Very helpful staff who let us check in a bit earlier. Spotlessly clean. Very spacious. Good location that allowed us to walk into the town centre - which is great because parking is impossible in Queenstown.

This was a very nice place to stay! There were plenty of extra towels, blankets, and pillows. There was a full-sized kitchen stocked with cooking ware.
The best part was the stunning view! I would definitely recommend this property!

6A had a very nice view. The room was spacious and the kitchen was excellent. The only downside was inconvenient parking, but I got the impression that parking is just always difficult in Queenstown.
We found this place to be a great value and would highly recommend.

Checked in mid afternoon...was pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom with the 3 of us that was nice...Manager is Canadian ( as I am )….small world...washer,dryer, patio with BBQ...good views...and great location...walk downtown to waterfront in less than 10 minutes...walk to Gondola, AJ Hackett office and many, many restaurants and grocery stores in short order as well....easy to drive to...and good parking...

Spacious and comfortable but the road is too steep

The road up the townhouse is too steep, it’s hard to walk up by foot. It’ s a pity that the day we arrived, the road is under construction and our taxi cannot drive up the hill, so we need to push our luggage all the way up. Except that, the house is spacious, warm, comfortable and of easy reach to shops and restaurants.

Great location on the Queenstown center, easy walk to city center, the room is very tidy, the staff is very friendly and helpful, just WiFi is slow and always drop off line, otherwise it is profect. I will choose here again if come to Queenstown again.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable apartment with awesome views over Queenstown and Lake Wakatipu. 5 minutes walk into town and great shopping and restaurants. The last 100 metres to the apartment, however, is up a steep hill. The price you pay for the views.

Can't beat the view

Turner Heights is a great place. Well equipped. Even had a gas bbq on the patio. Our view was outstanding.5 star view. We could see the gongolas. Boats on lake, parasailers, even fireworks one night. This place is on a steep street but very close to town so it was worth the hike. Good parking space for each apartment. I would definitely recommend it. Nice owners too.

It is a bit of pain having to walk up and down the hill and also the 2 sets of stairs
Lovely view of Queenstown and close to everything so
You don’t need to drive.
No aircon in the room and in summer it gets really hot.

Spacious apartment close to town centre

MY wife & I had 4 nights here over a very cold snowy period. We had studio 6a which has a full kitchen & everything you could need. We loved it's warm comfort, fabulous views over the town, lake & snow-capped mountains. The location is terrific - only a few hundred metres from the end of the Main Street. The staff were very welcoming. We liked that we were not invaded by daily room servicing.

Great place to stay in Queenstown

The townhouse was in a great location within walking distance of everything. The staff was very nice and helpful in providing suggestions for food and activities. While we didn't spend a lot of time indoors, it was well equipped, clean and spacious enough for the three people in our group. Highly recommend this place for the price, convenience, and wonderful people that operate it.

These townhouses are very close to town and overlook the town and the lake. There is a steep walk up Turner Street but speed and endurance improve with practice. Parking for Units 5a and 6a is off street but not under cover and access to these units is from the street where there are yellow lines so you can't park and unload. All baggage has to be carried up a steep drive from the car parks below. All other units have internal access.
The townhouses are spacious and very comfortable for a five day stay.
All restaurants and activities in Queenstown are within easy walking distance.

Great location. Few minutes walk down to the town with many restaurants and shops. Fully equipped and Excellent kitchen. We are very happy to cook it here. Thoughtful design for the house. Staffs are very friendly.
It's a 3-storeys house. Maybe need special care with toddlers.

Great proximity to CBD, excel city/lake views

Be prepared for a steep hike up the hill; good location for a chair lift. For us older folks — defibrillator paddles may be wise. I was expecting a clothes washer/dryer in the unit, but found that it was outside and down a very steep ramp. Could be dangerous with a clothes basket or an armload of clothes. Otherwise the unit was very well equipped.

Very close to town centre

Has fantastic views over Queenstown, very close walking distance but recommend a taxi home if walking into town for dinner, the wine will affect your return journey as the units are at the top of a very very steep road. Units are very clean and well presented.

