We loved this hotel! Our room was huge (twin + bunk beds), the staff was so friendly and helpful, and the property is beautiful. The only tiny downside is the location. It's in a business area so there aren't a ton of reataurants, but if you're willing to walk a few blocks you'll have lots to choose from. I would definitely stay here again.

Was really nice comfy beds big room with the corner king there is no laundry and I wish the restaurant was open more only 2 days for lunch and dinner but the breakfast is everyday and cheap really loved my stay please make the nighttime room service a little earlier for when I come back with my wife! Don’t miss out on the coffee matcha machine in the lounge. Fancy clean relaxing!(:

All the amenities were of excellent quality. The wifi was fast, the showers had high pressure hot water, and so on.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and we could always find someone who spoke either English or Korean.

Beautiful hotel with very nice amenities. Take the eco cleaning option and receive ¥1500 that can be used on anything in the hotel. Rooms are beautiful and the water pressure in the shower was the best ever! Loved this hotel.

25min walk to dotombori or a quick 5min cab ride.

Lovely large room with a huge bed - it was certainly a superior king!

They had a great range of toiletries provided - best I’ve seen in any hotel. Things like skincare, razors (dermaplanes and normal razors), hair brush, body scrub etc but weirdly no shower caps!

A shame there was no laundry in house. This was pretty inconvienent but I think they’re building a laundry room imminently so that should be fixed soon!

Staff were lovely and there were lovely gifts for sale.

The room was great , we booked a king size room . The amnesties were great , location is close to Honmachi station. You can get free coffee every morning which was really a
Add plus point. Overall the staff experience was good. They arranged for luggage transfer service at a reasonable price. There is one point which I don’t like the hotel staff is not considerate of families with babies. first there was no signs available to put outside the room for do not disturb or clean the room. There was cot available for the baby although room size was big enough for cot and lastly when I told them my baby was sleeping and asked for 30 minutes late check-out the staff rejected the request outright and told me they’ll charge me by the hour if you over stay which I found a bit rude.

The hotel was wonderful! Great location to restaurants and metro station. The had free self serve coffee and tea station that was available 24hrs a day. The also had free beer every day a different hours with a live DJ playing music. The hotel was very well kept. We traveled with family. We would definitely stay here again.

The lively was one of the best hotels I've stayed at ever, from check in to check out, in-between, the service was impeccable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Osaka. The rooms are good size, clean and showers are amazing! The location is close to subway, 7-11, Family Mart and Lawson! extremely convenient. They also provide free beer from 6pm-7pm everyday. Literally 2 min walk to subway station and 2 stops to the famous Dotonoburi area.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again whenever I go back to Osaka.

일단 체크인 할 때부터 직원분들이 아주 친절하셨습니다. 방도 다른 숙소에 비해 넓었고 화장실, 세면대, 샤워실이 분리되어 있는 부분도 사용하기에 편했습니다. 이전에 묵었던 숙소에 비해 젊은 감각의 숙소라고 느껴졌습니다. 그렇다고 젊은 사람들만 사용하기 편하다는 느낌은 아니고 조용하면서도 유쾌한 분이기였습니다. 아주 만족합니다.

This is a great hotel. We stayed in two places in Osaka and very much enjoyed this one. Their location is a very clean safe and modern area very close to the subway. A little bit far from Osaka main station but very easy to get around.
The place is very professionally run, everyone speaks very good English and the brooms are very tidy and quiet.
The breakfast was excellent, not a buffet but plenty of food and vegetarian options were available which was important for us.
The free beer (unlimited) from 6 pm to 7 pm was enjoyable for relaxing too

Staff were really friendly and helpful (especially when we had a luggage issue). We stayed here on the final few nights of our honeymoon and they gave us a voucher to use in the bar which was great! The room was small but very well appointed - you can tell a lot of thought went into the layout and design. It was also very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The top floor bar was brilliant - wonderful cocktails, great staff and memorable views.

Everything about the hotel was excellent. Located two blocks away from one of the main streets, so the hotel is away from most traffic noise but close enough to be near multiple train lines. Close to Dotombori and Osaka’s main tourist district, about a 15-20 minute walk or closer by subway, and near multiple open-air shopping areas. The staff at the hotel were excellent, and if your Japanese isn’t great, most of the employees speak very good English. The only complain was the mattress is quite firm, so if you have trouble sleeping on a firm mattress, that may be an issue. Overall, an excellent stay in Osaka.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. The room was exceptionally spacious, offering plenty of room to move around comfortably and store luggage without feeling cramped. It made a big difference in creating a relaxing environment during my stay.
Cleanliness was clearly a priority here — the room, bathroom, and common areas were all spotless and well-maintained. Everything felt fresh and hygienic, which added a lot to the comfort level.
The hotel is also easy to access, conveniently located with clear signage and ample parking (or close to public transport, depending on the actual case). Whether you're driving in or arriving via other means, getting to the hotel is simple and stress-free.
Check-in and check-out were both smooth and efficient. The front desk staff were professional, friendly, and helpful, making the whole process quick and pleasant. It’s always nice when hotel staff make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave.
Overall, this hotel offers great value with its spacious rooms, cleanliness, convenience, and excellent service. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to staying here again.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, hotel was modern and clean. There was no laundry facility on site but there was a laundromat a 2 minute walk from the hotel. And it sounds like a small thing but the free coffee 24/7 was super convenient. Also, there is a 7-Eleven right next door.
