The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and clean. Bathroom is luxurious and has large walk-in shower. The indoor salt water pool area is outstanding. Clean with plenty of towels. I love the way the pool connects to an outdoor area. The manager Eyal is exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel.

Had an issue with ordering 2 bottles of water and received attitude and bad response,was not expecting it after putting over 700$ per night worth among 2 treatments in the spa .
Not sure if it will happen again.
Hotel overall was good and the room was ok we spotted few issues with hair and no much attention to cleanliness.

Our balcony of our suite was the best part of the stay- loved that. Unfortunately the staff is not of the caliber you would expect at this price point of a hotel. Most were on their phones and appeared to be “bothered” when needing to be attentive to their guests. Hopefully management will be able to turn staff around and raise the quality of service delivery as the hotel is very nice and has great potential. But staff can make or break the experience

They did not honor the Seaview room they gave me a mountain view and the only way you could see the ocean is if you walk to the end of the balcony and even then it was a little hard. I asked him nicely to change my room and they refused they offered me another mountain view with a little bit of sea view. So I would not pay for the extra sea view room if I was you cuz he'll probably do it to you also.

Other than that the staff was very friendly The bellman the people working in the restaurants and housekeeping all phenomenal.

The kids playroom was great The restaurant and the buffet were unbelievable.

I just really wish that they honored their word about the sea view room.

Overall, we had a good time. The room was very clean, bathroom, bedsheets! Nice view. Spacious.
The food was very nice, both breakfast and dinner.
The prices are outrageous - both the eeservation itself, and also the prices at the pool bar - \"Chillout\" (for drinks, snacks and ice-cream), very expensive.
Staff was super nice everywhere.
Biggest problem - the soundproofing in the room! We were at the 5th floor, yet we could hear the whole show at the lobby at 10 pm! Not to mention people in the hallway.. very poor soundproofing.
We love all Isrotel hotels (and from all the other hotels at the, Dead Sea this is the best one), but this is 3.5/5 comparing to their other hotels..

Close to Dead Sea. Huge pool divided in 2 parts . A nice Spa pool with Dead Sea water. Nice rooms, the only thing I did not like it is the glass bathroom’s door and the lights. The door is beautiful, but if someone goes to the bathroom at night, the light comes into the room, and there is not much option for the lights. If you turn the bathroom’s light on, or you turn the bright light and it goes to the room or your turn the soft light, but the soft light turns on another light in the room. Does not make sense. Overall the hotel is pleasant

The Moev option we took includes access to a private lounge with unlimited food and drink during the day - it looks out over the Dead Sea and is beautiful.
There are other perks with the Moev package but this is the biggest and best of them.
This hotel is lovely.

More than nice close to perfection

My wife and I visited this hotel for the first time in the Dead Sea, and would definitely recommend it to anyone. Among the other nearby hotels, it was closest to what South Korean Hotels offer in terms of quality and service. The place is very clean, simplistic, and people are so helpful with any request being answered. Food was good as well. Thank you for allowing us this pleasant and relaxing stay . We wish to visit more.

We stayed three nights at the Novo as a couple. The room was nicly furnished and clean. The view was great. The bed and pillows comfortable. Its just across the street from the beach.
Staff was friendly and helped with check in and luggage.
The property has gorgeous flowers and palm trees. Loungers and cabanas around the pools. At the beach the hotel has umbrellas and the best loungers.
We used the dry sauna and steam sauna. The dry sauna could be larger as there were always people who wanted to go inside.
The salt water indoor pool is heated and comfortable to just get in.
The buffet is the best of Ein Bokek. We stayed at different hotels before.
Hope to come back.

I booked a room with a sea view and got a room facing the pool. By the time they agreed to change it was already 7:30 PM and we were on our way to eat. A double bed with 2 separate mattresses which is a punishment. In short…. Expensive, noisy with groups and not recommended at all.

Номера в отеле весьма потрепанны, хотя инфраструктура в целом неплохая. Например кондиционер в комнате практически не работал.
И таких мелочей множество!
Вроде и пять звезд, но сервис очень слабый, как в отеле на три. Никто ничего не объясняет, всем все-равно. Ужины и завтраки неплохие, wi-fi удовлетворительный.
Не люблю ставить плохие оценки, но к сожалению, это именно тот случай!
Хорошо хоть Мертвое море на отлично!