Unfortunately the unit we stayed in had water pouring thru the ceiling in the second bedroom during heavy rain soaking the bed.
The road noise is very loud.
The noise from the next unit was very clear, footsteps on the stairs, cupboards and drawers opening and closing.
Using the upstairs kitchen taps made the pipes in the walls rattle on the lower level.
The fridge hums really loud thru the floor into the lower bedroom ceiling.

The apartments are located on the top of a very steep slope, so be prepared to climb if you're not driving. Location is great, close enough to the city center without being too close so it's still quiet and peaceful. There was no daily housekeeping though.

Nice hotel close to Queenstown

I'd only recommend the 1 Brm apartments for a couple and maybe a child as you have to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom/toilet. The bedroom is also small. Storage for clothes is ok for a couple (drawers are in the dining area because the bedroom is not much bigger than the bed.
Noise can be a bit of an issue as the building is of timber construction. Other guests reported us for making noise at 0630 but we didn't get up until 0730! Must have been someone else but management dtill wanted to tell us to be quiet (we're all late 50's!). Funny how no-one said anything about the revellers coming home around 0300!
If you plan on walking into town to catch a bus to the snow - it's a VERY steep road up to the apartments. Skiers will need to wear comfy shoes and carry boots.Grit makes it treacherous

The manager - Rebecca upgraded us to a two bedrooms townhouse instead of one bedroom which we reserved with Expedia.

The townhouse has a very beautiful view looking down the Queenstown lake.
The staff is very friendly.All the rooms are very spacious and luxury. The kitchen has every thing we need for cooking.

Hotel location is within 10mins walk to the city center. Check in was smooth and fast. Accomodation comes with a car pouch. Room was quite big and clean. Only complain was that they do not provide daily housekeeping. If you wish them to make up the room, there is a $30 charge. Overall, satisfactory experience.

It is a lovely complex. Views from the 2 bed apartments are obstructed by homes in front but still nice. Very spacious. It is only a short walking distance to Queenstown but you do have to negotiate a challenging hill on your way back. Overall, it was a great spot with a clean, well-kept, spacious apartment.

This hotel is at the top of a steep hill, which is its only downside, however, it's elevation gave the room fabulous views of the mountains and lake at Queenstown. It had a comfy lounge area, separate kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. All were clean and of good standard. The bed was comfortable and bedding and towels clean white and crisp. It was an excellent place to stay even with the hike up the hill to get to and from it on foot. There was also car parking provided free of charge too.

Brilliant view, very steep but short walk to town.

We arrived at this apartment which is in the middle of Queenstown towards the back of the town by car. The road up to the apartment is VERY steep, which was a bit of a surprise after the lovely roads of New Zealand. We were on the upper floor in room 6A which, after parking the car was a further walk up another steep slope. The room was good, clean and comfortable, the staff were lovely and friendly and helpful carrying our bags up to the room. The view from our room was amazing, we could see the lake, the town, the gondola and the mountains from the back, we stayed 7 nights and never tired of just watching the view.

Pros: great views, quiet location.
Cons: lack of cooling options and general airflow through the apartment meant that after an afternoon with the sun streaming in (rooms face west), the apartment was hot and the air was stuffy. Discovering that shampoo and conditioner weren't provided was an unpleasant surprise. Many reminders of the 'rules' everywhere took the shine off the holiday a bit.
Location: close to town but not in the middle of things. At the end of a ridiculously steep road, so steep I slipped over on two occasions walking down it.

Wonderful view, very pleasant stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very quiet, great views out over Queenstown, the lake and to the mountains. It was close to town (short steep walk) and a very comfortable unit. We dined out one night and dined in the other, using the handy barbecue behind the unit. Staff friendly and helpful. Will come again!

Great view, a bit noisy.

We stayed for a couple of nights. If we didn't have earplugs, it would have been awful for the noise from the upstairs room. Mind you...the guests were only going about their normal routine...but the sound was quite loud. It was too bad, as the view was tremendous, and the layout quite nice for us and our son. Also, their $30+ per night for a third person is a bit higher than usual.

Overall, pretty good place to stay. Unfortunately, there are a few units where the laundry is not in the unit and you are therefore, limited by the staff hours to get your laundry done.

Just FYI, the hotel is at the end of a very steep hill. It's easier to arrive via Hallenstein St and go down then try to go up Turner St.
