We didn't stay. On arrival, we found the room was absolutely minuscule - like a Formule 1. From the website photos, we didn't expect this. Also, the room had an unclean smell and two minutes after entering, a strange man came to the door and said we were in HIS room! This made us uneasy about security so we went back to Reception without unpacking. The Receptionist tried to help and offered another room, but we dicided to leave and stay somewhere else, even forfeiting the payment. Perhaps I made a mistake in choosing this hotel. In my opinion, it is more suitable for business travellers on a very low budget, but not for holidays. It is situated in a commercial / light iindustrial area, not a residential suburb.

The room was very small but efficient, and the free breakfast was a plus. It would have been nice to have a fan, as the room was warm. It also would be nice if the building had an elevator. Everything was clean and worked. The staff was wonderful and went out of their way to give us directions and explain in English. More than we expected from a budget property.

2nd stay in a First Class hotel. This one not as good as the previous one. The internet did not work on my cell and the answer I received from the staff was: \"I don't know how to fix it, the internet doesn't work on all device\" - which was just a \"fake\" reason not to have to deal with the issue (typically top of the line French quality of service...). Aside for this issue, the hotel was as expected, small but cost efficient room.

Small motel-type box tucked at back of industrial estate. Unattractive, with tiny box rooms and basic services. The only good point was that if you broke out through a hole in the surrounding wire fence to get to the restaurant of the nearby hotel, you would find a really decent good French meal at an exceptionally reasonable price. And if the food is better here, surely the rooms cannot be any worse than those in the 'Premiere' (an abuse of the meaning of that word in any languag).

This is possibly one of the worst Premier Classes that I have stayed in! We checked in late and night, which was fine, however the toilet seat was broken in the room, there was no username and password provided for the internet. It seems to be different to any other Premier Class that I have stayed in. In addition to this when we arrived from breakfast there was very little selection left due to a coach party having been there. In addition to this the toilet roll holder was dusty and not very clean. In all a very poor experience. The area was fine and the lady working on the reception was very nice as well and chatty. Those were the only positives we could find. I would not stay here again!

On m’a installé dans une chambre pmr sans salle de bain privative alors c’est ce que j’avais commandé et impossible de changer sans supplément. De plus, accueil froid oubliant de me dire que j’avais le petit déjeuner compris. Une fois ds la chambre, murs sales, odeurs de toilettes car pas de séparation avec les wc. Sol taché, lunette wc jaunâtre dessous, petites taches sur les draps, auréole sur la taie d’oreiller et le son métallique de la télé et j’en passe. Bref à bannir.

Nous etions dans un 1ere classe a angers sud certe l'hôtel et bien le personnel est super mais le prix pour 3personnes petit dejeuner est cher jai payé 19e mais a part du pain , du pain de mie et des pain au lait pas grand chose d'intéressant dans un autre hotel 1ère classe située a Angers toujours il y a des viennoisseries pourquoi une telle difference alors que c'est la meme enseigne .La chambre est tres propre mais la vétusté des murs et bien présente. Dommage car j'aime cette enseigne

Nous sommes restés 3 nuits et le deuxième jour la chambre n'avait pas été faite. Le troisième jour la salle de bain n'a pas été nettoyée. De plus, dès notre arrivée, une mauvaise odeur se dégageait des WC.

Nuits horrible avec des va et viens incessant de personnes étrangères qui étaient ivre morte dans les couloirs avec claquage de porte jusqua tres tard. Le parking est un lieu de rdv a des chauffeurs polonais qui echanges les colis qui doivent traversé le territoire ( canapé, cartons, chaises, table et j'en passe ...) trop de va et viens sur ce parking alors quils ne sont pas client avec en prime un accrochage sur ce lieu le soir du 25/06/2024 ou la BAC a été appelé. Pour ma part , plus jamais.

Arrivés sur place la borne ne marchait pas, elle ne permettait pas d'obtenir une facture.
De ce fait il a fallu faire la queue à la réception.
Durant notre séjour de 2 nuit les 2 cartes remises se sont déprogrammé es. Durant la journée encore ce n'est pas grave mais lors de la deuxième nuit l'un de nous est rentrée avant l'autre à 4H du matin et impossible d'ouvrir la porte. Il a fallu déranger le veilleur de nuit qui heureusement était sur place et est intervenu rapidement.

Nous avions 2 chambres, pour 2adultes et 2enfants. La ch214 il n'y a pas eu de soucis mais la ch216 le sommier et matelas sont à changer. Ça craquait dès qu'il y en avait un sur les 2 qui bougeait. Très dommage car sinon l'hôtel est bien par rapport à son prix.Je l'ai signalé à la personne qui était là au petit déjeuner.

Il faut arriver avant l’heure de fermeture de l’accueil car leur système automatisé d’arrivée tardive ne fonctionnait pas .. il nous a fallu demander de l’aide à une autre voyageuse pour pouvoir appeler le numéro d’urgence et qu’on vienne finalement nous ouvrir.
