Most staff were very friendly and helpful; breakfast was good with big variety of choice; just take minutes walk from the station exit. A comfy stay.

There is no coin laundry, it took about 10mins walk to a laundromat, it’s pretty inconvenient to long-stay travellers.
The bathtub got stuck even I removed the hair.

子供と二人でUSJへ行くのに2泊宿泊しました。お部屋お任せで予約、禁煙リクエストをしましたが、喫煙ルームになりました。禁煙が取れなかった旨の説明は有りませんでした。またチェックイン前の荷物の預かりですが、出入口の通り道に放置なので、土産物の紙袋などそのまま預けるのは危険です。ポリ袋に入れて袋を閉じてくれる等の配慮があるとなお良いと思いました。早めの到着で部屋に入れず出先からファブリーズを買って帰りましたが、新しいホテルのせいか、部屋の中はタバコの匂いは気になりませんでした。しかし、ビジネスマンが戻られる時間帯、遅くの時間になると、換気扇の流れに乗って部屋中タバコ臭くなりました。深夜になるとまた収まります。その換気扇のせいか、乾燥がきついです。お風呂も換気扇が強いからか、排気口は特に埃だらけで、シャワーで上を見上げる度に目を逸らしたくなります。朝食は無料の割には充分すぎます。団体ツアーと被らなければゆっくり過ごせるかと思います。スタッフの方は最初の案内不足の方を除けば皆さん感じの良い方ばかりで、おかえりなさいませ、や、いってらっしゃいませ、が温かかったです。

ツインに泊まりました。部屋は思った以上に狭いです。身動きするのに奥さんとケンカになるぐらいです。あとテーブルとか椅子がないので不便でした。まあ収まるスペースはないですが…あとは朝食も付いてるし（食べる場所も狭い(笑)）場所も駅から近いのでビジネスマンには最適ではないでしょうか。
