A/C remote control only works for on/off. Somehow they set the temperature, so you have to tell the management to adjust the temperature if it’s too hot/cold.
Oven, electric pot, didn’t work.
No hot shower. Colder than “warm”.
Also, building B units don’t have laundry washer even though it is indicated as amenity. No coin laundry nearby. Rooms is Building A that are managed by a different company seem to have washer installed in each room.

Good central location for a decent rate

Hotel is centrally located with the Monorail station just a mere 3-4 minutes walk. TV didn't work but thankfully the internet speed was decent. The water heater wasn't working so well either. There were also ants. I could've complained about all of these but my stay was only for one night, plus there wasn't a phone in the room so I wasn't sure who I could complain to anyway.

Average apartment, good location tho. The room I stayed lack of washing machine and utensils, good thing about this apartment is it has balcony, no chairs and table provided tho, hence you have to use chairs from dining area.

You Get What You Pay For

You should check in at reception located at lobby during their working hours. Do not call the phone listed on Hotels.com as that doesn't work.
The apartment I stayed lack of washing machine and some basic kitchenette. It's a bit disappointed as it doesn't look much the same to the pictures. I'm usually fine with anything and everything but compare to the last apartment I stayed which I even paid less, this apartment is less satisfied.

Poor room condition and and the service is bad

(1) No lift entry card was provided. We need to get the security guard to help when we need to go in or exit the building. However, sometimes the security guard was away from the exit and we need to call or get other hotel guests to help us.
(2) The corridor right outside our room had very bad smell.
(3) The bed is not very comfortable.
(4) The cup and kettle were not clean properly.
(5) Poor cleanliness in the toilet.

Nice suites and comfort

I was check in 25 - 26 Feb 2018 for my first anniversary. The deposit was RM 200 and will return went we check out. The amenities was in 11 floor such as swimming pool,gym, meeting room and etc.This suites so suitable for having anniversary or birthday party because the nice atmosphere.Quite clean and comfort to stay.

5D4N Stay for Xmas

Location is abit suburb. But most uber driver know this location. Do note that the parking fwe is RM30/DAY overnight. Room is nice but bed was too soft.. No housekeeping arrangement.. Also the washing machine n dryer was not there as per what was supposed in the photo.. Good scenery view where I could see KL Menara Tower.

Not suitable for my family

Place feels run down. Free parking is only available at next building. To enter, you’ll need an access card. Lost of card is 100rm penalty.
I booked because of proximity to KLCC and the need for 2 queen beds.
My suggestion is that if you just need a roof over your head, go ahead and book. You can squeeze double the people in the apartment. On holiday and need some pampering? Go look elsewhere.

Rooms near golden triangle but bad service

Room was good but terrible service.No intercom and you have to come down each time if you have problems even during nights. Worst staff behaviour. Checkin took too long almost more than an hour.

We were staying at the family suite (4 people) and the Air conditioning is not working in both living room as well as in the room.
When we complain to the staff, he said nothing can be done about it and its better than sleeping outside.
So we had to sleep in the living room with the balcony door open the entire night.

The room was good with all amenities we wanted. Access to the pool, gym and yoga deck was fab. Reception were really helpful. Only negative was that the bed had a slight dip which meant that we gravitated towards each other and the middle of the bed.

I will not go back to this serviced apt again.

Overall, a new serviced apartment within the proximity of KLCC and Bukit Bintang
Service: Checked in by the security or receptionist, straightforward and easy but not a lot of explanation the processes of the house rules and facilities. They required cash deposit and returned the issued receipt to claim back the deposit, so don't throw the receipt away. I was about to leave it in the room, but I was compelled to take it with me, luckily I did, else it will be a hassle.
Cleanliness: Not very good, bugs in the house, a few of them, I had to kill them with my bear hands.
Comfort: The sofa was really torn and worn out. The bed is not very comfortable but still acceptable.
Condition: First look was good, but more and more issues just come up when you stay longer in the room.
Local area: Though KLCC and Bukit Bintang area are within the proximity of this establishment but it is recommended to take a cab to KLCC because by the time you walked over there or from there back to the apartments you will be sweating like nobody business, same goes to Bukit Bintang, but at least you can catch a monorail to go to Bukit Bintang area. Not much foods, pubs, shops around.

Excellent location except the shower wasn't really hot, unless the water pressure is turned to small, beds are sunken in & no bins anywhere. Away from crowds & KL noise and good security. 24hr groceries store is really convenient too!

Our room was like an apartment from a magazine. The price of the hotel is very cheap and if you're heading over to Singapore the value for this hotel is worth it a lot. The hotel is easy for drivers to find so it's not much of a problem. It's really close by to the Petronas Tower which is about a 15 minute walk or you can take a 5 minute taxi. Highly recommend people to download the app Grab which is like Uber but, much better and cheaper. Grab is used a lot more in Asia than Uber is. A taxi in Malaysia from this hotel to the Petronas Tower was about 4-7 ringgits which is really cheap. Everything in Malaysia is really affordable so taxi is probably the best bet if you're travelling with a group of like 4-5 people because it's quick and cheap. The pool for the hotel is mind blowing. Really cool and picturesque view. The hotel amenities and utensils were well stocked and sufficient.

