Upon first entering the room, it appears neat and well maintained. Let's start with the bed. The duvet was horrible. Dingy, with very obvious lumps of the filling. I have photos. Time to remove that one from the rotation! The nightstand needed to be dusted. I drew a line in it and took a photo. As expected, we did have a coffee maker, but no coffee. Now, I get the minimal amenities in the room because we could always go out to the restaurants and Casino. Got it! For the price though...I expect more. 🙄 Better! Now for the good. Check-in/out with the kiosk is a breeze. Valet parking and service included us wonderful. We were attending a Conference, and service was Amazing. The Casino is a Casino. The grounds are beautifully kept and peaceful. Overall it is a great place, and this was my second Conference attendance there.

I feel the hotel has not been well keep. The elevators had trash and were not clean. The shower had no water pressure. There was a verity of food but I felt very over priced. There is not much food option in the area also.

Went to check in, didn't want valet parking, the parking attendant was rude and dismissive about it. My wife went to check us in and they would not let her. Do all married couples deal with that or just same sex couples? She had my driver's license and all. This is the only time that's ever happened. Tried calling the front desk for over 30 minutes and no one answered. Vending machine took our money and staff said no one there could help rectify the situation. Never once was there anyone to help with directions to our room or anything.
We have been to casino and restaurants several times but this was the first time staying at the hotel, and the last. We did not feel welcomed at all.
Casino staff was amazing and the staff at Truffles was great.

Our visit was great. Rooms are clean and nice. Lots of choices for eating. If you want to take a break from the casino you can swim in the indoor or outdoor pool, they have bowling, and if you are there during events such as comedy shows or concerts you may enjoy that as well. The location is great for rafting, fishing, or just an hour drive to pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend you visit.

The resort was beautiful, the staff was great, and the food was delicious. However, the casino was a huge disappointment. Do not play slots in this casino. You will lose all of your money. We were there for 3 days, and we did not see anyone win. We will never play at this casino again.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful, courteous and friendly. The casino had all of the games we could possibly use and the staff was also very helpful and made our gambling experience a pleasure.

The room was extremely clean. The pools are not very deep about 3Ft but still a nice relaxation area. There are various areas to take wonderful pictures. Parking was not great. It is extremely busy and it may be hard to find parking. Valet is available.

Resort is so large, going to a pool, or spa, or restaurant can be quite a walk. Staff wasn’t much help with directions. Casino is huge with many entrances/exits. It is a shame they have so few shows or nighttime entertainment. Room was nice and very clean.

Did not get the room we reserved. Reserved king non-smoking room and hotel tried to put us in a king smoking room. Did not have a king non-smoking so we ended up with 2 queen non-smoking. Kids in next room started screaming at 6am and parents did nothing about it. Why bring your kids to a casino?

I’m not sure, but the bathroom shower door might not have been cleaned or maybe it was just foggy from the amount of humidity in the air.
Otherwise everything else was clean.
The staff was helpful upon check in and a very nice young lady helped us find our way to the hotel parking garage.
Overall a pretty good stay. It’s a huge place and a little hard to find your way around

I wasn't as pleased with it as I'd hoped. First off I booked a non-smoking room on Expedia & they told me at the front desk I had booked a smoking room, & would be an upcharge to move to a non-smoking. I didn't get the feeling they liked me booking through anyone other than the direct hotel, as the lady at the desk kept bringing this up to me. The night we stayed the TV was unwatchable on their \"live TV\" app. It was just one continuous glitch. It was fine the next morning. Other than this it wasn't bad, the room was nice, it was clean. Just didn't enjoy the belittling over book through a second site & I knew for sure I had booked non-smoking & wasn't crazy about the lady adamantly telling me I certainly did not.

We stayed in the new part of the resort and unfortunately our pool was closed for maintenance. Very disappointing because we had to find our way to the other part of the resort to swim. The staff didn’t really know how to direct us to anything. We did a lot of walking around just to have to figure out where everything was on our own because we were pointed in the wrong direction multiple times. The elevators were not cleaned properly. Just a wet floor sign covering spills that left stickiness on your shoes. Our beds did not have fitted sheets on them, just flat sheets laying on top of the mattresses. I expected a better experience and was disappointed with the “ok” experience we received.

