This was a pleasant stay at the Dead Sea and the Noga hotel was impressive, with sizeable, clean rooms, a good quality bed/pillows and a decent shower.

The hotel itself is very close to the promenade, while on-site facilities (lobby area/lounge/outdoor pool area) are pleasant places to be. The salt water pools, jacuzzis and steam rooms are also good, while the massages at the spa were reasonably priced (for once!).

I can recommend staying here with two caveats: firstly, the breakfast area can be loud and chaotic. I would recommend arriving early. Secondly, when the hotel is busy, there's a lack of car parking spaces. Otherwise, this hotel is difficult to fault.

In the room dust was everywhere. Like no one cleaned this room how year. But design of room and hotel was nice. Stuff was rude like nowhere. I was in shock from this attitude. Breakfast was very good, I enjoyed. Very fresh food and tasty. But from the juices station just dripped dirty water with juice, not even looking like a juice. Spa very nice but floor always dirty and no one clean.

Really disappointed at this hotel and Isrotel

The first entry to the room was horrible, no air conditioning. None. No amenities. No towels. Just a smell of pee in the bathroom.
After we asked to fix the air conditioning, it’s still was the same. No air conditioning at night was the worst sleep ( no sleep ) experience. It was hot and sweaty night.
The only thing I was hoping to save the trip, maybe it’s the food, but no, again a disappointment.

Great family hotel with phenomenal dining. The biggest issue with this hotel was that people grab spots by the hotel in the morning and then don't use them. They go to breakfast. This should not be allowed.

Also, the staff didn't stop people from smoking around the pool.

Great location, very close to the sea. The food was excellent, with a big variety of healthy salads and sprouts — something that's very hard to find in most places.

We really enjoyed the entertainment on Thursday night — it was so much fun listening to the amazing woman singer (unfortunately, I don’t know her name, but she was fantastic!).

It was also very easy to schedule massages and a facial. My husband had great massages with Sergei, and I had a wonderful facial performed by Anna. Thank you very much!

The only thing that bothered us was the rug in the room — it looked quite old. But everything else was just perfect!

Nice renovated hotel with amazing food and service

We were upgraded to a spacious newly-renovated room on the 8th floor. Service was terrific and the food outstanding -- plentiful and delicious. The spa was a bit crowded on Saturday during the day, but nice on other days. It gives you a feeling of being in an oasis -- with big windows with views of palm trees and the Dead Sea.

Bad:
- We were overcharged right on start. It was corrected by the morning.
- the toilet was very noisy all night and it took one hour to switch our room while we were waiting in the lobby for one hour at midnight.
- No drink water source in the room except tab water. No water in the lobby for buttle refill.
-No coffee machin.
-room had a bad smell, like mould. first room with a stuck window. no air flow.
all and all a bad experience comparesant for 250 EUR for one night.

Good:
-Warm care by the staff that were patiant and helpful. especialy the lady.
-Dead sea near by and an open pool on Yom Kipur. (The only hotel we saw that opened the pool for guests)

Terrible customer service, the room was supposed to accommodate 3 people comfortably but sadly the fold out sofa was so uncomfortable due to the metal frame that digs into your body with essentially not enough mattress cushion. Nightmare! Plus many more problems that are not acceptable when you pay 5 star price and get 1 star accommodation. Big disappointment

Good Points: Good facilities, efficient overall. Most amenities worked well. Pool and Spa facilities very good. Conveniently located. Serving personnel in breakfast room generally quite helpful and pleasant. Wifi works well (if not always great bandwidth/speed).
Weak Points: Some taudry aspects (early-stage mold in shower, sink stopper mechanism rusty and non-functional). Air-conditioning only worked when guest was in the room, so when we came to the room after being out the temperature was between 25 and 27 C. Reception desk personnel functional but not necessarily pleasant and helpfulness varied. For beach facilities, had to walk 7-10 minutes to sister facility (Isrotel Nevo). Beach facilities were nice, on the other hand.

