This hotel is perfect. You would think that being a budget hotel, it would come with drawbacks but it is absolutely perfect. We got the \"Hollywood Twin\" and it made us feel like we had a king bed. The bathroom was quite large by Tokyo standards, and my 6'3\" husband never felt squished. The area is quiet enough to sleep easily but still has many dining options close by. Going back, I would skip buying the breakfast as there is a 711 right next door with lots of food options. However, the breakfast is a great option for those seeking a good western breakfast, as it was tasty.

This hotel is a good example of quirky meets compact meets independent. Instead of people at the front desk, there are robot humans who greet you. I know this is a thing for this hotel chain with some hotels having dinosaurs or other robots at the front desk. There is also a staff member hidden behind a door to help if you need it. The check in overall is done on a touchpad at the front desk. It is simple as long as you did the check in process online 48 hours before you check in.

The front desk is on the 2nd floor and next to it is also a space you can lock your luggage for free. You also get access to Choco Zap (a small gym chain in Japan) and they have a washer/dryer.

The room itself is tight with minimal space to walk around between the wall, beds, and the bathroom. If you have multiple luggage pieces you’ll feel the tightness. However, many of the street views from the window are great, there is a bathtub with the shower, and a small sitting space along with mini fridge in such a tiny space. It’s either cozy or cramp, depending on your POV.

The worst thing about this hotel is breakfast. Served from 7-10 AM in the Irish pub downstairs, it feels gross and out of place. Food is okay but better off going out to get breakfast.

Great location if you’ll be doing most activities near Shibuya, fast staff response, bad breakfast, tight room, and good value for what it is. Good for solo travel or intermediate stay between hotels.

Very nice economical hotel. The robots at check in are fun. We literally interacted with no humans or staff during our 3 nights which is why I didn't rate the service. The rooms were small but very clean and had all the amenities needed. I was impressed with the hotel. As a family of 5 we did have to get two separate rooms but still more reasonable than other area hotels. Overall, great place wouldn't hesitate to come back if in Tokyo again.

The location is the only positive.

The location in Akasaka is very convenient. The rooms at really small - even smaller than the pictures- for a family trip. As the robots don't solve all the problems, you need to call the hotel works who are behind the wall. The pillows are like sand bags, not exaggerating. And they don't make the beds and take the trash out of the room everyday. It's a fair option if you want to save and still be ina good location.

Great location for a great price. We booked early and secured the rooms at a great price. Close to 2 subway stations, so easy to travel to other parts of Tokyo. The rooms were clean and well designed. We fitted in with other 2 suitcases no problem. And the LG steamer in the room was a big help during the stay.

We had a great stay at this hotel. We could not ask for a better place to stay in Tokyo. There are two different Tokyo metro stations lines within less than 10 minutes walks. There is a 7/11 right outside the hotel as well.

For the price, this was a great spot! 7-11 next door, train/subway stations just 5-10 min away (walking), lots & lots of food options, harry potter area, luggage shipping (at yamato), hotel also held our luggage after check out until we left for our shinkansen train later in the day.

Only thing was that its SMALL & took us a bit to find light switches. OH and the androids in the front desk scared the poop out of me 😂

Really happy with our stay here! My friend and I shared a room with two twin beds and the size was totally fine even with our large suitcases. I loved how quiet the area was and it was just a few minute walk to the Ginza metro station which was super convenient. We stayed here 5 nights and then switched to a different hotel in Shinjuku and we both said we regretted moving to Shinjuku since the hotel was about the same, it was way louder there, and wasn't worth the hassle. We loved this hotel and thought it was a great value. No matter what, if you're in Tokyo you'll need to take the subway to get around so we enjoyed being in this area since it wasn't too far from any of the major attractions. Plus, there is a 7/11 literally right next to the hotel!

A typical 3 star Japanese hotel in a convenient location but I had no idea there were so many bars and massage parlours in the area, not good for families with kids. Again, hotel is average and the 3 bed room size is manageable but why I gave 2 stars is the room was dusty. I would be sneezing and blowing my nose the whole time I stayed at the hotel. Whenever I look at any ceiling light or bedside lamp, dust was flying everywhere. Even worse, when I tried to move one of the bed so that two beds would be side by side without gap, the area under the bed was horrifically full of dust. The cleaners never even bothered vacuuming under the bed. Will not come back again.

No front staff - robots at the check-in. Check-in went well though, no issues. We weren't sure about staff about luggage transport though since there was nobody at the front desk. There's plenty of free luggage storage, which was very helpful for checking out and being able to still do some exploring before our flight.
The hotel was very clean and easily accessible by mutiple subway stations. Lots of restaurants nearby. The LG Styler in the room was helpful for keeping our clothes fresh. Would stay here again.

