The hotel is elegant, well designed, and very refined, with excellent service and beautiful views. However, the experience felt more understated than expected, and the value depends heavily on taking full advantage of the lounge, wellness facilities, and on property dining. Compared to stays with more immediate impact, this hotel rewards a slower pace and intentional use of its amenities. Overall, it is a high quality luxury property, but the experience can feel muted if you do not fully engage with what it offers.

Only stayed here two nights / but they were fabulous. The best part was the window seat in our bedroom. It was gorgeous to sit and drink coffee at in the morning - and wind down watching the city at night. The beds and bath were lovely as well. Easy access to transit and the staff found not have been better!

The Prince Gallery Hotel is modern luxe at its best. The room was spacious with spectacular view of Tokyo. It was outfitted with absolutely everything you can think of, from luxe cotton pjs and kimono robes, to every possible toiletry one might need. The staff was very helpful. The area around the hotel was safe and lovely with convenient access to the subway. The only caveat is that it’s not actually walking distance to many of the most interesting sights. That was okay with us. Taxis, Uber and subway is readily available and nothing was very far. The bar is chic and the Oasis restaurant serves a wonderful buffet breakfast.

This hotel leaves absolutely nothing to be desired. The rooms are spotlessly clean and (some) have outstanding views of the city. The staff is amazing and goes out of its way to make you feel comfortable. Although the prices are a bit steep, the food served in the restaurant is topnotch. All in all, we had a fantastic experience at this hotel and cannot wait to be back.

This is a borderline 5 star hotel, but priced at an above average 5 star hotel. Lacks atmosphere and charm in a very inconvenient location. If you are visiting Tokyo for a conference and the conference is in the conference center of the same building, the location will work, but not otherwise. We asked the concierge to book a high end sushi restaurant, but concierge booked a very mediocre restaurant

What a spectacular experience we had. Everything about this hotel is beyond superb. From the service, to the rooms, amenities, breakfast, location (so many subway lines) restaurants within the hotel area if you are too tired to go out. The attention to detail is beyond words. We loved our stay at this hotel and were sad to leave when it was time to move to our next destination.

The views from the room, from the bar area, from the buffet breakfast: WOW. Buffet breakfast was GREAT: Japanese breakfast (miso soup, rice, salmon, pickles), egg course (any way you like it, benedict or french toast) and cereal, yogurt, fruit, all sorts of pastries,
room: LOVE the bathtub and shower. Bed: so comfy!!
Concierge saved me by helping last minute book car transportation from airport! and booked fancy japanese restaurant for us.

My reservation was for March 13. They closed most of their facilities on March 2 yet they never informed me (with 11 days until I arrived) that they had shut down half of their hotel because of Coronavirus. I understand why they closed their facilities, yet they surprised me with the information after I had already checked in. I stay at this property every time I’m in Japan and it is not cheap. The price I pay is not only for the room. It is for the fitness center, the pool, the buffet, etc. None of these facilities that I already paid for were available when I checked in. They did not offer anything to me to make up for the fact that I couldn’t use the facilities that I paid for. They wouldn’t give me late check out, they wouldn’t let me stay for tea time, they didn’t offer a room upgrade. Nothing. They just said everything is closed and that’s it. They set a reopening date of March 15 for the facilities which is the day after I stayed there. If they would have informed me about the closures in advance I could have rescheduled my booking to a date after March 15. I was extremely disappointed in how they handled the situation and I got very poor value for my money. This used to be my favorite hotel.

I booked a three-night stay in a Club Deluxe Twin room at the Prince Gallery and checked in on Tuesday 3 March 2020. Upon checking in I was told that all facilities at the fitness center and pool were closed because of the coronavirus. I was also told that service in the club lounge had been severely restricted – no breakfast and no buffet for afternoon tea or evening cocktails. Indeed the food served for evening cocktails consisted of a small plate of cold and very unappetizing dishes.