A problem during check in , an arrogant receptionist, accusations that our reservation is incorrect, a nightmare. At 21:30 to 02:30 in the morning a terrible noise from the room upstairs, we complained several times, it is not possible to sleep, a never-ending nightmare, the security knows, the receptionist. know and we suffer terribly

Lovely hotel. There is not enough car parking, result you drive to the drive through macdonalds as a way point then park in the desert behind the official car park and climb down a 1.2 meter stone wall through plants. 100 meter walk to dead sea bathing with showers and shades no charge. Hotel garden has pool and lots of shades and trees. Flies disturb your rest in garden they should use bait bags. Lots of friendly flying birds that eat from your hand

The hotel is very nice, clean, rooms are big and comfortable with great view. The breakfast buffet is fantastic. The only thing I didn’t like is that you have to ask for things that usually are available at any hotel: hair dryer, body lotion. They will send it to you pretty much immediately, but you still have to ask. Also, there wasn’t ice anywhere in the hotel except for the bar on the first floor. And again, you have to ask for it. Pretty inconvenient.

The stuff all over the hotel is great, very thoughtful, polite and give a good service.
Food is plenty, any kind you can wish, but preferably order upfront breakfast and dinner. If you do not order upfront it cost about 250 ILS per person
Also better to eat in hotel it’s clean and big verity of food there is not much outside the hotel and if there is not in that level as in hotel itself.
To conclude, we have enjoyed the stay.

Overall it was a good experience. The room had a good size and clean. However the bathroom was a bit outdated. In the pool area, the cleaning was not good. The lounge chairs were dirty and we didn't see anyone around to clean them. The organization during dinner time was not a pleasing one.

Really nice pool hotel
This is a lovely hotel. Good rooms, pleasant public areas, great breakfast included. There is a really nice pool, with great seating options all around including in shade. The Dead Sea beach is two or three minutes' walk away. Free parking is available. Staff are pleasant and helpful.

Upon arrival the so called doorman was totally uninterested in our arriva. Offered little information about where to park and never offered to help with our bags.
That was just a starter. We made reservation for two rooms and the desk could only find one even though I kept showing him the expedia confirmation. Anyway, why did my adult son and I require two rooms.
Service in Israel is spotty, but this was pure \"why are you bothering me\".
The restaurant opened at specific times for breakfast and dinner. Choosing a table for dinner was strictly controlled. Even in a half empty dining don't dare and choose a larger table for four if you're only two people.
Room, a desk and no desk chair. No room service (why would there be?). The small gift shop, possible source of buying bottles of water, was open for a sparse number of hours. Get water from the tap to drink? Tap water was warm to hot no matter whoch way you turned the tap.
This is at best a 21/2 start hotel.
THERN the ultimate Expedia insult a $260 room booking through Expedia was actually available on the hotel company's website for $179.
Never, never, never will I use Expedia again!

Nothing special but perfect for a get away vacation. The spa was small and at times crowded. The pool is wonderful with lots of places to sit in the shade / sun. Breakfasts were the highlight - we didn't come to spend time in the hotel so we weren't looking to be entertained. So the place fit the bill.

they tried to charge VAT to tourists and gave us a hard time when we explained. The dinner in the hotel was simply awful. 180nis per person and we all left hungry and feeling very dissatisfied. The food was disgusting, and for that price I was even more disappointed. Lots of kids at the pool being very disrespectful and acting wild with no lifeguards saying anything - for such a pricy hotel I expected higher quality service!

We stayed as a couple for two nights, the service was good, condition was fair, however, the cleanliness was bad specifically in this period of Covid19. You need the check everything carefully.
The bright side of the stay is that the room has a great view to the pool and the dead sea. Very close to the beach around 200 meters. Close to the two malls, 5 minutes walking.
The breakfast was very good, and food at the bar was good as well.
Don't expect for nightlife or other bars in the city. Your stay after 22:30 will be at your room.

I have stayed in many isrotels before, this one was a let down. I booked 4 rooms for 4 families. We arrived and went down to the pool where no towels were available for over half an hour and the staff were rude and didn’t want to help. When I asked the reception manager to ask guest relations to contact me, no one got back to me. One of the rooms booked could only fit three people, even though it was booked and paid for four. The gave 15% discount on one night for that room even though the stay was for 2 nights. At $700 per room per night it was definitely not worth it. Basically I wouldn’t stay at isrotel again after this. Service was seriously lacking.

The doors were not sealed so everything happens outside is loudly hear inside the rooms! Nightmare!
