms are really getting worn down and desparately need a refresh. The furniture has lots of wear and the kitchen cabinets seem old and worn out. The staff is clearly trying to do what they can with what they have, but the rooms could really use some renovation. But I would not hesitate to stay there again.

The furnishings in the room were cheap and outdated. The table was very rickety and the sofa bed mattress was thin and very uncomfortable. I also do not typical choose hotels that are pet friendly as I do not have pets and do not care to stay in a room where pets may have stayed since I travel with people with severe allergies. Wishing for a better experience

During our stay there was a fire alarm and we had to evacuate. We had a person with a disability and requested the first floor however how the building was made the 1 st floor was the second floor and during the fire alarm they would of had to climb stairs to get out which would of been exceedingly difficult since they had limited mobility. What could have been a better plan was putting us on the real ground floor as requested. Also to check and make sure the person with the disability was able to evacuate safety. Also they didn't have adequate hot water for a shower we had to wait 10-15 minutes for a Luke warm shower.some of the furniture such as the desk was on its last legs if you leaned on it or might break.Otherwise the staff was friendly and we had a peaceful night sleep.
