I came at 4pm and the room was not ready.
They gave me another one ready but dirty in the bathroom. To take the lift you may wait more than 5mn to get it. The price is absolutly not worthy.

Hot water in shower. Great location.
However apartment utilities were very minimal and we only had 1 coffee mug for 3 of us. No tea!
No hand towels, bath mat, tea towels or cooking utensils.
No hot water in kitchen sink or plug to wash dishes properly.
Wifi did drop out regularly.
Noisy fridge which only seemed to get cold on day 3!
Shower head holder was broken.
Upon arrival we had a pile of rubbish swept to the corner near the door which had not been removed.
Overall nice stay but could definitely be more equipped for the price.

Great location. Modern unit, very clean but starting to show some wear and tear. Check in efficient and communication good. Only annoying thing was they only gave us one key….a bit ridiculous when your apartment is on the 50th floor and you have a 2 bedroom apartment with four people in it.

Couldn’t even stay for 1 night. The whole entire room smells heavy with incense its suffocating. Pillow casing and beddings has yellow spots. for 2 nights didn’t even get any refunds. Owner of the stay takes almost an hour to give us the key to check in.

Rooms were really nice, hotel staff friendly, pool and gym very nice, as well as restaurant, however the pool and gym security staff could make one feel quite uncomfortable as they would hover around and probably over control the area. A lighter touch and perhaps more education as to western cultures around pools and gyms would help. Some of the security staff were more friendly than others. A smile and some knowledge of other cultures can go a long way. Room service staff were very friendly too, as well as polite. Would stay here again. If not for security staff and also some maintenance needed around the pool deck area would have given 5 stars.

For starters you are renting through an independent company. Upon arrival in Malaysia, I tried calling the number multiple times to no avail. Once I arrived at the hotel, the counter staff acted like it had the plague. Once I reached an individual who is in the lobby he was super confused as to my reservation and took him 15 minutes to figure it out at one point time to ask a lady to assist who refused.
Has he escort me up to the room, it wasn’t ready as the maid was still inside.
I left for 45 minutes came back to find the door unlocked, one of the ACs did not work, and there were no towels. I will say that the issues were handled promptly. The place is old!!
I had a gorgeous view from the living room of a wall of the next building.
The slippers they included or one’s worn by the previous guests thank goodness I had my own.
The best part comes the next day when I go downstairs to get my breakfast upon returning, there was zero electricity in the unit and found out from a neighbor that I was going to be out for six hours. That means no Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, lights, etc..
A positive is that the pool is an infinity pool and a very high-floor. Gym was OK.Never found any restaurants or bars, except for a little pastry shop in the lobby.There’s construction going on next to the building and the traffic is ridiculous. Please look both ways two or three times.The carpets in the lobby were so stained it is disgusting. It’s cheap, but not what I’m looking for on

Please read the small print. This is not a hotel. It’s an apartment within a hotel building. There is no check in desk, no check in instructions provided. Had to ask the hotel staff for the building in which this is and they gave me a number to call. Keys were handed over and instructions sent how to empty the garbage and use the washing machine. No instructions on breakfast, pool, gym etc.
Once entering the property it was very evident that the property is in dire need of refurbishment. Plastic resusable slippers were provided which is very unhygienic. We arrived late in the evening at 9:30pm so went straight to bed. In the morning was more evident on how dirty the property was with ants crawling all over the kitchen side. Kids reported they also found ants in their room. Thankfully I found another hotel and we checked out. The hotel has not refunded me for the 3 nights that we did not stay unfortunately

I had a very disappointing stay. The service was extremely poor, and the facilities were very limited. This suite was not part of the Platinum Hotel management but rented out by a private individual.

The hotel elevators lacked proper ventilation, the cleaning service was weak, and there was no luggage storage provided. Instead, the host charged 10 MYR cash per piece of luggage. On the first day, we were even given the wrong address and location, which caused unnecessary stress.

Overall, I strongly recommend booking directly with the Platinum Hotel and not through a private host. In particular, avoid the suite on the 38th floor.

Good location with easy access to MRT, walking distance to the twin towers. Nice view from the roof top pool, but the water was freezing which made it not pleasing to swim in.
After a long flight arriving at the hotel, we had to wait 30 mins in the lobby for the person to bring our keys. We ordered an extra bed as we are a family of 5 but were given 2 double beds. Once we complained, they said they could not do anything until the next day once someone else checks out. There were ants all over the rooms.. on the last night they came up on my sons bed and couldn’t use that bed because it was full of ants. House keeping only came once every second day and that’s only because we kept asking for it. Though it states on their website that they have daily house keeping. Lifts were extremely slow and sometimes not fully functional as out of the 4 lifts only 2 were working and not enough for the amount of people.
The airconditioning in the bedroom was not cooling and just blowing warm air.
Shower and bathroom had not been cleaned at all as there were dirty remains from previous tenants.
If you like to sleep in on your holiday- forget it as you will be woken up from chanting on loud speakers for the morning prayers which starts from 5.45am every morning for some time.. And this happens 5 times a day. Through till 9pm

The hotel itself was nice, It had some worn down parts but for the most part exhibited cleanliness. The elevator however, the elevator brought about one of the most uncomfortable experiences of my life. They must allow access to stairs or enable guests to use the staff elevators during checkout time. At 12 noon, I waited 25 minutes, not an exaggeration, I waited 25 full minutes to get into an elevator, which was packed with 10+ people and a screaming baby. Very poor experience, the hotel has more to offer, but something must be done about the elevator.

