The customer service was a big negative. The hotel threw away my Menorah on Hanukkah, and then failed to take any responsibility or show any interest in compensation. Then, after I had forgotten something in the room after we left, they wanted to charge me 200 ILS to send it to me. And the receptionists were cold and uncaring.
It felt as if the reception staff felt they were doing me a favor by letting me stay there.

We had a lovely few days at the Enjoy Dead Sea. We were there for 3 days over the Channukah holiday, with breakfast and dinner each day. The service was generally very good, and we especially enjoyed the hot pools in the spa. Our rooms were clean and well equipped, although one of the rooms had an unreliable air-conditioner. The meals were generally very good, especially the fresh main courses (meat, fish & veggie) and salads. Just a few things were not particularly fresh nor tasty: the sushi on the Friday night, and the deserts on Friday and Saturday night. As part of our deal we had “Club” benefits – which were not particularly well explained. On Friday and Saturday we were allowed into a Club lounge, which was very nice. On the Sunday the lounge was closed, and it took us a while to find out that were allowed some food and drinks at one of the cafes (not particularly comfortable or nice). Overall a very nice hotel, great location, good food and services.

The spa services were far superior than anything. I have experienced in other hotels in this area. The array of treatment options is on the level of any hotel anywhere, and the quality of the therapy staff superior as well. Also, the women at the reception desk were all pleasant and friendly as opposed to some of the rude abrupt Russian women in other hotels. Also, the pools are more impressive because they have these pressure waterfalls in both the hot Jacuzzi as well as the cold plunge. It is really good on the shoulders and back. It also has a steam room which several hotels do not have. The room is fine with a beautiful view, and the food was at least adequate. Probably could use a couple of touches to make it on par with other hotels, but it was fine.

this hotel is a disaster. the rooms are old. our shower was broken!! (room 629 for a case the hotel wants to check). the bar in the lobby offer nice food but the service was horrible and offensive. we left one day before checkout day even we didnt get any refund. we will never go back.

Basically everything is first rate. Pool was excellent. But it should open at 6am not 8:30am in my opinion. Spa and indoor pool is available but I didn’t have time to use them. Synagogues are available, one near the lobby and one, one floor below if that is important. There is a solarium on the top floor but the door was locked? There is a bar and common area for performances. Food is buffet style, plentiful and pretty good. Room was clean and spotless. Only complaint the kettle was slightly antiquated. When I used it, it wouldn’t go off and I nearly burned my hand when grabbing the handle as the handle is hollow and is heated by the boiling water. One last thing maintenance is conducted around the hotel and may be visually annoying but for me not a big deal. That’s it. It’s recommended.

It is a great experience. We ENJOYed ourselves as much as any other hotel at the Dead Sea, including the more expensive ones. We particularly liked the spa's salt water pool that is both inside and outside. The food is excellent and has good quality. We loved the automatic towel machines. The downsides were mostly minor. To get to the sea the stairs/steep path may be tough for the elderly. It is reasonably close for others. Parking can be tough to find that is close. The dining room got a bit crowded, and not all the drinks were available. No instant decaf coffee was provided in the room.

I have been to the Dead Sea several times for work and leisure and this hotel was by far the best! Every single staff member that I encountered was pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean, very comfortable and everything was absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The rooms are very nice and big, the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the spa and the big and beautiful pool area. The food was excellent. We had a wonderful vacation.
There was only one problem, on Shabbat we had to listen to extremely loud techno music at the pool area.
All together we were happy there and are planning to come back.

We liked our stay. There is a nice sea view from the room. Enough chairs around the pool. The meals are good. They are aware of needs of small children so its convenient to travel with kids. On friday night they had a party or activities with very loud music that could be very well geared in the rooms. A bit of a problem when you try to put a baby to sleep.The hotel itself is a bit outsated but overall we had a good vacation.

Hotel was not clean! In fact, I believe I caught a virus there. Towels look like the year one. One per person for your face and body. Check in took a very long time, although it was only for 3 rooms.
The dining room was not cleaned well at all. The DR manager was extremely nasty. The food was not good.
I would never stay there again!

Great location, property is kind of rundown. Not enough parking. I got a parking ticket. Also breakfast was till 11 o’clock and they started taking stuff off the shelves at 11:20 AM. I invited my daughter for breakfast and she came just before 11 and we barely were able to get food. They were in a rush to clear everything up by 11:20 am. Very disappointing.

The place is quite basic and requires renovation/maintenance but relative to the price it is quite okay. We had few things we were unhappy about during the stay (a light that didn't work and some small things) but the service was very kind and it was obvious that they want to hear and improve (we even got a voucher for lunch).
The spa area is very nice and includes several pools (jacuzzi, salt water pool, sulfur, cold water...)

