The door chain was not attached to the door frame. The phone, which had a different room number on it was flashing a bright red light. I called the desk, he said it was probably from the last occupant. If it bothered me just unplug it. It was advertised as having breakfast. When I was leaving I found coffee, and those small 1\" diameter cupcakes. Sorry that is not breakfast.

our family rented four rooms from Thursday, October 9 through Sunday, October 12.
The mattress is on the beds, felt hard on the corners when you sat down on the bed and when you lay down on the bed, you could feel the springs against your back. Maybe it's time to replace the mattresses. Also the carpets had a very worn look to them, and one of the room set a big stain on the carpet. Room 122 had several major cracks in the mirror in the bathroom. Your room is really need to be updated and they should fix things like the cracked mirrors.
there was also a strong smell of marijuana in the hallway, which was probably coming from some other guest room.
The positive is your staff did a good job when I requested that they put fresh towels in the room. In one of the rooms, the staff that was cleaning the room, took the bedspread and sheets off the bed and threw them on the floor and left them there. They did not replace them on the beds or take those sheets out of the room, so I'm not sure why they did that once again that was in room 122. Some of the lights did not work in room 124.

A room was on the third floor and when we got off the elevator an employee was surprised to see us and asked if we were sure, we were in the correct place. It is not smoking hotel, but our room smelled like stale smoke. There was bleach stains on the floor and an old dirty towel was left hanging on the ironing board of our room. The AC obviously brought in air from the outside. It did not filter for the fact that people were smoking cigarettes outside our room, which brought the stench into the room.
The beds were clean and the bathroom was cleaned to our satisfaction that we still felt comfortable staying..

Checking in was about the only thing that was pleasant this time around, there was a huge difference from when we stayed there last year. The drawers were falling apart when you pulled them open. Also there was a car in the parking lot that was there from last year (same spot), and someone pissed on our car as well as loosening the lug nuts. We will never stay there again.

what happened.

The check in was fast. The room was clean, however the room I was in had a musty smell about it even the pillows on the bed. The breakfast offerings were meager compared to other times I spent at this location. There was usually an array of items in the breakfast area. you had a larger choice. This stay there were Beverages and Muffins. Usually, the choices are fresh fruit and mini-Danishes and some cereals.
there was also a spill in front of the food area that made it hard to reach. When I said something to the night manager, I was told someone would get it later. Bad answer. Throw a towel down or get a mop, takes just a minute to fix.
I'd say this location is in need of some TLC.

A reasonable bargain for a couple of nights. I'd stay again if in the area. The lock on the outside door to the parking lot is missing completely, so there is no way to lock the door. There are tap points to get in/out, but since the lock is completely missing, those points are useless. The carpet in the room needs some attention; bunched in a couple of spots.

The hotel is used for low income people as long-term residents.
Parking area on side or back of this place, I did not feel safe there.
The whole hotel smells old and damp.
I will be contacting Super 8 headquarters to complain and request a refund.
I do not recommend this hotel, cheap furniture and very cheesy like an old roadside motel.

I stayed at this hotel in May and unfortunately discovered bed bugs in my room during the night—after 1 a.m. I immediately reported the issue to the front desk the next morning. While they noted my complaint, I was told that because I booked through a third party, I would need to take it up with them directly.
When the third-party service reached out to the hotel, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. Despite the clear health risk and extreme discomfort, the hotel refused to offer any refund or even basic compensation.
This was not only an uncomfortable experience but also a serious hygiene and safety concern. I left with bite marks and had to thoroughly sanitize all of my belongings afterward—a major inconvenience that could have been avoided.
I strongly urge future travelers to read recent reviews carefully and think twice before booking here. Based on my experience, this hotel does not prioritize guest health, hygiene, or accountability.

Check in was easy and staff was friendly.
Room was adequate for a night's stay, although some bleach stains on rug, etc.
Some customers checking in/out seemed a little questionable...
Grab and go breakfast was very limited and there was coffee but no tea.
Hotel is non-smoking although the lobby and rooms definitely had a smoke smell to them.
Areas w/in the parking lot seemed unsafe being water drains weren't covered entirely.
Parking was ample and location was convenient.

You said there was breakfast, thats why we stayed there. Continant breakfast was not mentioned when I asked at the desk. We were deceived. We will never stay there again even if it was FREE. You just lost a customer.

I booked a room with 1 queen bed and was given a room with 2 double beds. When I brought this to the staff’s attention their response was that the hotel is fully booked and I should be happy that my room was “upgraded.” Sorry, but having to sleep in separate beds is not an upgrade to me. The beds were also very uncomfortable and the room smelled bad. If this was a $60 room, I wouldn’t care but when I am paying $164, I expect to get what I paid for.

Found bedbugs in our room, told the front desk manager, and showed them the dead ones we found on a paper towel wbich we put in a plastic zip lock bag to show them. They said theyd take care of it, and id receive a refund, however the following day i called and they insisted there was nothing in the bag or on the paper towel and nothing in the room meanwhile i had shiwed him the pictures and video taken in the hotel room! Horrible customer service and they lie to protect the hotel so be careful going there!

Staff is lovely and helpful, but property is so run down,The Bed is several years past its replacement date, it’s both hard, and support less at same time. The pillows are so old they actually fold them over 3 times and secure-the fold with a pillow case, to give. the pillow some volume, the pillows r 10x10. The smoke smell at the entry is hard to walk by, and it feels like a scary movie...

We found two cockroaches in our room, killed it and took it down to front desk, the guy there said he was refunding our money but have to call Expedia to get it back they call hotel and they said the hotel refused to refund our money apparently they no about them cuz he said they got problems from next door, I will never ever stay there again!
