This 2 bedroom is probably the most comfortable, spacious place that we (family of four adults) stayed during our month long trip to 5 countries. There is a large common area with living room, dining area and kitchen, and balcony with table. The view of the lake in that area is breathtaking. Queenstown is beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay to enjoy that view. The only downside is that it is not in the city center, but it’s a short bus or Uber away. Furniture is good and clean. Note that this is self check in so make sure to get those instructions from the Messages in Expedia before arriving. Also, there is no luggage storage. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Great room and great location - nice and quiet. Lots of good facilities available making it feel much more homely than most hotel rooms. I was a little nervous given some of the recent reviews but I definitely would be back for good value and location. It was nice being out of town and missing a lot of the traffic. And no one has mentioned that Attitude Brewing is just down the road! Lots of lovely little eating places just around the corner too.

We were given a disability-access room for our booking, which was not what we requested or expected. It’s not suitable for our needs and when asked we would prefer the standard room type we originally booked.They said they will do it next day But they didn’t change our room for our entire booking .

we did have issues with not having twin beds made into the king. The team left linens at the door for us to do. The beds were different heights which made sleeping uncomfortable for a couple
The curtains in the rooms werent hiding any light with the lights from carpark streaming through, the whole room was lit up. We did not sleep well here.
There were some light bulbs that werent working but the team offered to come and change them for us
There was construction in the apartment above us which was very noisy during the day when we were trying to rest. If we had of known this was going to happen we would have stayed elsewhere
The place was warm and welcoming, it was nice to have heated floors in the bathroom. Rooms we spacious enough. Good cooking areas and open plan living, dinning, kitchen

The apartment, check in/ out process was great. The pictures are misleading though. We were hyped for an apartment next to the grass looking at the lake however had our views obstructed by other apartments.

Did bring this up with the management however never heard back from them. I also think we overpaid. $2800 for 5 nights. The location is great but you will find similar stays around the area for a lower price.

My comments. The mugs provided were very warn and stained They don’t look very hygienic. Also the drape facing the carpark did not keep the light out at all. The bright lights from the carpark kept the room light all night very annoying

Great location for a fantastic view of the lake!
Easy to find on main road into Queenstown.
Large spacious room, quiet and clean. Fully self contained apartments, great for families.
Parking out front.
Located about 5kms from Queenstown centre, so we had a car but also local bus stop right out front.
Best view of the lake and long walking track along the front of the apartments.
Wine bar close by and pop up brewery.
2kms to other large shopping complex and not far from airport.
We would definitely stay here again!

Tried to cancel my stay 3 weeks in advance and they wouldn’t accept. A lower level staff tried to help but it seems management is too greedy. No reception area so if you run into any problems outside working hours youre out of luck.

The property was great with a lot of space, clean and everything new. The location was very convenient with a big shopping area 3 min away and close to the snow field of choice. A bit further from Queenstown centre but once you know where to park in Queenstown and what are the times to avoid the drive then that is not a problem.

Lovely apartment and well-appointed generally. Comfy beds nice linen, amazing location and views - very homely. Only things for improvement would be the lighting is very dull throughout so makes it difficult for reading and it would be nice to leave a bit more tea or tea bags given we had paid for three nights and only had enough for one night. Our friends in a studio room only had one pillow each on a King-size bed - no spares - no ironing board and no soap in the soap bottle in the shower. Also they were positioned right next to a family with young children and very little sound-proofing meant they were woken early by the young children running about in the hallway outside their door. Just little things but its details. Location out of the main township is superb - nicely positioned between there and the Remarkables and Five Mile shoppong centre and the close proximity of the excellent Bobatshed cafe is a definite plus.

Lovely location. Only issue, and fortunately it turned out to be minor, was we lost power on Sunday morning. Called the number and sent an email and got NO response. Fortunately someone was on site cleaning an apartment and I literally bumped into him looking for a fuse box.
Would not have been nice with now power overnight

I liked that the property has plenty of parking and is quiet.

I thought a hairdryer in apartment 101A would be good.

The bathroom could probably do with a good clean with a tooth brush especially the shower area and tiles and pull down seat in the disabled bathroom

This apartment near the Queenstown City Center is superb. It can sleep a family of 4 and is close to grocery, restaurants, and, shopping. Very clean and nicely appointed. They are strict with check-in and check-out but that Can be flexible based on your needs - just be sure to communicate with the management. Über will pick you if needed, but everything is within walking distance. My son and I loved the views from the balcony - breathtaking!

We loved the basket of welcome goodies, and could not fault the check in process. The location was spectacular, and very comfortable, especially in winter with the gas fireplace. A short 10 minute walk to the centre of Queenstown, so it was easy to get around without a vehicle.

Room 401 is too noisy

Element Escapes did not text us the unit access code as they had promised. Not having access to our home email account on the arrival day then meant that we had hassles contacting Element Escapes after their 17:00 closing time.
Room 401 is a hotel room not an a studio apartment. Washing the supplied cups, plates etc in the bathroom vanity sink is wrong. The bed is old and needs replacing. The carpet showed lots of marks and general grime too.
Room 401 is the closest room to the very busy and nosy main road. All of the rooms facing that road will have a traffic noise problem. Room 401 in summer would be a hot box too.