The property is kept very clean, but needs maintenance and some need replacement or repair. Rooms are big, beds are very comfortable.
Food is great both breakfast and dinner. Pool and public area are very good.
To get perfect 5 stars there are some stuff to fix: fridge cabinet needs repair desperately. Bathroom would be nice to have some renovations.

We had the most dreadful night at this hotel. It is very expensive for what you get, the rooms being extremely tired and shabby. The bathroom was basic and looked like it had been badly patched up in parts with unpleasant coloured plastering. The worst bit however, was the disco that played at top volume until about 11pm. Not great given we wanted a quiet and restful night before our 4am start in order to climb Masada. The one redeeming part of our stay was breakfast - an excellent buffet with plenty of variety.

Was very expensive for an old tired hotel. Service was very poor.
No concierge at all. Reception always engaged and most staff not very helpful or interested in helping. Hotels.com price match guarantee is a waste of time as after 30 days I was told sorry my price match has not been approved and by that time the price from the other booking site had gone up. All in all very average experience

Nice hotel but cleanliness is substandard

Hotel is modern and pleasant, amenities are as stated.
Checkin clerk did not give us correct room until it was shown, after which we were provided the club room we booked. This included use of the club lounge but no staff member could advise the location. We had to find it ourselves. The staff also do not know how to use an international credit card to run transactions.

Dinner food was standard, but cleanliness was less adhered to: no sanitisation stations or table sanitisation.
Breakfast food was substandard, no cleanliness adhered to.
Guests and staff touch food with hands, no servers.

I don't know, would I recommend this hotel.

I ordered the Deluxe room, but in bathroom I found empty bottles from shampoo and shower gel from previous guests. But I didn't found a small towels and coffee cups in the room at all. When we went to sleep, we discovered, that we can't switch off the lights in the room. It was a kind of power failure. At the end they just disconnected the lamps for the night. I asked NOT to come tomorrow morning for fixing it, but they came!
At the end we got some kind of compensation (1.5 hour of room extension and lanch voucher), but it happened after discussing with three level of managers. It is waisting time and nervous.
Overall the hotel is ok, my impression was badly affected by room. The meals are ok, I would say good, but not excellent. Also, was a problem with water drainage in showers of indoor pools.
There is a problem with parking: not enough place for everyone.
I liked the SPA in a hotel!
So my overall impression is neutral. I expected more from 5 stars hotel, especially when you are guest in Deluxe room. Would I go there once again, I don't know.

שירות לא משהו בכלל, החדר הגיע באיחור ולא כפי ההתחייבות שלהם בשעה 15:00 היינו עם ילד קטן, כששאלנו בקבלה לסיבה שלא מקבלים את החדר בשעה שבה המלון התחייב הפקידה התייחסה בצורה מזלזלת ונוראית. חדרים נקיים יחסית ואיכות הרהיטים טובה אך בבריכה יש המון זבל על הרציפה והבריכה של הילידים הקטנים אנשים מעשנים וגרעינים על הרציפה. חוויה לא נחמדה כלל כנראה שלא נחזור לשם.

The hotel is not clean, the elevator smells so bad all day long, the room was not clean when we received it. Plus some of the staff are not nice and do not know how to talk to clients , also you can not find a free parking spot and you have to pay for the parking off site.
The lobby area was catastrophe with many people making parties and tables were dirty no one to clean, many kids playing and jumping on tables and no one talked to them, no place to sit in the lobby. The bar is closed so you can't hang out there even at night ! Food is not tasty at all !

We spent mostly in the Spa which is absolutely amazing. The gym is also nicely equipped. Breakfast and dinner were very good, we enjoyed the food very much but there were no drinks offered. The pool was crowded and the area wasn't really clean. The room was very nice, very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would surely come back and recommend others to stay there.

It was just fine, nothing fancy. It is not well maintained. Also, they don’t really follow the guidelines for COVID 19. Food also was not great. Had expired yogurt on breakfast! And when I complained to kitchen manager he was rude.
They sell it as a hotel with private beach but that is not true, you will need to cross the street and walk to get to beach to find that it is a public beach

The hotel was good and the service was good as well. However THE FOOD IS TERRIBLE!! We stayed for 3 days at half board (breakfast and dinner). The buffets of food offered a lot of food but extremely low quality (poor taste, poor selection, not fresh, etc.). The hotel should urgently replace the head Chef. Our friends stayed at Herod's down the road and they told us about the amazing food that they had at Herod's. We were so jealous. Daniel food is NOT GOOD!

This newly \"renovated\" hotel is disgusting.
The food was horrible. For both diner and breakfast, a wide variety of junk was served. You can actually taste the hate the cooks feel towards the guests.
The chair and sofa in the room were too dirty to even put clothes on them.
On the positive side of things, the pool was very nice and the staff was friendly.
To summarize, this is an hotel for people with very low standards...
