Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-tier stay with excellent staff and amenities. From arrival through to departure, everything was flawless, with great attention to detail from every member of staff.

Had a three night stay at the continental and it was perfectly located for us visiting and seeing the sights with close by restaurants and amenities. It’s about a 20 minute walk into the old town.
Staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was buffet style with loads of choice, plenty of seating and again helpful and happy staff.
We had a twin room which was a good size, very comfortable, comfy beds, loads of storage space and bathroom with lots of towels.
I would return to this lovely boutique hotel. It had a unique charm and although we didn’t have time to enjoy the roof top pool and lounge area it provides everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Budapest. Thank you!

The hotel is lovely and very well located for our needs during our five-day stay. However, our experience got off to a disappointing start when one member of our group arrived at 9am and was unable to check in early. While we understand that early check-in is subject to availability, no effort seemed to be made to accommodate her. Having left home at 2:30am for her flight, she was left wandering around the city for several hours before being able to access the room.
A highlight of the stay was the spa. Anna, the masseuse, was exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful. I would highly recommend booking a massage with her.
Unfortunately, the breakfast offering was not suitable for our dietary requirements, so we were unable to benefit from the breakfast included in our stay.
We stayed in a Junior Suite, which could accommodate three adults but it felt cramped once the sofa bed was made up. The blackout curtains did not fully cover the windows, allowing light to enter early each morning, and the surrounding area could be noisy at night.
The spa and indoor pool area were both very pleasant, and the rooftop pool area had plenty of sunbeds available. Unfortunately, the weather meant we were unable to use the rooftop pool.
The staff were generally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They kindly provided a complimentary birthday drinks voucher and weighed our suitcases at reception before we left.
Overall I would stay here again.

This hotel is easily walkable to most major attractions being centrally located. Reception staff were particularly attentive and responsive to needs. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. We didn’t use the onsite pool facilities but we did the Massage and they were excellent. I would recommend this hotel.

When you plan to visit this hotel You must lower your expectation and it is not about staff , it is about hotel policies and how property is maintained .Breakfast average , spa below average , GYM really bad , when you take a shower be ready for a flood ( I i stayed in3 different rooms thru my stay ), you must learn Hungarian in order to be able to communicate for basic requests

I highly recommend this hotel. Rooms were great. The bed was very comfortable. The price is very good. Staff was easily available and quickly for any question. Breakfast was very good. You have a good central location, with a bus stop a couple of minutes walk taking you to the metro or over to Buda, that is, connecting to so many things. You are perhaps a mile from the Danube but the bus goes right there. Plus you are in Central Pest with this location so there are a lot of cafés and shops.

Very nice hotel with great staff and amineties, pool, bar, spa and restaurant. Affordable breakfast with lots of choice. The only down side of this hotel is the size of the shower. I'm a men of 5,10 ( 177 cm) 200 lbs (90kg) and in order to take a shower I had to wet my self shutt the water and soap up than re start the water and rince my self other wise I would splash water every wear in bathroom because the lack of room in shower made me involuntary open the shower door. No big deal as fas as I'm concern just a little ajustement that I had to do. I highly recomand this hotel very well located in the tourist area near jewish sector.

We just got back from staying at the Continental, and we had a blast! The breakfast was top-notch, with tons of tasty choices to kick off the day. We really loved the spa and wellness area, it was the perfect spot to unwind and recharge. The location is awesome too, with easy access to get around the city and a bunch of great food and drink spots nearby. The hotel bar is a hit as well, ideal for winding down with a drink in the evening.
One of the coolest things about the Continental is how they’ve kept the original ancient structure, giving it a unique vibe and real character. Our room was super clean and comfy, though a bit smaller than we thought. There were a couple of little issues: the showerhead kept falling off, and the AC control panel was a bit loose.
All in all, we had an amazing time and would totally recommend the Continental for its awesome amenities, thoughtful design, and perfect spot, though there’s a bit of room for improvement with the in-room stuff.

This was our first time in Budapest and we travelled to the hotel using the airport express bus. It is a less than 10 minute walk from the bus stop and a great base for exploring the city. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, the room was warm, well maintained and the hotel offers everything you need for short city break with a fantastic breakfast buffet with a choice for everyone. My only negative (which is out of the control of the hotel) is that it can be quite noisy outside if you have a low floor outward facing room - we were on the 1st floor. If you are a light sleeper like me, then maybe request a high floor on internally facing room. Apart from that, would highly recommend and would happily stay again.
