Old and tired…the hotel, not me!

Ibis Styles are normally clean and modern, this one is not. Very small room and tiny bathroom, all looks very tired and worn. However the lady on reception was very pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast, however, was really good with plenty of choice on the buffet

Good one night stay -the hotel is Clean and warm and convenient for the city centre (5 min walk). Breakfast was good though the area is a little congested if busy, but the room was a reasonable size with a very comfortable bed and nice cosy warm decor and room to work.

Close to the city center and not far away from SNCF station. Hotel staff in general were polite and helpful. Comfortable rooms though I think the faucet in the bath tub needed to be renovated or changed as it seemed to be broken.

Decent hotel that is well positioned

Good hotel within walking distance of the main street, which has lots of great restaurants. Also easy walk to the railway station. The breakfast is good with a range of choices. The only reason for not rating very high is that it is pretty much standard IBIS without a lot of character. That said, functional, and I would stay there again.

Lovely stay in Angers

Lovely town with lots to see and do and excellent restaurants. Hotel was well located and about a 10 min walk to the chateau and tourist office. The Apocalypse Tapestry is a must see, amazing! Good cycle routes around town and loads of bikes available to hire, safe cycling for familiies. Beautiful 12th century churches and buildings. Good shopping!

We wanted a hotel a short walk from the station and close to shopping, restaurants and the chateau and art galleries.
This was spot-on with good breakfast, fee Wifi and nice rooms. It was exactly what we wanted.

Good-value hotel in convenient location. Nice touch to have complimentary tea, coffee, water & pastries in reception area, plus a bottle of water & sweets in the room. Stayed in 2 other Ibis on this trip, & they did not have these things. Breakfast was included, which made this hotel even better value. Small car park behind hotel cost 7 euro. Unfortunately at night kids were using the ramp for skateboarding, & it was below my window & disturbed my sleep.

Well placed hotel close to centre. Great parking

Easy to find. Check in very quick and receptionist very helpful. Free parking is a bonus. Room very small and in need of updating, but clean and bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast and dining area was lovely.

Stayed one night and wished we'd had time to stay for another! Angers was a fantastic place and we will return, and stay at this hotel, helpful staff provided really useful information and assistance. Parking at the rear was a really useful bonus.

I initially chose this hotel as it was fairly near the train station.....the price was also a deciding factor. The hotel was more than adequate for our needs. If we ever return to Angers, then we will definitely stay at the Ibis.

Bathroom tiling had mould and the door paintwork was chipped. Bed was comfortable but there was only one pillow. The car park was too small and full so my car could not be accommodated. The continental breakfast was superb.

Adequate City Centre Hotel

This is a city centre commercial hotel which is basic and adequate.
There is a small car park that is not easy to access and presents a high risk of damage because of the very narrow parking bays.
Despite ours being a double room only one towel was available and 3 times we had to request extra towels.
Breakfast was good and the small bar was ok if the receptionist could be persuaded to come and serve.

disappointment in Angers

Not all that impressed with this hotel. Dingy surroundings made a bad first impression. It is an older hotel that has been rehabbed, but only in a superficial way, in my opinion. Strange smells of an old hotel. That said, everything worth seeing in Angers is within easy walking distance and the place does have the advantage of being very close to the train station.

Good for Female Travellers

I visited as a lone female traveller and was very pleased with the Angers All Seasons. It's very close (easy walking distance) to Angers St. Laud and the city centre/medieval attractions. Room was spacious and clean and staff were helpful, felt perfectly safe walking back to the hotel in the evening.

We stayed for four nights in two good sized double rooms with their own en suite shower/bath and toilet. During heatwave of 37 degrees in mid august the air/con was great. Breakfast included a good range of foods tea/coffee juices etc. Complementary tea/coffee available near reception all day into late evening and staff were extremely helpful. Small papershop opposite the front door and about 200 metres to the tram line and other shops. Train station and town centre an easy walk and the whole layout of the town lovely and welcoming. Walking is the best way to see everything. Hotel on site parking good but be warned - they really cram them in. Enjoy!

