The area is great. Hotel is nice. Day staff is amazing. Night staff treats you like you’re a bother. Rooms are clean. Amenities are amazing. No free water bottles seems insane to me, but overall its was a good stay

This is a nice place to stay. Very clean and conveniently located just a few steps from an access to the excellent Tokyo transport system.
The area is VERY quiet, with lots of government buildings and condominiums but not much in terms of shopping or places to eat.
The service is efficient and professional. Some of the employees have limited English but they all try to assist to the best of their abilities.

Room was clean. Housekeeping every 3 days unless requested. Not sure if it's a Japan hotel norm, but saw hotel did not use vacuum to clean carpet, only with a lint roller. Room size is small but organized. Ideal for one adult, but still comfortable for one adult and one child. Two adult may be a little tight to move around in the room. Bed frame is lifted for storing baggage under, a must otherwise no room space. Onsen is free. Have coin laundry and terrace for view. Front desk staff were friendly, English fluent and helpful with questions. Hotel can help deliver luggage to next destination with Yamato. Overall a good experience.

The hotel is well located — just a 3-minute walk from a metro station and 5 minutes from a lively neighborhood with a great atmosphere and several restaurants.

The room is small, but that’s quite common in Japan.

The hotel room was so small and the only place to put luggage and clothes was under the bed, so having to take the suitcase out from under the bed everyday to get out the outfit for the day was very annoying. Also the toilet was not properly cleaned, the front desk said they would have it cleaned by noon but the cleaning crew did a very poor job and residual waste was still present under the toilet rim when we returned to the room.

Excellent place to stay and cheaper compare to other hotels around the area. Expect room to be smaller than standard American size bedroom. It’s very tight space but very clean. Have breakfast that’s very normal Japanese food and a little bit of western type food.

Easy to check in and out. Very straightforward to leave my bags and pick them up after I checked out.
The only thing I was disappointed was I could hear a guest watching TV at night and found it difficult to sleep (but I am quite sensitive about noise when I try to sleep.)
Otherwise, I was happy with the stay.

I wouldn't reccomed this hotel at all. Firstly the staff are really unhelpful, they heavily rely on the automated self check in and check out and don't try to help beyond that. Secondly the rooms are horrendously small, I can't express how tiny they are there is no space at all. This room goes beyond basic and if you’re travelling in a pair I'd reccomed avoiding this hotel as these rooms are not made for two people with any luggage. Lastly the rooms are really dusty the beds and pillows and really used/ old. Overall really unplesent experience and I absolutely dreaded spending any time in this room.

This hotel is perfect for solo travelers but maybe not for groups. The location is right next to a train station, which makes traveling around Tokyo via train significantly easier. Also, because this general area has a lot of government offices and buildings, there are security/police almost always so that’s extra security but Japan is still very safe. Easy check out too. Honestly though it is a bit secluded but the nearest convenience store is like a 5-7 min walk.

Easy to find, but in a quiet/sleepy area - provides a clean and relatively comfortable room. The room is on the small side, especially the bathroom, but a good nights' sleep was had. Staff at check in were not very efficient and I didn't see the point of a self check in desk when staff insisted on checking you in! They also charged for early check in despite the room being ready which was disappointing.

Excellent hotel especially for the price. If you dont have a problem with the typical size of a Japanese hotel room, and plan on roaming around a lot regardless, its \"mini luxury\" with typical Japanese standards in terms of service, cleanliness, and its great that they also have onsen. Close to Tokyo Midtown, Roppongi, Akasaka and a short ride or subway to Ginza, etc. You are right in the middle of Tokyo for the most part.

Nice hotel with well equipped bedrooms, but the rooms were a bit little on the small, but a nice veiw out of the window onto a Hie Shrine. A decent selection of food and drink at breakfast. A good location with a short walk to the Akasaka in the evening for a large choice of places to dine amd have a drink. Underground station just over the road, or a 30 minute walk to the Imperial Palace. I would stay again,

Really nice hotel to stay, it is a quiet area, nothing much to do, but great location for easy access to transportation and moving around, 4 metro lines. There is a small seven eleven in the station opening until 11, but convenient to stop at night on the way to the hotel.
The rooms are small, but comfortable and they provide you with everything you need.

This was a really nice stay, especially for my first time in Tokyo. The only downside to this place is that the rooms are extremely small, but regardless they’re clean and housekeeping does a really good job in between your stay. There are multiple train stations in walking distance, and chiyoda is a really good place to stay if you want to be away from the noise and busyness of shinjuku and shibuya.

We stayed in this hotel 12 days, Room was small, but comfortable enough. We got breakfast package. It was a good selection but exactly same food for 12 days. A little variety would be nice. We never use the sauna area because you have to be naked there. All hotel staff is very polite and trying to be helpful. Very clean and beautiful hotel. Would recommend upgrade to a view room (a little larger). I would not take breakfast next time.

Very good when you go in knowing what you paid for! The only reason it’s not a perfect 5 stars is because the pillows are flatter than a piece of paper. However! I’m really not picky. Keep in mind it is very small in the rooms, but it tells you the square footage online before you book. :)

Super helpful and friendly staff. Small rooms but cute, well appointed and comfortable. Rooms are only cleaned every 3 days which was the only downside but fresh towels were delivered daily. Convenient for JR, easy walk to so many sites. Lovely hot spa too. Highly recommended.

Great location, close to metro, probably the most safest neighborhood in Japan as residency of prime minister is across the street. Breakfast was good with great variety of foods. Room was clean and fresh towels were provided daily. Onsen has two hot pools, one indoor and one outdoor, and two individual hot baths outside. Lots of restaurants and bars within 10 minutes walking. Overall, very pleasant experience at this hotel.

Lovely stay at Apa Pride, the rooms are smaller than normal hotel rooms but perfectly suited for Japan, they have everytying you need and the beds were comfy.
Within walking distance you have subway stations getting you quickly around Tokyo.

Again within walking distance you have shops and restaurants as part of the business district. Also for car lovers around the corner you have Bingo Motorsports which has a lovely selection of supercars to view.

All in all, a very good stay, the staff and hotel were perfect for my stay. I would definitely book again

The location was super quiet. The train station across the street was so convenient. The room was tiny and looked at a wall, but the room had everything I needed so more space wasn't necessary. The breakfast was good and the staff was nice. The public baths were nice.

The main reason I booked the hotel because it had a restaurant that was open for dinner. The restaurant wasn't open a single night I stayed there. Not much else around was open for dinner either. In my opinion, big fail to close your restaurant every night when you say on line that it's open.