Really nice apartment, and the view was just amazing from the 50th floor. With 3 young kids the space was just perfect. Only thing is the lift could take a little longer to get there. 4 lifts and it’s a very busy place.
The service from the host was really good as well. They would reply to your messages quickly and get the job done. Can’t really complain about anything. I wouldn’t mind staying here again. The area is right in the centre of KL, so most places are within walking distance.

This is an Airbnb, not a hotel, located in a luxurious building shared with other entities. Nobody representing my rental. The reception in the building emphasized that ours was private and refused to get involved. We were given a key later by a representative that eventually showed up, without much explanation, not being told that there were two symmetrical wings with similar numbers. We ended up opening the door of an apartment with a family inside. Horrible experience. The apartment itself was large, elegant and comfortable. It only contained two
plates, two glasses, two sets of silverware, a single frying pan and a small cooking pan, nothing else. No glass in the bathroom, no paper or cloth towel to clean in the kitchen.
I cannot recommend this place as it is.

Lovely luxury apartment in the heart of KL.
3 minutes walk from Bukit Nanas monorail station, and many exciting shops in the area.

Visitors should be reminded that this is not a traditional full service hotel, but a “serviced residence.”

You will not be greeted upon arrival like at a hotel, but be simply be handed the key to your room like an Airbnb property - may feel a little odd if you are not accustomed to this style.

But once you are connected in WhatsApp or WeChat to the service team, they are super helpful and prompt at all times!
You may find discounts for longer stays. I stayed here for a week.

Property itself is getting only slightly old, but still brilliant and luxurious with excellent view of the city from the rooftop.
May not quite be the Marina Bay Sands, but darn close!

Will certainly stay again.

There is no front desk receptionist so you have to contact the agent through WhatsApp to await for check in. This was the only inconvenience as if you needed anything you had to wait for their response. The pool and other facilities were clean and well maintained. The elevator was also another issue as you may have to wait over 10 minutes to get on as there were so many people. The location is convenient and overall the stay was good.

Booked 3 bedroom and they tried to give us a 2 bedroom with 1 tiny laundry closet room with no aircon. In their defence they did try to rectify the issue. They offered us another 1 bedroom for the 1st night then moved us all to a 3 bedroom the 2nd night. Was super inconvenient to be moving round so much for a 2 night stay. The washing machine didnt work so they offered to wash and dry over clothes. That was a huge ordeal. They had clothes for 7 hours and delivered them back wet. So we had to resend them and they didnt show up on time as requested so had to chase them up 4am which wasnt fun when we were trting to leave for the airport. They do try but fall short

They allowed for early check-in which was really helpful. We realized only after we arrived that the booking was done thru third party and not directly thru the hotel which was a little hassle to get the communication established. At the end everything worked out well. We booked this hotel for the rooftop swimming pool. Unfortunately, the pool was down for a few weeks for maintenance. And, the washer has problems. It looks like it was a known problem and we lost one night sleep by being awake to get that sorted out. The maintenance guy (MJ) was very helpful. But, he couldn't do much. We had to take the wet clothes with us when we checked-out.

Beware! This is a subleased rental. When you get to the lobby, you will need to call them and wait for them to show up for you to be able to check in and get keys to your room. This can be very inconvenient. The room itself is spacious and the views are very nice! The overall experience is not the best. There is no room service, the pool is very crowded at all times of the day, and the check in process may be difficult.

Inconvenient check in and check out if you are driving. One door knob fell onto my wife’s foot when she was opening the door. This knob is full metal and very heavy! One can imagine the swollen foot and pain. Informed the agent but no compensation.

I picked out this property because it was the best bang for the buck that I was looking to spend for our visit to KL. The suite is huge. I know it can be an apartment to live in permanently, but there's so much storage everywhere that one won't even know what to do with all of it. The views are the best being at the 35th floor with floor to ceiling windows in both the living room and bedroom areas. Even better is that the wall between these areas can open and with open shades, this brings in a lot of natural light into the suite. There's no balcony, but all good.

The staff that takes care of the apartment is great and responsive, but one thing to note, be very mindful about when you're checking in. We arrived into KL at around 8am in the morning, but the suite could not be ready until almost 3pm. Be sure to make any arrangements necessary to avoid being stranded before check-in, especially when traveling with small children. In this case, I wish I had booked the night before.

