This is my favorite hotel in Ramsey. What sets this place apart are not only the amenities like free bottled water and bananas which are available throughout most of the day but also the outstanding hospitality from the owner. He personally greets guests with friendly chats in the lobby, provides great recommendations for local spots and goes out of his way to ensure everything is perfect. The breakfast is definitely the highlight in the mornings. There are a variety of cold and hot options but my favorite are the delicious pancakes which are always waiting for me, thanks to the owner's personal attention. The rooms are comfortable, spotless, and well-appointed. The combination of exceptional service, hospitality, and the breakfast keeps me coming back. If you're in town, don't settle for anything less—this hotel is the clear winner. Highly recommend!

One of us had an issue with the traffic noise; they switched us to a quieter room with no fuss. Breakfast changes every day, and they keep it stocked and clean. Fitness center looked good (treadmill, bike, more). Wawa next door; if you drive, it's 6 minute drive to loop back :-)

Everything was clean and super practical, which is what I need for business travel. 24-hour coffee and tea is a nice touch. The only tiny suggestion I’d make is a lotion dispenser in the shower area. It was located by the sink (outside the bathroom), and if you’re traveling with someone who doesn’t want to see that, you need to do some advanced planning. The customer service was excellent. From the phone I made a few days before arrival, to the check in and vheck out. However, the shower plumbing needs repair. I didnt use it in the morning because there was a high pitched squeal off and on throughout the eveing and night coming from the shower head. I had to get up, open the valve to flow the water to release the pressure, I did this multiple time throughtout the stay. The handle needs repair as well. Its not secured. Room 228. Again, customer service excellent. I will be staying in Ramsey often going forward, but, unfortunately, I dont think I will stay here again based on this experience. Have a great week.
