Location was great. Room was wonderful, clean. Comfy bed.
Bathroom was nice, shower was good. Balcony was huge! And had a great view.

Antonio, the manager. He was great. Had all the info we needed. Recommendations for food, things to do etc. Antonio was available via text. And usually responded immediately.
Would 100% reccomend.

Great location for access to cruise and ferry terminals plus near to Metro station. Good restaurants nearby. Very friendly and helpful host. We used as a base after cruise and to visit Pompeii & Sorrento. Apartment as described. Airport bus also stops directly opposite which was helpful at the end of our stay. No safe in room, but apartment feels secure. Would recommend.

We received some very helpful instructions to locate the property and a wonderful welcome from Antonio when we arrived. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom and kitchen facilities were ideal and the washing machine and iron was a very welcome surprise. The property was also very safe and secure. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Amazing Find!

This apartment style hotel was absolutely fantastic. The room was beautiful and had a great view, bed and shower were super comfortable, and everything was clean and well-stocked. Antonio was friendly, helpful, and wonderful to communicate with - he gave excellent directions, was very friendly and thorough with information about the stay, and proactive about any issues we may face (such as a battery dying in the remote). Will recommend this place to everyone staying in Naples!

Relais Castel Nuovo is a great location, directly across the street from a metro station. There are many great restaurants nearby. Antonio is a wonderful host and is eager to help you with anything you need. He recommended many great restaurants and help with general navigating to our chosen destinations. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities you could need, including a washing machine! I can't recommend this stay enough. If we are ever in Napoli again, I will definitely stay here once more.

Clean, safe and a great host

Antonio made this a wonderful experience. He contacted me when I made the reservation and was helpful answering all my questions. He sent pictures of the building and which door to come in. The apartment was modern had everything you needed and was very clean. It is a very safe building which made us feel comfortable. The view of the port is amazing. We ate at a very good restaurant that was just around the corner.

Yeah it was a really nice stay but I honestly thought I would have a balcony with the view as stated above so thought that was a bit misleading. I'm sure it's in the detail somewhere and I just missed it but the reason why I booked was because of the view. However, Antonio was amazing and the apartment spacious, clean and very modern.

Lovely, clean and spacious apartment located right next to the Metro Station. Antonio was friendly and enthusiastic, and met us on arrival to check us in. He made himself available for us to contact him at any time, should we need any help or any recommendations for the city - which was a nice touch. Only minor complaint was that there was no room service on Saturday or Sunday, but this did not dampen our overall great experience.

We stayed in the Elite apartment for three nights in July and had a lovely time. The apartment is clean, spacious and well equipped. The terrace area is fantastic with comfortable seats and a great view across Naples Bay towards Vesuvius, a lovely place to sit and relax with a glass of wine in the evening! The apartment is in a great location, within 3 minutes walk of the Municipio metro station, which will get you to the main station within 15 mins and there are lots of good restaurants nearby and a supermarket five mins away. The airport bus drops off and collects directly opposite the apartment and the ferries to Sorrento, Capri and Ischia are also within just a few minutes walk. Antonio was incredibly helpful and friendly and greeted us with a warm welcome, even arranging an early check in for us so we didn’t have to drag our bags around in the heat all afternoon which was brilliant. Overall, I can’t fault Antonio or this apartment and would definitely recommend staying here.

The apartment was clean, beautiful and had everything you need. You can see Mt Vesuvius from the room. Antonio was excellent in providing info on the sites to visit and restaurants to eat. The only thing was the later checkin time. But there was a luggage storage facility just down the street at the port which was perfect. I would definitely stay there again when visiting Naples!

I am writing this "too late", but hardly because I did not enjoy my stay. The room with bathroom that I had was beautifully clean and well designed with good lighting. It is extremely "well appointed", including a well chosen assortment of items for small meals preparation, a nice round table with chairs, etc. The central location near the port was perfect for me. Good locks and position within an apartment in the building give good safety. There was some confusion and delay in being met when I arrived there, especially because I did not at that moment have a working 'phone. If you and our luggage have a wait, I would recommend sitting at the friendly little café next door.

My wife and I are pretty adventurous, but be prepared and know what you’re getting into.

This is a perfectly comfortable small apartment. The washer is nice BUT there is no way to dry anything you wash. Air drying is almost impossible maybe because of the humidity from the sea. There is a towel dryer/heater which seems to do nothing, there is no apparent way to turn it on.

The cleaning lady came on the first day before we even left the apartment, and exchanged our towels for us. On day 2 we left the towels on the ground but she never came. So we had to wash the towels ourselves which isn’t an issue but again, they were impossible to dry. This is a frustrating issue.

Traffic noise was also excessive at this property. The walls are paper thin and the citizens of Naples communicate primarily using car horns, all through the night.

