アクセス:dartを使えば空港から15分、10ドル程で着く。ナイトマーケット、ニューモスクも近くアクセスは良い。徒歩圏内だが、近くの大通りが車の往来が激しいことから渡れず、徒歩で行けるかは分からなかった。ホテル周辺には飲食店、スーパーもあり買い物や食事には困らない。
部屋:宿泊したのはキングサイズのベッドがある部屋だった。1人で泊まるには十分広く、快適に過ごせた。空の冷蔵庫、コーヒーメーカー、使い捨てスリッパ、アイロン、ドライヤー、ミネラルウォーター2本(毎日交換)、シャンプー、ボディソープ、石鹸あり。パジャマはなし。難点はシャワーとトイレの水勢が若干弱いこと、枕が高いこと、(自分は気にならなかったが)冷蔵庫の稼働音が少しすることだった。ただ、神経質にならずアジアのホテルに慣れてる人なら特に問題はないかと思う。
接客:ホテルスタッフは丁寧でフレンドリー。聞き取りやすい英語で対応してくれ良かった。
朝食:美味しい。ルンダン、カレー、ミーゴレン、ナシゴレン、ケーキ、フルーツなど現地の伝統料理が並べられた日替わり？のバイキングでとても美味しく満足だった。朝早くから遅い時間まで食べられ、便利でもあった。窓からの眺めも日差しもよく、気持ちのいいモーニングタイムを過ごせた。

Back to Brunei!

Fantastic room, friendly staff and great service Checked out early for airport and they took liberty creating a take out breakfast which was delicious, unexpected and appreciated with an early flight. Location is great as river near, where you can take boat from dock to explore! Room better than expected! Thank you

Hotel staff were very kind. Hotel was recently remodeled. Room was beautiful. Breakfast was included with stay. Walkable to many restaurants and local mall (about 20 minutes).

The room blacked out in the middle of the night but the staff helped me move to another room. Next day, the room don't have any water supply at all. Called for help but no staff attended to the issue. Had to check out without a shower.

The experience ,the hotel ,the food and environment are all good . But we realised that we are charged too much. Found out that per night for Executive Suite is only $150++ per night but we were charged $886 for 3 nights !!

Very efficient and pleasant staff. Rooms large and clean. Plenty of hot water. Suburban neighborhood. Near a jetty for water taxis. Very nice restaurants for traditional Malay food in the area. Good neighborhood Chinese restaurant with tasty dim sum.

I appreciated the free airport transfer service which was great. The room was very spacious, but the decor wasn’t great. The toilet wasn’t clean. There were remnants of something...so someone hadn’t flushed properly and then it hadn’t been cleaned!

worth staying but need to improve on few areas :
1. equip front desk staff with knowledge of Brunei's ..useful to help tourist to know the country better.. eg: attraction, places, surrounding area etc
2. time management for preparation of breakfast eg: complete meal was ready 20 minutes late than stated 6.30 am during our stay

Large, modern, cleaned room with coffee / tea making facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff. TV in room but no English speaking channels. Free shuttle service to / from airport and this can be also used for other places, cheaper than taxis.

I was at this property for only one night as a stopover on my way to Manila.
The hotel seems new and clean. It has TV, Air Condition and WIFI. The attention is good.

Worth it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I would highly recommend this hotel.
No regrets at all. The money we spent staying for 2night in this hotel is worth it. Free breakfast, free hotel/airport pick up. They even have free ride and pick up going to the city center . It would cost you 10-20 Brunei Dollars if you ride a taxi.
They even upgraded our room free of charge. Spacious and clean room.
Staff are so friendly and helpful.
The location is nearest to some stores and restaurants.

Overall my stay was fantastic. There was nothing to complain about. The rooms are big and new, the hotel is very clean and modern as well
All staff were very warm and friendly and assisted me with all my needs.
It's a little bit out of the main area but it was only a 30 min walk and also only 30 min to the mosque. Staff were also kind enough to drive me in to town if they were availaible. There is a supermarket 5 mins away and plenty of restaurants surrounding the hotel.

Our friend in Brunei recommended us to stay in this hotel due to its strategic location and it surely makes a lot of difference to our stay since we can explore the city easily.

Airport shuttle service is punctual. The guest room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff is courteous and helpful.

We will definitely come back to stay at Afiah again and introduce it to our contacts!

Perfect place to stay in Bandar Seri Begawan

Great! A comfortable shuttle bus from the airport was waiting for me as arranged, and check-in was quick and hassle-free. I found my room to be of appropriate size,, very clean and in perfect condition. During the night I could enjoy a comfortable bed and absolute silence. For the sightseeing I could reach all my points of interest (mosques, night market, ferry area...) by walking, as planned. Also, there's plenty of restaurants and stores in the neighborhood. Check-out went smoothly and I was taken back to the airport in no time. All staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Thank you!

スタッフが皆礼儀正しくて親切。ホテルのすぐ近くの船着場からボートを出してツアーに行ってくれる（写真添付）。宿泊客は2割引。ウォーターフロントでボートを探すより安心で安い。ホテルの目の前にあるベーカリーが安くて美味しい。ホテルの朝食も美味しかった。new mosqueには徒歩圏内、街中までもDartで5.5ドル、ナイトマーケットにも近くて観光に便利。
