All the staff were friendly and helpful.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable.
The rooms were quiet. There was a kettle, iron, ironing board, the tv had a few channels in English, French, German, and Italian.
The hotel is in a great position.
Breakfast had a nice variety of foods, hot and cold.

The room was lovely. Very clean and staff were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast choices were excellent and well provisioned.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

We only had 3 issues:

1. We booked a double room but ended up with a twin .... we didn't mind but a double would have been nicer.

2. The pillows were very poor quality and impacted on the quality of our sleep. They were too soft and insubstantial.

3. The air conditioning worked for one night and then it switched to heating and we ended up having to use the fan in the room which was noisier than the air con. It would have been nice to have the choice if either heat or air con. We couldn't reset the air con for the night time.

Otherwise it was fine. The rooms would benefit from having a couple of soft chairs or small sofa to sit on if spending time in the room. I did have to spend a night in the room because I damaged my ankle and the only option was to lie on the bed.

Staff are brilliant, rooms were impeccable, breakfast was superb with lots of variety, view from hotel is perfect, dining options are plenty. Perfect location. Small sandy beach opposite hotel. Shops around for convenience. Felt very safe. Planning to come again. Special shout out to our cleaning lady Anju, Donna at the breakfast and David for being very helpful (he works soooo hard). Your packed breakfast was huge on the day we were leaving due to our early flight. Your hospitality was great! Keep it up. We loved it!

Lovely hotel with helpful staff and couldnt do enoughfor us. Great room overlooking the sea, spoilt a little by a bar playing loud music. Great choice for breakfast, healthy and some not so healthy options! Just a few minutes from the bus station. We got a weekly pass for €25 and was good value for money. Swimming pool was lovey and relaxed and sea just accross the road. Watch the trips with Supreme Travel- sightseeing tours. Check trip advisor and they are bad, left us and about 20 more people in Gozo and missed half the trip and had toget back ourselves and added cost. Said we were late even though we were on the bus and told to get off as full, complete shambles, cheeper to go there yourself.

What a lovely hotel! We had a partial seaview room and although its the sideview but perfect view to watch the sunset. Very big and spacious room and comfortable bed. The hotel is in the centre of Buggiba and lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance. Good variety of options for breakfast too. It was our birthday celebrations and the hotel left us some complimentary gestures which we thought was very thoughtful.

The infinity pool was a surprised bonus! We spend a couple of nights at the rooftop bar for their happy hour service and enjoyed the sunset.

Parking at the hotel was very easy and plenty of spaces. The lift from the car park takes you directly up to the hotel reception which was very convenient especially in 30c+ heat.

Will definitely stay here again if we return to Malta.

This hotel is excellent. New, clean. Located in great St Paul’s Bay area. Staff is very friendly and helpful. You can take a 2 Euro public bus and go to Valeta. Also many caffes, restaurants around. Breakfast selection in hotel is great. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel with super facilities and very professional and accommodating staff. Indoor pool, spa area and gym as well as infinity rooftop pool. Excellent buffet in restaurant and very large sea view bedroom with stunning vistas across the bay. Excellent breakfast and staff were very attentive assisting me with gluten free options for breakfast. Would thoroughly recommend Seaview Hotel and will stay there again if returning to Malta.

Great stay but need to choose room carefully

We enjoyed our two night stay overall. We were given a free upgrade as celebrating a special occasion (thank you) but this unfortunately backfired on us as we had a room on the 8th floor which had very loud pump and water running continuously throughout the night. In my opinion this must be a common complaint as it is very loud and disturbs your sleep.
I would suggest getting an extra person in the bar as drinks took forever or forgotten after ordering. Was always polite and smiling so he did the best he could.
Staff very polite and respectful and hotel facilities are good as is the food.
Check in was excellent. Lots of information given and very helpful.

This place is amazing! The pool is outstanding and the service is for royalty. Saint Paul is a place for 2 or 3 days and you can take a cruise to Gozo from there.
We also stay a couple of days in Valletta to see the historic side. Both places are not easy to commute from each other.