Good location, centrally located with good and new gym facilities and a pool with nice view. Bathroom is very small and no separation between shower and toilet area, expect to be total wet. The corridor right outside our room had very bad smell but luckily smell didn't go into our room. Sound insulation was bad, I can hear baby crying whole night.

It's a very convenience hotel residence, located at the heart of KL, its easy to go everywhere..but due to the limited of the access card..it's not a pleasure to go in/out with 2 access card at the gate and 1 room key only where we have 6 family members (we booked family suite for 4 people though). And during the checkout time, they rushed us to checkout at 12 sharp, they stand by in front of the room to check if there any damages. I've never experienced such things before, since we are coming back from somewhere, and i did told the receptionist maybe not sharp 12, and he give me until 1 o'clock, but the staff keep on knocking the door and I cannot access at all to the room when the clock is 12..if we want to checkout late, they will charge half price of the room eve though it's only for couple of hours (I planned to check out at 4 but cancel) <- this information is for whom wanna late checkout.

The rest is great...

Amazing views, great value

For the price this is amazing value. Pool and gym are great. There are lockers (under the bed), reading lights and powerpoints for every bed. AC is good, wifi drops in and out but is fast when its connected. Little bit hard to walk to places from here but there is a free bus and mono rail just on the corner so you can get everywhere. Kitchen is nice but there isn't many things to cook with (no plates, knives, forks, pans etc). Would definately recommend if you're looking for a bit of luxury at a low price.

Lovely stay until departure

I had really lovely stay in this hostel until departure was spoiled. I had to check out early morning around 5 am and the night before came to reception to check if it's better to collect a deposit of 100 RM now or in the morning(Receptionist work from 8 am). The receptionist informed me that security officer will give it to me in the morning and it won't be a problem. Next morning security officer could not find my name on the list and do not return my money. Because of that, I was almost late to my flight. I tried to contact hostel but all contact details incorrect. I am very disappointed as it was really nice Hostel which I would recommend to my friends. But after getting into such situation I will think twice should my friends stay there.

Strategic hotel at KL city

The room is clean and tidy. The location is strategic, there's a cafe, bakery and convenience shop inside the hotel.

Nice and simple hotel

It's good to have experience staying in Mercu Summit Suites, because the hotel is simple but nice for me..and the price also affordable with the accommodations,especially when you are travelling with family or friends. Besides, the place also near to some of interest places such as Suria KLCC, Jln TAR, Masjid Jamek, and Sogo Mall. During my stay for 3 days and 2 night, it's easy for me to use grabcar or taxi when I want to go other places :) If you guys have any works or having plan to go to Suria KLCC or Aquaria KLCC(within the KLCC's area). Last but not least, for those who want to stay at this hotel, please request and remind the staff if you want your room to be clean. Last words, I recommend you to stay at this hotel and enjoy your holiday :)

This is a homestay, without room service and breakfast. The owner didn't provide any broom or additional garbage bag for our self cleaning.
There is no free parking and the maximum charge per day should be RM15. When I got my charge for RM17, the counter staff ask go to refer to the management office within office hours only.
I will not recommend my friends to stay at this place.

worth for money stay

Last minutes booking for a 2 nights stay.
Great facilities with access card control for entering lobby lift & room. Although I have read somewhere regarding car parking fees but the great hotel staff gave me a car park season parking card while I can drive in & out whole day for free. My children love the swimming pool so much.

Overall stay experience was good. Just a little flaw with the service. Was issue error room card but staff came for help immediately. That's a good effective assistance. However on the next day. Happened to realize that I left something in the room many hours after checkout, tried to call hotel but line maintainance for more than 12hrs or more. Next day went back to the reception counter for lost & found but too bad nothing was retrieved. I was very politely asking for double checks with more detailed description & the specific area but got rejected by all means & one staff mistakenly thought I'm accusing theft. Few others did check designated department for any items found but left with unknown results. Situations were calm in the end & I'm left with further notice but I'm almost lost hope on it. Well I was never angry & just a little sad of such a strict security residence also can have a flawed housekeeping. I'm just glad that it's not a very costly thing I've lost. Hope the management can be more precise on after service assistance. Thanks for the time.

Overall was very good. Except for the gate access card. Will have to use one card for two person as they dont have enough access card. It is quite difficult to go in and out through the door. One will have to wait and get another additional key from the counter in order to enter the hotel

The check-in was a little slow but was smooth. Our room key was not functioning and it delayed our in and out movements but the staff was kind enough to facilitate us. The air conditioner was leaking but quickly fixed by the staff. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was free for our 2 night stay.
