Dated hotel in need of some TLC and cleaning as there were several cobwebs in the room. Pillowcase was poor material and bed hard. Breakfast had gone up in price in two weeks and there was a limited range.

The propeety was easy to find and in a convenient location for my stay. The room is very basic, but the bed was comfortable, but the pillows are awful. The check in was a little fraut as it was automated and it wouldn't accept my name and i couldn't find the correct booking reference. Thankfully a member of staff appeared and helped us, but if it had been late at night and no one there i don't know what we would have done.

We use Premiere Classe whenever we need an overnight stop and normally find them very satisfactory for that purpose.
This one however, for a variety of minor reasons, was not up to normal Première Classe standards. We have forgotten most of the details but, for instance,
- the only electrical socket was inconveniently placed on the opposite side of the toilet door from the small work table, so that any plugged in connections trailed across and impeded that door;
- only one bedside table or shelf;
- breakfast cereals offered (2) were for kids, very sugary, and not really suitable for adults.
There was an interesting discount offered for meals at the Campanile next door, but we found the meal there also disappointing.
We will continue to use Premiere Classe, but not that one.

Personally I dont recommend this hotel to anyone. Room is not clean, bathroom is super tiny you cant even raise your arm. Also its not close to the atrractions in downtown. Its cheap but should of spend a little more for a better choice.

We were happy with our stay. The room was clean with good a/c. We thought it was nice and quiet with no traffic noise even though we were close to the motorway. Also the hotel is close to a few restaurants.

Nous avons séjourné dans l'hôtel Première classe à Beaucouzé du 20 au 21 décembre 2025 et notre expérience est malheureusement très décevante, d’autant plus que nous voyageons avec nos enfants, dont un nourrisson de 4 mois.
Après une promenade en ville, nous sommes rentrés dans notre chambre aux alentours de 21h. À notre arrivée, un rassemblement avait lieu dans une chambre au rez-de-chaussée, avec plusieurs individus regroupés au pied de leur chambre visiblement en train de faire la fête. Passé 22h, les nuisances sonores ont continué sans interruption : discussions bruyantes, chants, aucun respect du voisinage ni du calme attendu dans un hôtel, encore moins lorsqu’on séjourne avec de jeunes enfants. Il me semble que les mêmes individus du rez-de-chaussée ont été rejoindre des personnes de notre étage pour discuter à haute voix , musique forte...À minuit passé, la situation était toujours identique, rendant le repos impossible, en particulier avec de jeunes enfants. La situation n’a visiblement pas été prise en charge.
L’état de la chambre est également très décevant. Les finitions sont négligées : prises et interrupteurs mal fixés, vis apparentes dans les murs, plinthes abîmées, traces d’usure et manque évident d’entretien. L’ensemble donne une impression de laisser-aller et de manque de sérieux. Nous avons pris en plus deux chambres...
L’extérieur de l’établissement laisse lui aussi à désirer.

Con prenotazione confermata e camera già pagata, l'ospite che è arrivato ha trovato la reception chiusa. Dopo aver ricevuto in anticipo le disposizioni su come fare il self check-in, il terminale non trovava la prenotazione. Abbiamo chiamato il numero per l'assistenza e NESSUNO ha risposto. Chiedendo il rimborso dunque della prenotazione, l'hotel ci ha risposto in maniera negativa. PESSIMI.

Je suis déçu d'avoir dépensé mon argent pour ce genre d'hôtel !!! La chambre n'est pas insonorisée on entend trop les voisins, la salle de bain est vraiment a refaire tout comme les peintures de la chambre. Le lit est bien. Le pire c'est le petit déjeuner 6,90 euros pour un bout de pain. Il n' y avait rien !!!! Faut même réclamer de la vaisselle qui n' est pas en place. Pas un croissant pas un pain au chocolat !!!! Pas de sucre en morceaux. Pas de petit déjeuner salé rien . Quel déception ne payer pour ça !!!

Malgré un appel pour confirmer une arrivée tardive ainsi qu un autre appel de la réception, l obtention de la carte d accès à la chambre n a pas marché correctement. Il a ainsi fallu attendre qu une personne se déplace avant d accéder à la chambre.
La chambre 2 étage est fonctionnelle avec petit bureau, douche cabine très petite et de quoi ranger les vêtements . Parfait pour un séjour d une nuit reposant dans un week end sportif

Pour une nuit cet hôtel peut correspondre à vos attentes. La chambre était propre. Il est situé au bord du périphérique, on entend très bien le trafic routier. L'ambiance est plutôt glauque, la chambre est sombre.

Murs défraichis, le peinture s'écaille. Surtout, il n'y a que 2 prises électriques dans la chambre, l'une à côté de l'entrée des toilettes et l'autre à 2m20 du sol pour la télé. Il y a un mini-bureau mais sans prise à côté. De même les petites tables de nuit n'ont pas de prise. Onest obligé de placer une chaise à côté de l'entrée des toilettes (sous la prise) pour y poser le téléphone à recharger ! Quand on demande à la réception de vous prêter une rallonge, ils refusent et vous suggèrent d'en acheter vous-même. Le sol de la salle de bain/toilettes est au même niveau que celui de la chambre ; seule une petite rigole très légèrement en pente permet l'évacuation de l'eau de la douche. Du coup il est facile d'inonder la chambre quand on se douche. Bref, tout cela est mal pensé, et on n'a aucune aide des employés.

Mais la nuit n à pas été genial a cause d un groupe de jeune qui ont mis le bazard toute la nuit et même jusqu a déclancher l alarme incendie a 7h 30 du matin . Nous avons eu du mal a nous endormir car ils couraient partout, criaient et parlaient fort. Cela est fort désagréable !!!!

Il n'est pas acceptable qu'il n'y a pas de chauffage dans la chambre. Je viens du sud et croyez moi la ville n'est pas chaude. Cela devrait être indiqué ! Le rapport qualité prix n'est pas mesuré. L'hôtel vaut bien moins !