Right between 4 main lines each about a 5 min walk. if you are using the Tokyo Metro you’ll find it very convenient to get to from Haneda with only one transfer to the Ginza line from Shimbashi. All the major Conbinis within a block and also two fruit stores across the street. The robot check in and out was super easy and the luggage lockers on the 2nd floor makes it easy if you come in early or have a late flight out. Love the area especially the 1000 Tori gates across the street that don’t get tons of tourists. So peaceful in the mornings. Irish pub downstairs can get lively and some adult bars and entertainment down the road. We stayed with 3 adults and one teen in two rooms on the same floor and was very comfortable with the cleanliness. Thanks for a great stay!

일본인 보다 외국인 투숙객이 많아 보였다.
새로운 호텔이라 대체로 청결했고, 어메니트는 프론트에 구비되어 있다. 연박이라 청소를 요청했지만 꼼꼼하게 청소되지 않아서 실망스러웠다. 이 부분이 개선되기를 희망한다.

Smooth check in and check out process in spite of robotic reception. The location is really good, walking distance to 4 different Tokyo metro lines that can pretty much get you anywhere in Tokyo and take advantage of the 24/48/72 hour metro passes. Also numerous supermarkets and restaurants near by if you are tired and want to find some food walking distance to the hotel.

The best part of this hotel is the location. Really close to a ton of restaurants and bars, and the train station is super close by. Checking in with the robots is a total gimmick. I couldn't scan my passport so I had to talk to a human. The room was a typical small Japanese hotel room, but the ceilings are high so you don't feel as claustrophobic. Also, the bathrooms are a lot larger than many other hotels in Japan, which is nice. Every amenity you need is there as well. Towels, razors, iron, toothbrush, etc. 10/10 would stay here again.

What a fun hotel. Comfortable and convenient. Love the sanitizing machine for coats in your room. They have amenities in the lobby you can help yourself to if you forgot anything like combs and toothbrush and pajamas. The price is also so affordable and a cute Irish pub on the first floor. The lady robot can get a little spruce up on her derpy eye but it’s also charming. Close to multiple subway stations and can get to places easily! Lots of good food and bars and friendly to English speakers cause many foreign diplomats in the area.

The location is good but the room is really too small, I cannot completely open my 28\" suitcase when it lay on the ground. The mattress warmer is redundant, the operating noise is annoying, it is bulky and wasting space if the room area only 12 sq. meter. No Slipper is provided.

The only thing I like is the Smart TV which has the Google Cast function, so I can play the Spotify Music and watch the Netflix with my Andriod Phone.

Check-in is really really weird, with these robots. And very inefficient, because the machines didn't work. Also the room smelled like chemicals. There are many better hotels in Akasaka in the same price range.

Robots are a gimic, but a good hotel nonetheless

The robot element of the hotel is a gimic, but we all know that. You basically check in on a kisok. There is a charge for luggage storage. The room itself is nice. It includes a free smartphone with unlimited data and calls for use during your stay (in and outside the hotel), which was a life saver for us as we had just run out of data.

It was really cool to find the robots at reception. We arrive early so the staff helped us to store or luggage and then gave us instructions about how to check in with the robots. The staff didn't speak English but it was easy to communicate with them. The room was nice, small but proper size for Japan hotels. The amenities were fine.

The most comfortable beds in the world

We loved staying here! Check in was really smooth - don't be fooled by the robots. The bed was the most comfortable bed we had EVER slept it and we didn't want to leave. The bed was even more comfortable than the Hilton.

People complain about the size - but it was perfect for the 2 of us as a space to just chill after a long day of exploring.

The bathroom was great, the shower water was always warm.
The room even has a kettle and a mini fridge. Bath robes and slippers provided.
Wifi always worked perfectly.

Location was really close to multiple lines and only 40 mins fro Haneda.

The only downside was that it was incredibly dry in the room and we often woke up with sore throats/feeling like prunes. A humidifier would be great.

The robot hotel concept is a total fail. I want someone at the front desk so I can have an early checkin. Also as a foreign resident in Japan I found it totally annoying that the checkin system was asking for my passport when I tried to use it in English. Henn na fired a bunch of its robots already, it should just get rid of this lame idea until the tech is good enough. Not being able to checkin early because of the rigidity of their system is a total turn off for me. Room was fine. Humans are good, automated hotels suck.

Uncomfortable, bad internet, because of the “robot check in”, there is no staff available and you have to go downstairs and call the by a fix phone they have if you need anything. We asked for an extra pillow and they say no. The breakfast is not good at all. The hotel is well located but it is for a business trip, for one night and a single bedroom, the place is extremely small for more than one person per room.

The hotel locates in a nice area where there are multiple subways and a good area of restaurants. However the room is really small and not sure if it is worth the price we paid. Also the service does not match up to the standard as well. We had to pay to leave our luggage even for a couple of hours after check out which is never heard of before.