Overall, the suite really made the stay at KL amazing. Thank you!

I had a very dissapointing experience staying in this particular suite in SABA SUITES block C!!Instruction we're not given in proper upon entering the parking lot and we took the parking ticket instead of access card. Access card were not given in order for us to get into the parking lot. Ended up upon checking out we need to pay for the free parking!! Bathroom door knob is broken, Room aircond is not working in the middle of the night! Deposit was given upon check in and we were told to pay for the repair!! This is nuisance!

The Face Suits (Saba Suits) building is quite new and clean, on the top of roof has a swimming pool where can do daily swim and enjoy beautiful city views and take a sunbathing. In the Lobby has a small Cafeteria where can chat with friends. Inside the room all equipments are enough for living comfortable. I would love to living here and come back again😄

Great views from pool deck.
Suite was privately owned and administered separately. Good communication via Whats App.
WIFI only available in the room. Not available at pool, bar or gym.
Twin bed room was actually a double bed. Not ideal for adult children.
3rd bed was located off the laundry in a cupboard size room.
Was good to have a washing machine. Looks impressive from the outside and in main foyer but apartment was not finished to the same standard. We did not self cater so did not need living/kitchen/dining space - would pay to get two hotel rooms next time.

We stayed on the 48th floor, had some of the best views in KL. It’s close to train station. Bed was very comfortable and room was quiet. The bar, restaurant and infinity pool on level 51 was amazing and had an amazing view of the city and twin towers. The pool area is a hidden gem.

Very nice and clean Hotel. It is little confusing at first. This unit is actually residential unit located at the face hotel. If you are going there by taxi. Make sure that copy the address. This hotel has nice swimming pool and bar. Please note that we cannot use bath towel at swimming pool. Make sure bring your own towel.

This is a bare bones suite with no English TV, 4 Towels with no hand or face cloths. Water and food at a Seven Eleven no grocery store nearby. The elevators are very slow and they suggest that you leave 10 minutes early if you have an appointment. Muslim call to prayer wakes us at 5:15 am every morning. Not sure if he is on our 49th floor. No brochures as to the sites to see or the restaurants not too far away. Overall not what we expected. We got what we paid for,so it was not a big savings.

Safety and Privacy Issue

I stayed in Saba Suites for 3 days in Aug for a business trip. The unit is in the same establishment as The Face Platinum. It was well kept, clean and came with good facilities.

However, the check in was not handled by the establishment (as its privately owned) but by a private property manager. Your passport details are just copied using his mobile phone and there was no proper documentations.

Unfortunately for me, my info and room number was leaked via a simple phone call to the establishment requesting for it. I was later contacting by a stranger making demands.

Therefore, privacy data protection and customer safety is lacking if you choose to stay with Saba Suites.

Great location. Modern apartment. Great pool. Apartment has washing machine which we wanted after 10 days travelling as family. However no racks to dry clothes so unable to use. Also despite walk-in robe and loads of space for clothes there were only 6 or seven hangers. But there were ironing boards etc. Apartment should provide handtowels for bathrooms as not hygienic to use towel provided for pool, shower and toilet. Towels can be changed everyday.

The Saba Suites staff were very helpful and easy to contact through What’s App. They responded to every text within a few minutes. The facilities and facility staff were also great. Popular location. Easy to get a Grab or walk to the monorail. After getting taken advantage of by a taxi driver we used Grab for all local transport. The pool is as fabulous as it looks. The WiFi was great. The prices for food and beverages are a bit higher than other locations; but lots of other options available (7-11 and grocery store). Having a two bedroom 1.5 bath apartment was great for our family. The washing machine worked well-we had our own detergent. We were also able to store our luggage after checkout for a reasonable fee.

Location just perfect
Apartment nice, good size but not for three adults as mattress was hard and uncomfortable, but definitely perfect for a couple. Swimming pool with an amazing view, unluckily it was under repair but could still enjoy the view. It would have been nice to be notified in advance.

It's new, clean and spacious. This is a business trip but I will definitely come back again if I bring my kids to KL for holidays as I find the place very family friendly. Highly recommended. Value for money. The only thing is that I am not sure if it's the timing, the rooftop is a bit crowded than I expected...I haven't been to a pool with this many people for a while, a bit shocked... -.-\"

Rooftop pool is amazing, ensuite bathroom and location are great.

Negative is that for 3 people we only received 1 key so could not go out individually as the key also had to be used to operate the elevators.
No check in desk either.

that is an apartment property not a hotel, so they don't have hotel service as well. the room is big and comfortable, if you will cook for your meal, it is good for you. if you just want to enjoy the hotel and service, you should choose The Face Suites. I have mistake in this booking information. and the room is quite clean.

The suites is clean & comfortable. Hotel location is good. Walking distance to KLCC & Bukit Bintang. There is LRT too if don't prefer to walk. Infinity skypool is superb with the view of KLCC & Menara especially at night. Love it so much.
