Overall, the stay was good for a quick overnight visit. The room was generally comfortable and check-in was easy. However, there were a few stains on the walls that made the room feel a bit less clean than expected. Aside from that, it served its purpose for a short stay and the experience was overall decent.

Entire building looked sketchy with undulating corridors. It was clean. Rooms have no sound proofing. Smelled pot entire stay… supposedly no smoking floor.

The only thing that was really fresh was the fruit, however, when you have people who live in the hotel that are “EDP“ it’s not a pleasant day they scream in the whole way at night they carry on they smoke cigarettes, walking out of the building and the manager just thinks this is normal. I guess if you’re getting paid by section 8 or whoever it’s OK.

The room was nice, but there was damage to a few things in the room. Also, we booked a jetted tub, and the jets didn’t work. There was an iron in the room, and a place designated for the ironing board, but that was missing. The bedding had stains on them and the sheets didn’t fit all the way on the bed.

The TV was a nice size.

The room was not what I expected but it was clean. The walls had patches of plaster and near the window and ceiling the wall seems to be separating. However since I didn't spend time there much only to sleep I dealt with it. The buffet breakfast was ok just the same thing daily no change or variety in the hot food. The staff was courteous so all in all that's the reason for my rating.

of toast, bagels, yogurt, waffles. Eggs are served only
on weedends. A good point is that coffee or tea is available 24hrs. I would definitely use this hotel as my
go to place when I'm in the area.

Disaster place to stay. Very old from cracking walls to ripped carpets. It’s a ran down motel with quick cheap renovation to make it a “Hotel”. Staff also try to bang you out for every dollar. Ask how much is a night, they don’t have a standard price. They look into what u pay and try to even go higher. Never staying here again

This place is awful. Cracked walls, crooked floor that you can’t even walk straight. The bathroom tiles were all cracked and broken with grout all over the place. The shower was all mouldy and the fixtures were hanging out of the wall. Found a disgusting bug that may have been a cockroach. Can’t believe they charge people almost $200USD for this dump. Awful!!

My room needed to be changed because the door would not open. It appeared the handle was broken. The back \"always locked\" door was held open by a towel wedged at the bottom. I removed it each time I went in or out and it was always put back.

Got the Jacuzzi room I’ve done that a few times in the past year and for a best Western it’s fine however the side door to get in as a visible rat problem there’s a trashcan next to the door. They congregate under the trashcan and then go down a hole right next to it. Clearly there is no attempt at extermination.

This hotel was nice and clean with comfortable bed & pillows, however the check-in was a nightmare. No one was at the front desk. I waited and kept calling out for someone. I called the front desk and it just rang and rang. It took almost 10 minutes for someone to come check us in.

Great stay but breakfast could be better...

Recently stayed one night in a King Room with Jetted Tub, room 120. I checked in late, around 11pm, the younger man who checked me in was friendly, and we chatted about the restaurant next door that shuttered, which I was sad about, as I had a great meal there a previous time I stayed here a year ago.

The room was clean, comfortable, AC worked well, as did the fridge, which quickly cooled my drinks! I like the renovated rooms and the jetted tub was wonderful!

The bathroom has a few issues though, some grout is missing, the tub train was detached but did work when placed in drain, and shower head was loose from wall, but pressure was great, and plenty of hot water. I could have used another bar of soap but the products smell good!

It was a very quiet stay, I didn't hear any noise from hallway or other guests, and love the 12pm check out time!

Breakfast is until 10am, it was crowded, but we luckily got a table, the room is a bit small, and the food is lackluster. I stayed at another BW in Massachusetts that had chocolate milk, whipped cream, and a wonderful yogurt dispensing machine, none of which this BW offered. The scrambled eggs were okay, some hash browns were burnt to a crisp, and the sausage looked dehydrated/gross and didn't taste good. The danish and muffins were bland tasting and I mostly filled up on cereal and yogurt. The quality of the food can use improvement but the lady was friendly and stocked everything.

I'd stay again and often visit annually!