We enjoyed our stay, were very comfortable and were able to drive around the area to take in the scenery. We took a walk along the lake front along the shoreline. and enjoyed feeding the birds. From our location we also took the Milford Sound tour which picked us up right at the front.

This hotel has 3 locations for their appartment, they send us at 8 km from Queenstown. The studio is very small 3x5 meter, with a microwave. It is not a studio but an hotel room converted.
There was no amenities, nearest 1 km walking.
Their satellite office is at 2 km from the room. No storage near after check out . Very early check out 10h00 am.
This is not a conveniant studio if you don't have a car.
The photos on the website are not realistic

The bedrooms were large and comfortable. The living room was spacious with a dining table, TV and sofas. The kitchen was fully equipped with all utensils and machinery present, such as microwave oven, stove, fridge, freezer, kettle and cutlery, and high quantity cookware.

Hotel was clean and tidy, easy location, heaps of parking - however, we stayed a week and not once did we receive clean towels or have our bins emptied. I understand it was a mini self service apartment but would of appreciated a little service for the amount we paid for the week stay, considering other apartments next door to ours and in the complex were serviced!

Element Escapes apartments are quality 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom units with plenty of space for a family of four or two couples. Appreciated the heated bathroom floors and the gas fireplace. We were spoilt with a fabulous view every morning. Fantastic to have a garage and room for the ski gear. They are just a short drive to the main town. We enjoyed our stay and will be back

We stayed here with our 18 month old. The provided cot and high chair were both very clean and well cared for. The apartment itself was clean and modern and made for a lovely stay. The fire place in the lounge while lovely had no glass front or fencing around it, which required vigilance with a little one. The car park was good but is a tight fit, so you might struggle to park it if car is on the larger size. Overall though very happy with our apartment.

The hotel was in a beautiful location however the room was very hot and uncomfortable, they provided a small fan which did nothing to cool the room. We were expecting a king size bed but it was two king single beds pushed together as you can imagine it was uncomfortable sleeping in the middle of the bed. We found the microwave was dirty, pasta sauce stains left by the previous hotel guests. The shower easily flooded in the bathroom, we the bathmats were saturated and we didn't have a phone in the room to call someone to assist us.

Very modern apartment that has fantastic views and is located close to town.

One GB daily data limit on the wifi is very strange. Also it did not work for two of the four days we were there.

I did find that the cleaning was not quite to a four star standard. The linen could do with a commercial quality clean.

Overall I was pleased with the price we paid for what we got.

The room was dirty when we arrived , the microwave had dirty rice used in it , it was not cleaned when we arrived.

They gave us 1gb free WiFi for 24 hours , it was terrible it has the same Id and password for all guests and so someone who had used the room the day when we checked in had exhausted the limit of WiFi and hence we could not get any wifi there, we tried calling their support but no answer

The bathroom was also a disappointment and does not fit the definition of a luxury apartment at all, better to book somewhere else

Up the hill from town centre which was good as you were out of the hustle and bustle. Was relaxing to come back to. Loved the fireplace. Apartment was nicely furnished warm and cosy. Two separate bedrooms with bathrooms. We travelled with our teenaged son who could chill in his own space when he wanted to. Few minor maintenance issues which didn't affect stay. Good parking. We definitely would stay here again and would recommend to others.

It's definitely a good choice for big family, right in front of lake, great view, convinient for self-drive. There are a few locations of apartments under same name so google map may not tell properly. There is no room service at all even check in is self pick up from locker box so customer must understand what to do before arrival. After 5pm no staff to contact either.

Be careful what you order!

See those lovely pictures of scenic views from your apartment and the reviews about how beautiful the panorama was....well if you order the studio apartment this is definitely NOT what you will get!! The apartment we stayed at was slap bang on a busy road and one of the noisiest places I have ever had the misfortune to attempt to sleep at. In summer the apartment gets incredibly hot and you dare not open a window as the noise becomes worse (and at night you will find your room invaded by mozquitos). Of course there is a fan....does that count as air conditioning?? Staff incredibly rude!

Such a great place to stay, especially if you have multiple days in Queenstown and don't want to be eating out for every meal. We loved making our meals and eating out on the balcony, the view was incredible! Super comfy beds and very clean place. It was also really nice for our family because of the seperate bedrooms and en suites, so we got a bit of privacy but also enjoyed the large open concept living space which was really well done.

Lovely clean and large apartments. A little out of town but close to the airport. Stunning appartments are well maintained. With lake access, some undercover car parking, laundry facilities and a bbq area nestled on the large.

Like all the accomidation we stayed in in NZ there was not sharp knifes insight the chefs knife provided couldnt cut a tomato if its life depended on it. However as the apartments appear to be privativly owned and furnished it wasnt that big a deal. There didnt appear to be a way to lock the main door from the inside to stop kids getting out a simple chained would be ideal other then that not alot to complaint out.

Queenstown is a very busy place so the accommodation was full. Our room backed on to the road which was quite noisy. Room had all that you would want. Tv was very small. Wifi was a nice touch. Hugggge bed.