Nice hotel for our 5-night stay in Malta. For the price the value of this hotel is amazing. Clean and comfortable room and delicious breakfast with lots of options. The pool area is a nice bonus but I would imagine in peak season it’s very busy. Being a roof top pool it was also a tad windy but there was plenty of shade if you prefer that to lying in the sun. Location is convenient for sightseeing and there are lots of nice restaurants nearby.

We are just back from a week's holidays in this amazing hotel. Everything about the hotel is first class. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the hotel is spotless with daily housekeeping. The breakfast which was a buffet was yummy and a range of foods to choose from. It is in a great location and the roof top pool is beautiful with a yummy snack bar. We will definitely be back!

We had 2 rooms in this hotel; a standard room and a Seaview room, both on 4th floor. The view of the sea from the balcony was great. The air con was particularly good and the shower was powerful after a day in the sea. The rooftop bar and pool were stunning. The pool bar menu was very good value and tasty. The hotel is very modern, stylish and spotless with lovely flooring and pool surrounds. The indoor pool was beautiful and a perfect place to escape the heat of the day. What makes this hotel special, is the staff. Every single staff member engaged with us and seemed to be genuinely interested and checking that we were having a good experience. In particular, Ningma and Thomas were incredibly attentive and Olga on reception was always very helpful. The range at breakfast was great; it was always plentiful and varied. The only negative for us was poor coffee and juices/water at breakfast. The coffee machines did not make great coffee and the juice dispenser didn’t match the quality of the rest of the breakfast provision. Nevertheless, we’ve stayed at several other hotels in Bugibba and Seaview hotel is by far the best we’ve been to and would thoroughly recommend.

Amazing!
We loved our stay here - beautifully placed right near the sea and Beach with ample shops and restaurants nearby. The local bus service was also good and cheap at €2.50 one way.
The hotel infinity pool with great views was very special. The pool area itself could do with being bigger as it was very busy in August but we went later in the day around 4pm and it was fine. The pool towels are off good quality.
The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable, housekeeping and particularly Bikham really made coming back to the room a real pleasure as everything was always spotlessly clean. We also enjoyed the complementary wine, fruit and pastries left on various days.
The pool bar and restaurant in the evening offered well cooked food which was tasty and reasonably priced.
The two restaurants next door - Wagamama and Chatterbox offered a nice change from chips with everything in other local restaurants.
Highly recommended!

The facilities are marvellous.

Most of all the staff are extra special, they could not do more for you.

The roof top bar and restaurant, with the infinity pool is a wonderful spot, but beware the sun lounger hoggers.

the breakfast bar is varied and plentiful, with fried eggs and omelettes made on the spot.

The spa and indoor pool is a quiet spot to relax, with massage treatments available. I had a soothing massage and felt like a new person.

It can get pretty lively in the evening around the hotel but most of it is a few streets down.
Lots of places to eat and drink and just hang out.

Malta is small Island and you can get anywhere pretty quickly. Make sure to visit as much as you can.

Right hotel, wrong resort

The four stars is for the hotel. Great hotel in a bad location that almost made this a one star review, but that would be unfair, as the only thing that the hotel could do to improve would be to provide some comfortable seating in the sun somewhere.
We had a suite with Seaview. It was an incredibly comfortable room. The staff were excellent. The breakfasts were brilliant and a real high point. Fresh and varied. Eat inside or out. The pool was crowded area, but space is limited and at least you could always get a sun bed.
So why would we never go back? Why the consideration of one star rating? Because the balcony overlooked a kids water park, not a view or sounds that people want when they book adults only hotel. Children screaming by a pool I can get anywhere. AND THEN… from 4 until 11pm the balconies are rendered unusable by the loud thudding of rave music from the beach bar across the street. Plus the Wagamama's on the ground floor had vomit in the entrance untouched for three days. Again, not the fault of the hotel, but on their doorstep. Glad to move on.

