This is a hidden Gem that puts you so close to all there is to do i. Nyack, beautiful decorum, beautiful ire, I would highly recommend getting the balcony view, the staff is courteous and helpful, it is a hop kip and a jump from the Mall. The restaurant is amazing, a beautiful place to hold events. This will definitely be my go to weekend getaway.

Overall experience and accommodations were positive. We plan to return to the area within the next 3-6 months and plan stay at this property again, due to it’s convenient location. We hope to see improvements in the areas described below. We enjoyed breakfast in the hotel’s restaurant. The cost was a bit steep (for breakfast), but we anticipated that and so we weren’t surprised. The food was good, the presentation was appealing and the serving size plentiful. Our waitress was welcoming and attentive. I requested my eggs scrambled “soft” - they missed the mark on the “soft” part, but it was not a big deal. Next time we visit we will skip the coffee; we found it to be bitter. We’ll get our coffee from Nyack Bagels or Dunkin; their coffee is consistently good. The front office team was welcoming and helpful - good first impression. We requested bottle water, and the front desk gave it to us with a smile. We requested housekeeping each day. Surfaces were not wiped down, e.g. the bedside tables, which are glass/reflective. The toilet room door was missing a handle, which made it difficult to exit the toilet. The shower did not drain properly. The iron/ironing board was not re-stored, but was left on the table/desk. The iron was placed on its side and water ran out all over the table/desk. There are no cups in the room, which you need in order to put water in the iron. Except for the first day, our room did not have the right number of towels/wash cloths. We had to ask for them

Room clean. Food, drinks and staff very good. A/C SO loud, I had to turn it off to sleep, then woke up sweating, ugh. Rooms need soundproofing, very noisy from hallway and other rooms. Woman talking so loud for over an hour from neighboring room around 6 am. Pool area is set up nicely. Lots of trouble checking in and out. Apparently Expedia didnt send the reservation to them. I did only book 3 hrs prior but it took a long time to resolve with them and Expedia. Then when checking out, they were charging me full rate and we had to go all through it again.

Each day, there was standing water that pooled in the corner. The was comfortable, but it creaked when you sat down on it or turned, which disturbed our sleep. The door to exit the toilet was missing the handle.

Best coffee we have ever had in a hotel lobby! We liked the uniqueness of it. The pool is very small and crowded. I do wish they offered two queen size beds versus two full-size beds. There is room for two queens in the room. Bar area was nice. Staff is very friendly.

First I can start by saying the front desk team were extremely helpful, accommodating and friendly. I absolutely hate carpet and they allowed me to move to a room without carpet, although it had a rug, its better than a full floor carpet. The room is clean and spacious..There is a restaurant on-site and also plenty of restaurants in tje vicinity. The highway is literally around the corner so if you need to go someplace its close by..now if you're going to the city, be prepared because you'll have to pay tolls. I was told there was breakfast but whenever I came down there was no breakfast in the lobby..perhaps I got down there too late. Overall, its a really pretty and clean hotel.

This hotel has the most uncomfortable setup I have ever experienced. I was here for an event I was hosting and figured spending the night would be convenient. I was wrong, the first night I got ZERO sleep. There was a constant knocking sound in our room, it was brutal. I felt like I was sleeping in a shipping container. Just not very cozy.

I booked a king-size room with a balcony and breakfast included through Expedia. The hotel gave me the room I booked, but the room was not functional.

The air conditioning was not working, and there was no hair dryer in the room. Around two o’clock in the morning, I woke up sweating because the room was extremely hot.

I called the front desk because I could not sleep in a room with no working air conditioning. Instead of fixing the problem properly, they offered to move me to a downgraded room with two small beds, which was not what I paid for.

The manager, Ryan, treated me extremely badly at two o’clock in the morning. He was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. His attitude was basically: take the downgraded room, accept a fifty percent discount, or leave. He acted like because I booked through Expedia, it was not his problem.

This was completely unacceptable. I paid for a king-size room with balcony and breakfast, but the room had no working air conditioning and no hair dryer. The only solution offered was a much worse room with two small beds. The way the manager handled the situation was disgusting.

One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I would not recommend this property.

Amazing industrial chic setting. Beautiful patio/ pool area.
Food at conference was great. Only criticism: my room was concrete, walls, floors with high ceilings. The only rug on the room was under the bed and there was nothing soft in the room to absorb sound, even the chair was vinyl. It was relatively warm, but I bet its cold in the winter. Go to this hotel and enjoy.

I changed my room and once I told her the reason she was very professional and empathetic. That means alot to me. I have over 30k followers as a single mom looking to pamper herself I would def recommend this place. Reason why I gave it a 4- while I took a shower the water rise up to 2 inches after 8minutes. I felt uncomfortable and I thought nobody want to feel that much water at their feet while showering off. Light in the bathroom too low. Again overall I had a great stay. Thank u

Only negative comments are the rooms feel warehouse-y and are very echoey. You can clearly hear people in the hallway. And at some point the elevator carpet smelled like feet. Not sure if I just got used to it or if they cleaned it during my stay. Besides those things it was a fine stay. A little overpriced ($140 for a Sunday night) imo.

Staff greeted us professionally and we were able to check in our room one hour early. Because there were no amenities available due to the season we were given a $10 credit at the bar or restaurant which of course did not go very far. The room appeared clean as well as the bathroom. The room floor should be mopped more often reinforcing why I always wear socks in a hotel room. The bed was comfortable. The free breakfast in the morning was really disappointing. It was a cup of coffee and a piece of wrapped fruit. I highly recommend this hotel for a one night day.

The concierge was warm and accommodating, my room was clean, inviting, and full of artistic charm, and the bartenders and servers were wonderful. From the moment we checked in we were greeted by Judith. She was calm, sweet and very helpful. For the entire stay she always had a smile on her face. Made us feel very welcomed. The room was spacious and the hotel bar had a great vibe. The only drawback was our room was on the backside of the hotel and the view was of a cemetery. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Had an amazing stay here recently. Was greeted by two lovely front desk agents, Judith and Stephanie. I had been upgraded which was a pleasant surprise after a stressful month I had. Checked into a great room with a balcony and had a perfect view of a gorgeous sunset. Made myself comfortable and then after I got settled in, I got ready to go to the restaurant. Sat at the bar and had a great meal and conversation with Adrian. It's always a pleasure to be there. I'd definitely come back to this hotel and recommend it too

Booked more than 30 days in advance for a King sized room. I get there at 7pm, wiped out from a long Valentine’s Day and they say “Oh we oversold, sorry! I’ll give you two double beds”. COMPLETELY RUINING the vibe of the day and trust I had in Hyatt to come through for me. Then the “compensation” was a complimentary continental breakfast to be served at 6a…when I have to check out at 5:30a.

Never really leave reviews, but this was a MAJOR letdown. As someone who does things last minute, I felt good to have rock solid plans for a special date. All to the waste side when they oversold and NEVER contacted me to make things right or allow me to find something that DID meet my new needs. I truly need some reconciliation for this. Such an unpleasant first and lasting impression!