We had a deluxe mountain, 1 king bed, the Room was huge and very nice and clean. The property is very nice. We had a dinner at the Guys kitchen and bar. The server couldn't have been nicer. She was fantastic. The food was terrible. I cannot believe that guy even has his name on this place. There was no Flavortown going on that night. Also, the french fries were completely soggy and soft served in a tight container. He needs to reevaluate this place. The breakfast at the café was awesome. And the server was very funny and sweet

Everyone was extremely helpful and answered all our questions.
Our only complaint was that we were not informed that the pool on the Cherokee side was closed for maintenance. We're not gamblers so our 3 day getaway was for relaxing at the pool. The walk to the other pool took awhile but we enjoyed the time.
We do have one suggestion however, how about an adult only pool?
Why do parents take children to a casino?
That aside, we more than likely will return.
We also enjoyed the nightly entertainment at The Myst. All were extremely good.

This hotel was amazing in so many ways. First, it's beautiful, large and attention to detail in art and structure. Rooms are spacious and clean. The casino was great as well as the enormous food court with gourmet choices. The indoor pool was closed but the outdoor pool was open. Pool depth 3.5 ft , a little shallow for me . Easy breezy check in.

I went for the JODECI concert and I really enjoyed myself.The event hall with beautiful. I will definitely be going back there for a concert or a comedy show. My room wasn't as clean as I would expect.The carpet had a lot of stuff objects. The staff was courteous overall.It was a great experience.

The clerk that checked us gave us the wrong information and made the check out so much more stressful than it had to be. We got 3 rooms and one of them was for two nights, she told us the 2 night stay was in the wrong room, and it was absolute chaos because I was traveling with my two older parents. In general, I don't think she knew what she was doing, we asked for information on the layout of the hotel because it was our first time here and she had to scramble to find a phamplet, which wasn't very helpful. Also, the woman working the valet station didn't seem too helpful when we looking to rent a wheelchair, she had the audacity to ask us to walk down to retrieve the chair we wanted to use to take our dad to the room, instead of just calling down to the bellhop station, where the chair was to ask them the #, like she eventually did after we refused (literally just had come from that direction). I really just expected more from a resort that cost as much as it did. Once we got past the lobby, the rest of the staff did seem friendly and knowledgeable, but those initial interactions were so irritating.

I went to Harris‘s to see Jeff Dunham perform. Just the one night Friday night room rates are nearly $500 a night. The room was definitely outdated and dirty, even though it was convenient to stay there for the show for future shows at the casino, I will not be staying there

I visited a lot of Caesars' properties. This one is my least favorite. I feel like Caesars comps players better in Las Vegas and at its other properties. So when I play in Las Vegas and lose - i get several free nights and some meals. So at least i get some compensation. Caesars Cherokee IMO is set up to suck the maximum amount out of players - all the way atound. Not going back. Prefer Ceasars' other properties.

It all started at check in, when we arrived there were only 2 front desk agents, and many people checking in... there was a concert that night too. Not properly staffed. This entire establishment needs a massive scrub down and update. All common areas are dingy and dirty, fixtures are crooked..it just looks terrible. Ive stayed in ma y different casinos and this one is bar far the dirtiest and dated with a high proce tag. I paid $300/night for what was referred as a luxury room that had hair all over the bathroom, dirt and dust in all corners, dated everything in the room, lamp shade was cracked and dirty. I cut my leg on the glass on the coffee table when I walked by it and bumped into it. It was a horrible experience honestly and we will not return.

We stayed at the new Cherokee tower and had a great stay! Our room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bedding. The casino was bigger than I expected! We are not smokers and appreciated their smoke free environment. The only issue we came across was at checkout. We waited for an elevator for nearly 20 minutes (we were on the 14th floor with many bags so the stairs were not an option) and we waited another 30 minutes for our car. Had we known about this issue before we would have chose to self-park. We were happy to have a Starbucks in the lobby while we waited. Minor issues. Still a great experience. Excited to return!

I booked a room on Expedia as a non-smoking king size room. When I checked in they gave a smoking room king size and was told that since I booked through a third party this is what I had to take. Not thrilled and the room and floor smelled terrible. Room service was not offered so I had to beg the staff for clean towels and wash clothes for the second night. Overall the hotel and casino was nice but not thrilled with the resort fee charges that everyone seems to be getting away with nowadays.

