I love the Dead Sea Pools, which is one of the main reasons to go there. The buffet style dinners and breakfasts are also excellent, and the property is comprised of individual units which gives access to the outdoors and privacy all on one level. No elevators. The beach is easily accessible and there are handrails which extend into the water. Love it !

Even though check in was at 4, the woman at check in said that one of the rooms we booked was available for check in at 2. That gave us the ability to change into swimsuits and use the facilities earlier. It was an unexpected courtesy that we were so grateful for.

Thursday I guess they were overbooked so rooms weren’t available to check in untill 16:15 but they let me use the pool and gave me a key to the gate for the Dead Sea so that was nice . Good hotel would stay again but would be nice if they improved there pillows too.

Fabulous place to visit for 2 to 4 days. Resort has 5 pools plus the dead sea for swimming. One hot tub, one outdoor unheated, two indoor salt water heated, one kiddie pool.
Took the city bus to Masada, climbed up snake path. Excellent hotel to stay at.

Excellent 👌 and I love ❤️ this place. My wife and I really enjoyed every minute. We made a reservation in the beginning for two nights and after couple hours we found that we come to the paradise hotel 🏨 and then I extended my stay for more 3 nights. We will come back again. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is very nice but needs some repairs in public areas. There was a restroom by the main desk which had a broken faucet. They also need to provide more public restrooms for guests because there were none by the pool and only the one by the main desk. It’s not reasonable to think everyone should walk back to their room to use the bathroom if they are relaxing in the main area.

To be fair, Milos was absolutely beautiful. The low rise studios were fresh, clean, modern and comfortable, the pool areas including the main outdoor pool and the indoor haman with Dead Sea water were all gorgeous.
The problem was the atrocious behaviour of the guests, many of whom were on a ‘Shabbat Chatan’ and were the worst behaved bunch of pigs I’ve ever seen. They chain smoked non stop and dropped their cigarette butts wherever they sat, brought their own food and drinks which they left all the litter lying around, used endless towels they left in wet heaps all over the lounges and pool. Although it wasn’t the hotel’s fault, they needed to do more to control and clean up as this group ruined the space for everyone else.
The biggest problem the hotel hasn’t solved is ‘free parking’ is listed as an aminoty but the not very smart parking attendants were completely unhelpful and rude, insisting the car park was full and we needed to drive around town to find a paid car park at our own expense. A guy called ‘Mark’ at reception also tried to explain to us that ‘free parking’ did not actually mean free parking.
Thankfully the lovely Alina was really professional and courteous and called the manager, Karen who managed to find us a park. However, I explained that I wasn’t seeking special treatment, if the hotel offers ‘free parking’ then all guests needed to be accommodated and it was an ongoing issue they needed to solve.
The breakfast buffet was brilliant.

Hotel is dated, dead sea is a sad swamp

Hotel overall was ok as ive stayed on dead sea in the past and adjust my expectations accordingly. However the destruction to the dead sea by mining for minerals has turned this natural wonder into a scarred landscape and permanently destroyed. I was greatly saddened by this . Hotel itself was cute. We jad a private pool but prefered the main hotel pool . The sulfer bath was wonderful. Food was generous and delicious. Service was good. Be prepared for a very hot experience as the temperature is over over 100°. I will not be returning tp the dead sea because of the sea condition, but if i did, i would stay here again. Smaller and more private than the huge hotels in the area

Milos was the absolute best stay of our trip, and we would recommmend this stay for anyone. Staff was superb, so many special touches in the rooms. Unique villas for every guest. Best breakfast buffet ever. Just a must stay in Dead Sea. Would always stay here.

A beautiful and comfortable hotel, but there were a few things lacking.
We weren't given floor mats for the bathroom.
The hotel had evening entertainment that was extremely loud. Most people seemed to enjoy it but there was nowhere quiet for anyone who preferred to have conversation rather than music.

The cleaning staff were rude unwelcoming and interfered the breakfast. Kitchen staff didn’t know the language and didnt help with gluten-free options. Bed was really terrible. Won’t come back there ever again, not even for one night, not half the price.

Milos is a nice place, HOWEVER, their room concept (if you are not paying an extra $300 per night for a private pool), is quite bad. The regular rooms are on the street level and the big sliding doors and curtains are kept closed for privacy - bottom line you are in a windowless room. Our was facing the parking lot so it felt like a motel and not a 4 star hotel. The p
"Patio" was 2 chairs on the sidewalk. Bottom line- I quite about the specific room - some are very nice.

Common ways dirty, no hand towels, bath mats, blow dryer, iron, no cushions on our private pool furniture (we asked twice a day, both days), wood was breaking all over the deck and your children will get hurt on it; grossly overpriced. If this had been $100/night would have given 4 stars. At this price - 2 stars max. Room door barely closed. Zero upkeep.

Pay attention to the check in time

We got notification from Hotels.com about Check In at 15:00 BUT the rooms were ready at 18:30. I saw that this is an issue with this hotel, they claim that they sent us a mail but they didn’t and didn’t call.
In short, we waited in the Lobby for few hours.
The checkout time was 11:00 AM.
As mentioned very limited parking place so they ask you to park on the street which require payment.
The hotel price didn’t inc VAT, pay attention, despite the fact that in Hotels.com it says inc. Taxes.
The internal pools are small and can accommodate only 7 to 9 people at each time (due to Covid—19)
In short, nice hotel, but the the points above, should be taken into consideration in your booking.

Nice hotel, but some issues. Access to rooms is outdoors and smoking is allowed outside room entrances, so when my neighbors smoked I had to pass through their smoke, and got it in my room too. Long lines at check-in/check-out. No window screens, which is not good in that area!
Otherwise: lovely salt pools, amazing breakfast, nice rooms.

Very modern and pretty resort. Food was good. No English at all except for front desk. You cannot charge services to your room (spa, room service etc) for some odd reason. I would probably stay at another high regarded resort next time. Do t expect world class service. Rooms were very noisy with staff talking outside very moody ratchet early morning.

I choose on my reservation king size bed.
They said that I didn't choose that and they wanted to give me a room with two separate beds,
They insist although I showed them my reservation on Expedia .
The hotel is new and it was really mess .
During the day at every moment people were struggling on the reception.
We received the room with 1 houre delay , because the room wasn't ready yet.