None of this information was communicated to me in advance of my stay. Also at no time during my stay was I offered any compensation like a free room upgrade or a complimentary meal at one of the restaurants. I thought as a Marriott BonVoy Gold Elite member, I would be entitled to a room upgrade subject to availability at check-in but the upgrade benefit was not offered period and no explanation was given. I had paid full price for full service but did not receive any of the main benefits I had paid for. It is like paying in advance for a four-course meal but then being told that three of the courses have been cancelled.

This is completely unacceptable. I feel both cheated and insulted.

I was very unhappy about the poor way I was treated at the hotel. It was all take but no give!

This hotel used to be Akasaka Price hotel. I didn't realized that until I arrived to the hotel. This hotel became so beautiful. I stayed at Conrad, Andes Tokyo during this trip and all those hotels were beautiful. However The Price Gallery hotel was my favorite hotel because of the view, comfortable bed. I'll stay this hotel again.

We stayed on the club level and it was spectacularly nice. Our corner room and other room were clean, new and modern. The bath tubs are large and the shower area enormous. The toilets open automatically when you enter the bathroom and flush automatically. Everything can be controlled by a control panel aside the bed from all the lights to the do not disturb sign to the blackout shade. Our room had a wonderful view of Mt. Fuji.
The only thing I didn't care for was the food in the Oasis restaurant. The pizza crust was not crispy and everything seemed a bit underdone. Perhaps it's just a personal preference but I like my pizza crust to hold its shape when in hand. he neighborhood is also great. A short walk to literally thousands of pubs, restaurants and cafes. Subway and bus are also 3 mins away. Lastly, there is a great small supermarket on the second floor of the attached shopping terrace. I loved my time there.

Loved the space. The way to get to your room is very security-oriented. You have to go up 2 separate elevators to access the rooms, past reception. Every floor of the hotel is pleasantly scented with some sort of ginger/herbal tincture that makes you feel like you're walking through a cup of relaxing tea. Overall, it was a great experience if you're willing to shell out the money.

The service is exactly what you would expect at a 5-star hotel; all the staff were very helpful and even small requests were attended to promptly. Room was spacious and extremely clean and the amenities were more than adequate. I had dinner at the Japanese restaurant and the quality of the food was excellent although the menu can do with an upgrade (e.g. their teppanyaki section should also include seafood).

However, the best aspect about the hotel is that it is incredibly convenient. It is located within a short walking distance of Akasaka-mitsuke station and Nagatacho station which, between the both of them, gives access to the most of the subway lines in Tokyo.

Solo Trip to Tokyo

The was my second hotel for my recent trip in Tokyo. I was able to check in smoothly and was given access to the club lounge for one day (although it would have been nice to be given access my full 4 night stay). The concierge was able to help me book reservations at a restaurant with ease. The view from the room was amazing and I was on the side with a view of Tokyo Tower (the club lounge also faces this way). The hotel's location is ok and in more of a business area versus nightlife but is located near two subway stops. The rooms are spacious for Japanese standards and I would definitely recommend this property. I, unfortunately, didn't get a chance to try out the spa/pool areas during my stay.

Our room had a Mt Fuji and Akasaka Goyouchi view (The Akasaka Imperial property with the Crown Prince's Residence) from it in 35 F. It was very new and clean. I was told it just made 3 years. Plus, all the hotel staff were very polite and kind. We had an amazing stay! I totally recommend this hotel to everybody. I will defiantly stay again in the near future :)

This property was perfect. The rooms could be bigger but overall the hotel was great with many amenities. I love the spa facilities for men and women. The gym and pool are nice and the staff members were great. The only thing i would suggest is to vary the club lounge food items for happy hour. I would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous city hotel with amazing views!

Loved this hotel! Gorgeous views! Lovely nice touches like macaroon cookies with turn down service. Room is high tech and many things operate from an I-pad. Lots of automation. Toilet room automation can be too high tech but overall so cool! Beautiful rooms. Restaurants are very pretty. Loved the bar below the lobby with spectacular views.

I loved the hotel! I am a clean freak and i’m very picky with regards to hotels. I found the Prince Gallery to be very clean and modern hotel. Convenient location very near the train station and away from the crowds. The toiletries provided were great and the shower was awesome. The views of Tokyo from our bedroom were stunning .