Our room smelled like smoke although it was a non smoking room.
The bathroom needs serious attention. Black mold in the shower. Bathtub was yellowed with missing grout around floor and areas of orange rusty icky lookin residue present. The side of the toilet had mold by the floor. The toilet runs continuously everytime you flush it. Handle had to be shook.
The shower curtain was not even the right size. Lol. Like come on.

Bedding was clean

Better remember what garage you parked in coz they are not labled. They have 3 garages.
Food is expensive. And the daily resort fee of 40 bucks is a joke. Its no resort.

Very disappointed. We typically go to all the hardrock casinos and they blow this one out of the water.

Casino area was ok. Very big and spread out. Not super busy. Its non smoking and clean.

Casino staff was very nice. The hotel staff was not.

Rooms where a bit outdated for \"Luxury\" room. Bathroom mirrors laminate was coming off, discolored toilet seat. Moldy caulk in shower. Simple things could be fixed. Cleaning wasn't the greatest in room and throughout hotel room towers. But common areas where pretty clean.

Floor plan is not fantastic. Hotel has three different towers and you are not advised which tower your room is in until after you have checked in meaning that you will have to walk all the way back to the parking garage to move your car to the new parking garage or you have to walk a long distance to get to another tower while carrying luggage. Respect needs to advise the specific tower that each guest should check into.

I had never been to this one before but had been to the one in Atlantic City, so I kinda knew what to expect. As with any Casino/resort, expect it to feel like a small town. There is a lot of walking to get to anything, and its sometimes easy to get turned around. I really appreciated the separate feel of the casino and the hotel though. Food is a little pricey but thats to be expected with the names behind even the quick things (Gordon Ramsay). I will say the pizza and the burgers at the market were 100% worth the money spent though.

I spent three nights in this hotel for combined business/pleasure. Harrah's is a high customer volume resort focused on its casino business. While the rooms are spacious with fridge and microwave, the guest experiences lacks in all other areas. I received the wrong check in information (automated) that made me walk literally a mile to my room. There, the safe deposit box was broken with the hair of the previous occupant still stuck in the sink. The indoor pool was dirty with grime in the basin and cups and band aids scattered around the deck. The food quality for price in the foodcourt is dismal and the \"high speed\" internet throughout the facility shamefully slow (unless you want to pay more).

My room was not serviced any of the nights I stayed. The first night I asked the housekeeper on the floor to do my room but she refused (she said somebody would come but never did). The second night I called guest services who said they would send someone immediately: It took 3 hours before they did. This is not what one expects from a resort, especially one that charges an additional $34 daily resort fee.

I thought staff was friendly and very helpful navigating around hotel and amenities. The food at the food court area was very good and reasonable price for a resort. Grounds were well maintained and clean. First time visit with friends. What surprised me was the lack of upkeep on the room. There were knicks and scratches in several places on the furniture. The fabric on the chair in the room was threadbare at the front of the cushion. There were no USB ports in the room to charge my phone. Don’t know how long it’s been since I had a hotel much less a resort not have a USB to charge things. Unless it was hidden like how to turn lights on; figured I wouldn’t make an another call for help. Also the only fire pits we found were in the smoking area which was not good for me with asthma only got to spend a few peaceful minutes before smokers showed up to ruin our peace. Overall it was fun to partake in the adventure of gambling for a night. Wonderful scenery with creek running along the property.

There aren’t many TV stations. Other than that is was a nice stay. You really don’t see much staff once you check in though.

I was there celebrating my mother's 79th birthday and the room that we booked was not cleaned. When I contacted concierge to help with the situation, they offered to switch rooms or to have it cleaned. We had to wait an exuberant amount of time for them to let us know about the room change, and in the meantime, housekeeping came in and was attempting to clean while our stuff was still there being packed because we were told not to leave until someone called us. Then when we finally receive the phone call, they did not offer to move our things from one room to another I had to ask that and basically suggest that that would be the best thing to do considering our situation. I feel that we were not accommodated for being an inconvenience and being in a room that was dirty, especially when we came to celebrate such a grand occasion.

Would not recommend! I reserved a non smoking room. When I arrived they gave me a smoking room. I was told nothing could be done. It was overpriced and my reservation was not accurate. They also did not have hot water. Very disappointing stay