Great hotel, staff always friendly and helpful, the breakfast is great with lots of choices. The roof top pool is fabulous . We loved the area and traveled by local bus to Valletta, we organised trips to Gozo and open top tour , at reception.
We got a late checkout for a small fee which was amazing as our flight was late at night.
There was a small hiccup with water in the shower which was rectified immediately, and we got a complimentary bottle of wine to the room, I will definitely recommend this hotel and return again

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Our room had a hot tub, balcony with sun loungers, table and chairs and a huge bed! There was even a bottle of Prosecco waiting for us. It was very clean and the level of turn down service throughout our stay was great. The infinity pool on the rooftop was spectacular with amazing views. Plenty of sun loungers and a well stocked bar with a great choice of food! There is also an indoor pool, which we didn’t use as the weather was too good to miss. The Breakfast buffet is spectacular, and you can sit on the terrace and watch the world go by. The Hotel is in a great location for restaurants, bars, sightseeing, boat trips etc. The staff in this Hotel cannot do enough for you, they are so helpful and friendly and always smiling, genuinely smiling, and they really enhanced our experience. We booked this Hotel on the reviews we read, and I can tell you, you will not be disappointed.

Good location, great room although bathroom not well laid out & smelt of damp. some staff really stood out & we were very pleased to be given the opportunity to check out late at a fee. breakfast, on tap larger & bed pillows a let down, need to look into these areas, especially the pillows, had a bad neck just couldn’t get comfortable .Had a massage, very relaxing but would have like to have been asked if the pressure was right, as would have liked it firmer.
Overall a good base but glad it wasn’t high season.

Good place to stay

We were too early to check in but reception phoned as soon as the room was ready which was before normal checkin time.
The receptionists were welcoming and recommended a good restaurant for lunch.
Our room, 532, had a partial sea view and was spacious and comfortable. But... the aircon didn't work and Malta was in the midst of a heatwave. We called reception and reported it but nothing was done that evening. The shower stall was big with a rain and hand shower but water leaked and we had to ask for towels to mop it up. Next day we complained about the aircon again and were later told it couldnt be fixed that day. We were offered an upgrade to a seaview room which we accepted. Strangely, the upgraded room, 219, was smaller with a smaller bathroom and shower stall but was still a good size and comfortable. Great view.
We ate a very good mixed seafood plate at the pool bar one evening. Breakfast was good. We left at 6am on our last day and a light continental breakfast was available.

Super safe and clean area. The rooftop pool has amazing views. Tons of restaurants, shops, and activities. Around a 7 minute walk to the bus terminal which was a plus!

Brilliant hotel. Wonderful staff, beautiful Infinity pool with breathtaking views of the bay. Delicious selection for breakfast. The room was spacious and very clean. Fresh towels everyday, complimentary bottle of wine, water and coffee.
The spa and gym were well equipped. The pool bar is reasonably priced. Highly recommend hotel.

Great place nicely situated on the coast overlooking sea. friendly staff. Really good breakfast with lots of choice and plentiful. Nice rooftop pool albeit small but great view to surrounding coastline. Shops and restaurants super close 5 mins away and easily walkable. Would use again.

The property is amazing. The staff are incredibly helpful and so friendly. The property is clean, and has everything you could want. The rooftop infinity pool and bar are unreal. Would happily recommend and come back and stay here, many times over!

Loved pretty much everything, i had a room with the sea view and it didnt disappoint. This was not the hotels fault but i can say considering i was on the 8th floor the only down fall was the music from one of the bars, to say it was loud is an understatement considering i was on the 8th floor.

The property is very central to sight seeing and dining. The staff are helpful and the property is kept in good condition. Breakfast is excellent with wide variety of choice. The hotel offers a buffet dinner at 22 euro which is excellent value.

Beautiful rooftop

We enjoyed this hotel and the staff is enormously helpful. In fact, I left behind some important items and not on,y did they gather them and keep them safe but they arranged to have them sent to me. The cost for this service was very fair, even though I was desperate and would have had to pay whatever they asked.
The chocolate factory tour with wine and chocolate tasting, near by that they recommended was also amazing! Definitely recommend that tour and this hotel!