Great Value for money. We were surprised to see that we had an new spacious, modern, with fully decked out apartment on the 1st floor with Kitchen with microwave washing machine iron and all kitchen utensils etc.Great large bathroom
So modern with window blind controls at your bedside,double glazed glass window. Central to the castle, main shopping streets, port and all the connections to Amalfir , Pompei, Capri and airport bus

In general, Naples is a port and ferry city. It is overcrowded, unsafe, filthy and should only be used as a stopping point before going to airport, or another Italian coastal location or island. I do not recommend staying in Naples.

The staff at Relais Castro did not communicate together for check in. A man, who did not introduce himself, asked for our passports and then gave us keys. The apt. Is situated amongst other businesses in a older high rise. There are two apts. on the property and the door leading to them says “do not lock”. This made us feel unsafe.

There is an 8 euro fee for tourists. The man who showed us the room was frustrated when I asked for a receipt for this payment. I talked to another man on the phone, who said it was something the government demanded. I finally received my receipt.

My traveling partner and I did not stay in Naples as it did not seem safe. We traveled to another island and booked another hotel.

Nicely furnished studio in convenient location

This studio apartment is extremely comfortable and well appointed. It's also 2 min. away from the port, 15 min. by subway from the train station and 5 min. away from Teatro San Carlo, Via Toledo and other central locations in Naples. It has a small kitchen with a sink, a microwave and a small fridge, as well as a washing machine. Both the bedroom and the bathroom are very spacious. The only thing it doesn't have is a view, but for the price it is an excellent option.

Great place but hidden charges

The apartment was spacious, clean and a great location next to the port/Airport bus. Our plane was delayed so we arrived at the property at 8.25pm. I messaged to the property from the airport at 8pm to let the host know we were on the bus but received no reply. We were told we had to pay a late penalty of €30 as we were 25 minutes outside of the 3 hour check in. There was nothing in Expedia’s details to inform of this. We received no receipt but felt pressured to pay or we would not have had access to our accommodation. The neighbouring couple had tried to check in early and were not told of any penalty. Expedia sent a note to say our room was guaranteed for late check in. The place was nice but we feel robbed.

Great location, and the flat was new and clean. However the description mentioned port views and a balcony- when we arrived and I asked about this I was told only the flat on the 6th floor have this. I found this to be false advertising. Also, there was a hair dryer, but the plug in the bathroom didn’t work so couldn’t use it there. The plug by the bed didn’t work either.

The condition of the room and location made up for this, but make sure you know what the view is when you book.

Beautiful, clean, modern, well-furnished apartment. Great view of Mt. Vesuvius and the port of Naples. Spacious terrace. Road noise from the busy street below, even up on the sixth floor, starting pretty early. The strange thing is that this is not a hotel. It's a set of apartments in an office building. No one is on site most of the time. When we arrived, no one was there so we had to call the number fortunately provided on the building directory in the building entranceway. Later when the electricity went out we had to call the same number. Someone called back promptly and directed me how to reset the breaker in the reception area. Quite an adventure.

The Airport bus takes you 30 meter from room, which is clean, modern and comfortable. Right in the city center. Within 5 minutes walk you can find everything Italy is famous for - culture, fashion and fine dining. Definitely a to go place if you stay in Napoli.

おすすめはしないです。チェックアウトがかなり早いのは理解できますが、荷物を預かってもらうのにお金がかかります。このような宿泊施設は初めてで驚きます。また、タオルは汚れており、部屋にあるアメニティや備品も十分ではなく快適とは言い難い。
そしてエレベーターを使うのにお金がかかるのを始めてみました。鍵も3個あり、管理人に謎のデモストレーションをさせられます。

スタッフのアントニオは、とても親切。宿泊の数日前から、交通手段や駐車場が必要か、到着時間を聞いてくれます。このホテルに宿泊するには、WHAT'S　UP　の使用がMUSTです。部屋は清潔で、毎日のメイドサービスもあり完璧。ただし、雑居ビルのなかのホテルなので、ビルの入り口・ホテルの入り口・部屋の入り口と3つの鍵が必要。フロント常駐ではないので、チェックイン前の荷物預かりも不可。荷物預けには、近くのホテル　マルコに荷物預かり所があるので安心ですけど。滞在中はキッチンは使いやすく、近くにスーパーもあり、快適に過ごせてよかったです。ありがとう、アントニオ！！

Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Sehr gepflegt, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Top Lage. Die Metrostation, ein großer Supermarkt, Restaurants, der Fährhafen und die Endstation des Flughafenbusses liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch in die Altstadt ist es nicht weit. Die Gastgeber Antonio und sein Bruder Andrea sind sehr zuvorkommend und geben gute Tipps. Das Neapel auch Nachts eine sehr laute Stadt ist sollte jedem klar sein. Die Fenster bieten jedoch eine gute Schalldämmung sodass ich gut schlafen konnte. Hatte auch das Glück angenehm ruhige Zimmernachbarn zu haben. Würde jederzeit wieder buchen.