Great service, central location

I've been to Angers twice before. Once I stayed at the Hotel de France near the station and the other time at the Mercure near the Jardin des Plantes. Both these hotels were way more expensive than the All Seasons. The All Seasons was superior on two counts: firstly the service. The person who greeted us on the first day and subsequently was extremely courteous and nice. I actually felt that the welcome was genuine! All other staff were also very pleasant. Secondly the location. This hotel was closer to the centre than the other two mentioned above. A short stroll took you to all the great restaurants and bars. The hotel also had free parking and breakfast was included in the price. This is the only place I'll stay in Angers in future.

lorsque nous allons à Angers, nous passons toujours la nuit à l'hôtel Ibis. Dommage qu'il soit en travaux ! (mais cela ne nous a pas gênés).
Dommage qu'il n'y ait qu'un seul siège dans une chambre pour deux.

Je ne garderai pas un souvenir mémorable, le lit qui grince j'ai signalé a l'accueil et travaux a l'hôtel et mise en route a 8 H15 le 1er mai , clients et cousins sûrement ravis de la meuleuse puis du malaxeur a colle qui se faisait en plus au milieu de la sortie du Parking , moi ayant quand même la place de passer avec ma voiture je passe mais l'un des ouvriers qui regardait son collègue se recule lors de mon passage et heurte mon rétroviseur et me râle dessus..la totale..

With the hotel still being renovated, the staff is very friendly, the room is very clean (but please repair the bathroom wall under the sink) and quiet (close to the road) due to the double, double windows (however, net curtains hinder opening the windows a bit). Location of hotel within walking distance of the station - really great! Breakfast is excellent, giving you a good start to your day!

Dire que l'hôtel dispose de parkings est limite trompeur! 15 places pour 72 chambres !!!!! Prix 10€ la nuit !!!! Autant dire rien.
Autre point négatif, pas de climatisation
dans la chambre !? En fait c'est la réception qui en contrôle la mise en fonctionnement ..!!! Et qui peut la couper pendant la nuit .... Sinon bonne situation, centrale, bonne literie. Personnel pas très à l'écoute.

Passage confortable - petit-déjeuner somptueux !

J’étais enchantée de notre passage chez Ibis à Angers.
Niveau ecoresponsable je donne une note inférieure à cause du baignoire : dangereux enjamber pour prendre sa douche et pas adapté dans ces années de sécheresse, c’est du gaspillage laisser prendre un bain à ses clients.

La chambre est si petite que la minitable est conçue avec un pied qui se glisse sous le lit, comme dans les hôpitaux !
Quand a la suppression de la bouteille d'eau dans les chambres pour sauver la planète, je laisse chacun en penser ce qu'il veut !
Je suis habitué à mieux dans cette chaine. Mais il y a mieux à moins cher sans citer personne . Bon je ne restais qu'une nuit.

Hôtel agréable même si un peu vieillot

La personne a l accueil était adorable et gérait tout tout seul le pauvre : petit dej, soucis dans la chambe accueil des personnes... et tout ça avec le sourire et la bonne humeur. Concernant l hotel nous l avons trouvé bien meme si un peu vieillot. Anciennes prises dans les chambres rendant impossible de brancher un appareil autre qu un rasoir dans la salle de bain et près du seche cheveux.... le parking payant est aussi un peu abusé quand on sait qu il est moins cher de se garer sur les places juste en face de l hotel

12,75m2 la chambre !! un vieil hotel des annees 80, qui a beneficie d'un coup de peinture pour faire riche. parking rikiki, qui fait que l'on se gare ou on peut en ville. le probleme de l'enseigne ibis styles est que l'on tombe sur tout ou sur rien. rien dans cas cas. un coup d'oeil a la cuisine vaut le coup, avec ses etageres en plastique de chez castorama..

Bon accueil, petit déjeuné correct. La literie beaucoup trop souple avec un creux au milieu du lit. Les toilettes mal fixés avec une barre en bois qui se défait et laisse apparaitre des moisissures.

Hôtel rénové il y a 2-3 ans mais on sent que l hôtel n est plus de 1ere jeunesse. Chambre propre , aménagement un peu biscornu cependant
Literie OK, accueil bien, et aspects Covid respectés.
Petit déjeuner un peu décevant : les basiques certes (pains, confiture, jambon etc) mais pas de jus fruits frais, pas de spécialités locales , et un réapprovisionnement un peu lent

La chambre etait loin de valoir ses 90 €.. tant au niveau de la taille que du confort ou la déco..le prix du repas bocaux est eleve 10 € 50 une entree 13.50 le plat plus le dessert ...et c est la première fois qu on me fait payer un café l apres midi...
