Unit is a ten minute walk to town centre. Beds were comfortable. Had a fridge, kettle, toaster, and hotplates. Was perfect for our three might stay for three people.

The location is excellent - far enough out of downtown so it's quiet at night, while still being easily walkable. The building is a bit dated, however the room was clean and the bed comfortable. I loved the jetted bathtub.
The staff was friendly and check in/out was easy although it did close at 6pm.
My only (very minor) complaint was that the door to my room had a gap underneath that let a lot of hallway light in at night. I put a bath towel down to block it.

Room was dated & had to climb many stairs to get there as no lifts in building. Could be difficult for older person with a lot of luggage. No help from.staff with this.
Toilet upstairs in a little room with no window.
We would not stay again, although rooms on ground level look ok.

Priyanka (spelling?) was absolutely wonderful. She made an international call to clear up and confirm a change to our booking. She was courteous and attentive to our needs. I observed her offering to finish drying another guests clothes using the hotel’s facilities. (he had a problem with guest laundry/dryer). Our stay at Hurley’s was actually 4 different stays broken up by adventures. We stored our things there while on our excursions. Rooms were clean and great. Location wonderful and good value. Sauna was great. Best of all Priyanka the hotel manager was just delightful.

Negative aspects: Leaky faucet, wrong plug for jet bath (unusable), doors on lean to building making them difficult to close properly, generally needs some of the money generated from the property used in upkeep. Close to main road and noise even at the rear of the property.

Positives: lower price than other places (though still not reflective of the condition imo), 24hr Sauna and Gym are nice amenities, town is walkable distance. Decking outside the rooms is handy if not a little worn down.

Staff was very helpful which always is a reflection on the property! Don’t know her name but she was Chilean so kindly pass on our thank you to her. The property is located quite close to the gardens and the town centre which made for a nice stroll. Only thing that could potentially be better is the parking space which is quiet tight however once you find a spot it’s forgotten

Got upgraded and loved the room along with all the utilities provided like kitchenware. WiFi went down at a certain point and the front desk was extremely diligent about it. They solved the issue immediately and even came up to our room to let us know. Loved the experience and would’ve liked to stay there longer. We were in a hurry to catch a flight and left a bit

We stayed here for 5 nights. The last 2 nights we experienced road works right outside our rooms all night so we were unable to get any sleep. We were not informed of this beforehand and because we got back to the accommodation late we couldn't take this up with reception.

Perfect location

Hurleys is ideally located for both Queenstown's active centre and ease of getting to both ski fields. Its also near local bus stops. Plenty of eateries are also nearby.
The rooms are spacious, have cooking facilities, great bath and comfy beds.

Your receptionist Catalina was awesome from helping us with directions, suggesting food options, even calling UberEats and a cab for us. SHE was the highlight.
Okay shower for accessibility but literally nothing else. Please don’t advertise that you are accessible when you clearly are not. In any way.

Lovely clean , we were on ground floor room facing the intersection but street noise was not an issue, mostly quiet. A little dated, bathroom could use a good tidy up.

Room clean and beds comfy, shower over bath great pressure, Antipodes toiletries good surprise. Staff friendly. Overall - great location, place to stay!

Parking is a problem if you have a medium to large vehicle, carpark space is tight to manoeuvre or turn around. Good practise to get out of tough positions 😆.

Thank you for a lovely 4 night stay. Would stay again.

great room, spacious & with a kitchen that had a good mount of kitchenware. but no elevator and as this was part of a long trip we had heavy suitcases to bring up. Very nice & helpful staff. poor parking, glad we didn't have to park a car. I highly recommend Vudu cafe for breakfast.

We stayed here for two nights over Easter. We arrived and parked the car and left it there for two days. We walked down the hill to Queenstown day and night. The location was excellent. It was clean, warm and quiet just what we needed.

Would return. Having a modest kitchen was convenient for the way we travel. The staff went above and beyond.We arrived about 10 (check in was 2) but one room had just been cleaned and she let us into it. Housekeeping was to be alternate days but it was done daily. Convenient location.

Staying here for three nights was a nice experience, we had an apartment on the top floor and the balcony and view from both lower and upper levels was wonderful. The apartment was very spacious. Staff were very friendly. Only down side was the traffic noise coming from the street outside during the night. But overall a very nice place.

Our room and all facilities and fixtures appeared nearly new and well looked after. The location walkable to the centre of Queenstown and with good, if tight parking (although can't complain as our vehicle was a Ford Range and we found a way to fit in). We had a great stay.

It’s a difficult one to review but on the whole, just an average place to stay. It’s situated on the main road and a bit of a trek from town compared to other places we’ve stayed. The big downside is you have constant traffic noise if staying in any of the front rooms. Since the new road layout, all traffic seems to pass this way. Luckily or unluckily, we had a really noisy party next to us one night so we then moved to the back which was far quieter. On the same night, the WiFi went down and the night receptionist was not interested at all. The next day tho, we spoke to Tiffany who was great and sorted it, moved us and couldn’t have been more helpful.

Near bus stop to Airport & Arrowtown. I stayed this motel because room has bath tub. In New Zealand, most of accomodation has no bath. We walked long distance but we have bath in my room, so my legs are not tired. My studio room was big and has small veranda.

When we arrive before check in time, reception let us in my room. It was good. I found used milk bottle in my fridge when we arrived. I found some nuts in my floor, maybe cleaner rushed to make room?? No big issue for us anyway.

Small kitchen has everything all we need for 2 nights. They can keep our suitcase after check out time which is helpful. Check out was 10am, our flight was early evening. They closed entrance door by 6pm, so we needed to pick up our bag much early than plan.

Over all, we had good staying. The price was better than other places. Room was big enough and small kitchen and bath!

The front desk gal was very nice. She let us store luggage while we walked the town until check in. It was a quiet space away from the main strip but very walkable. The road by the hotel was closed due to construction, but the rooms did a great job of blocking out the sound. We didn’t hear any construction noise even though they worked through the night. Room was very big. Lobby was closed overnights but luckily we didn’t have any issues with our key or entry. Would recommend!

Excellent location and 2 bedroom apartment is great for a family of 4. Facilities were good and beds comfortable. Adequate heaters for a winter stay. Could probably do with a lick of paint but did not detract from a fabulous experience here. Would definitely stay again.

There was a great mountain view from our room but we could hardly see it due to the 6foot walls around the balcony- great for privacy though I guess

Black Mould in the bathroom, very old and dated/chipped cabinetry, dust piled up in the bathroom vent, Grime built up on the light switches. No aircon just an oil Heater. Out of their control was the roadworks happening outside however $50 a night more than our following stays in Queenstown makes it extremely overpriced for what you get, or dont get