Two nights at the Dead Sea.

The hotel is excellent. The rooms or Ruby and well appointed the view from the room of the pool and the dead sea were inspiring. The lobby and pool area are top-notch. The room service was not up to that standard. The staff was nice but not well trained to change towels and remove garbage. The parking situation is poor. One needs to park their car across the road in an unpaved lot.

Was waiting for a 40 minutes to get a sandwich at the lobby, lobby needs an improvement, should have a fresh pastries, juices , ice cream , cakes to serve a hungry guest immediately and not only after noon . Also , no one is thinking about elderly guest and no help to get to the sea for someone with limited walking ability. Get some golf cart rides and help elderly folks, especially after you false claim that it’s a first line hotel , it’s Not

We had a room for three people. The double bed, mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The third bed (folding sofa) was not prepared and turned out to be very uncomfortable for sleeping. Also, there was no third set in the room (robe, towels, etc.) - I had to ask that everything be prepared for the third person

Property was very nice clean and renovated. There is a nice big pool and spa which very nice not enough chairs around the pool for the number of people.

I would not recommend going to this hotel on a Friday night. The hotel was jammed with families with little kids that were running around the hotel, as if it was her living room. Kicking screaming yelling, and the parents did absolutely nothing to discipline or take care of their children. We left the restaurant with a headache, the pool with a headache and the lobby with a headache if you want to go to this property, make sure you go any day of the week except for Friday night.

A great spot!

A gem of a spot. Its quality comfort with a beautiful pool and excellent food. Its setup where you dont have long walks from your room. Parking is a 5 minute walk and so is the Sea but I enjoyed my stay immensely. We had a couple of hiccups but the hotel responded immediately to rectify them which was impressive

Service at the Front desk was above average, the front desk agent was very helpful and professional.
Kathy from guest presentation helped us above and beyond, the food was excellent, the staff in all the areas was good professional and service was excellent.

If you can afford it, an incredible experience. High food quality and some of the best service in Israel in a beautiful location. Feels like being on a cruise ship in the best possible sense, everything is self contained. Not much else in the area so make sure you get a good room and have meals planned.

We had lunch on saturday in the lobby, the sandwich was delicious. So was the salad. Very fresh and nice portions.

I have visited this property few times over the years but this time it was a disaster. There is a heavy construction going on across the street from the hotel so relaxing on the balcony is not possible. The shower drainage was clogged every time so water was coming out on the floor. There were no SPA treatments available since occupancy was unexpectedly high. This is a “5 star” hotel. I will never ever go there again.

I strongly suspect that Nevo by Isrotel Collections has given itself the 5 star rating and was not achieved through any inspections. The main difference between a 3, 4 star and a 5 star hotel is attention to detail and this is where Neno Hotel falls down…I had to park my car outside of the hotel premisses ….No valet parking available…No Room service available after 10 PM ..the room was very small and needs TLC …and the hotel staff team members I had to deal with were not helpful at all…It is a Ok hotel if you need to stay for just one night !

We paid quite a bit extra for a sea view room (instead of pool view). When we got our room it was clearly a pool view but we were told it was a sea view. There were no other rooms for us. I felt like I flushed the $200 extra per night down the toilet. Don’t waste your money on a sea view.

Limited space for parking! Took a while to get the gate opened by the attendant. Air conditioner was NOT working in our room. The minimum temperature in it was 78-82F. Mediocre food at best, at lunch and dinner. Outdated outlets, phone. No secure lock in the room. Spa needs update. Will NOT come back and pass the message along to our friends. MOST DEFINITELY OVERPRICED for what it offers

Everything about Nevó was great. Their staff is helpful and they have great amenities. Their breakfast was also really good. I was disappointed that we had to fix our room keys twice a day. It was inconvenient when trying to come back to the facility from the sea. Instead, we had to walk all the way up to the entrance of the hotel.

When I booked the 2 rooms, nothing on the site mentioned that The property is under construction, we came for my son skin condition and treatment, he can’t leave the room therefore we couldn’t escape the chipping and hammering noice, we been promised full refund from the hotel, however when we checked out, nobody agreed to that.
