Parking at this location for suite is limited and very tight. I could not open driver side door wide enough to get out on my rented Toyota Auris when parked next to another car. Had to park on the street and moved it to another empty spot the next morning before 8 a.m. Room is outdated with dinky carpet and damp walls. But good location and good value for one night stay.

This apartment is in a great location for walking into town. It takes about 10 minutes and the walk back is up hill. The apartment itself was very clean and we made use of the washer and dryer.

The one bedroom suite had plenty of room and all the amenities that we needed. We had a full kitchen and a washing machine and dryer. I picked this apartment because of the advertised views and I wasn't disappointed. The service staff were friendly and efficient.
The walk down to town was easy but the walk back up wasn't the easiest. We learned that it was easy to catch the public bus up the hill if we felt lazy

Excellent value for money! friendly staff.

Very well equipped apartment and kitchen. The only thing lacking was the proper soap for the washing machine and the dishwasher. Very comfortable bed, though the bedside lamps were a bit difficult to turn on and off. Bathroom was recently forbished and all the appointments were good, except there didn't seem to be any easy way to open the stopper for the sink. (Staff opened it somehow while cleaning the room)

Got checked into our room and dropped our bags to catch our ride for our excursion. When we arrived back, tried to cool the room off. The main A/c was broken, the knob to turn it on was broken and was just resting on top. Since it was 8pm, this was “after hours”, so called the emergency number several times with NO call back. Had to sleep with windows open and thankfully it cooled off during the night. At over $400 USD a night, the A/C needs to work and the staff should respond to your concerns! When I told the attendant in the morning, she offered no condolence and didn’t seem to know what to do. I told her to make sure it was fixed so the next person doesn’t get less than what was expected. Didn’t seem like she really understood.

Chose the Garden Court because it was close to the mall/center of QT with lots of restaurants and shops. Staff was very courteous and helpful, room was clean, and loved that we could open the windows to get fresh air. Plus we had a great view of the mountains and the stars at night were divine. Only complaint was that no fresh complimentary brewed coffee was offered as we never enjoy the instant coffee packets when they're provided in the room. If you're up for a nice 20-minute walk to the harbor area, walk down the street around the corner from the hotel and walk along the waterfront and through a lovely wooded area that takes you to the harbor side of the mall.

Great location, staff very friendly. Apartments need an upgrade, nothing has changed from when I use to stay a lot 15 years ago. Bathroom door handle was hanging off and window handle about to fall off. Also booked as wanted spa pool after ski but that doesn’t go.

Property very dated and not well maintained. You have to utilise a common laundry that you also have to pay for and it was always utilised by the staff that stay there. There was construction noise the entire stay and no mention prior to booking. Our allocated car parks were always occupied by either construction vehicles or other guests staying elsewhere on the property. Wasn’t even close to how it’s described the Hotel would be lucky to be 2-3 stars at best.

Excellent 2 bedroom apartment, easy walking distance to centre of town. Both bedrooms with ensuite and large. Open kitchen and dining area worked well.

The listed 'buffet breakfast available between 8-10', which we had confirmed before our arrival, was actually a pre-boxed commercial breakfast box for each guest - not bad but not what we had expected.

Apartment was serviced erratically, missed on at least 2 days, had to asked to get the rubbish empty and floor remained unvacuumed for our 6 night stay.

Despite the above, still thought it was reasonable value, and worked well for two couples

Comfortable beds, quiet location at night. Close to bus stop for tours and ski bus.
Our booked suite was still being renovated unfortunately, so we were instead offered a smaller apartment. The staff made up for this with laundry and breakfast vouchers (we were unable to use these most days as the breakfast only starts at 8am, but the tour/ski busses leave at 730!).
Housekeeping was very good. Rooms were warm and heated floor in the bathroom made a huge difference, thank you.
Kitchen and lounge were compact but suitable. Would have been squashy for two couples, but was ok for family of four.
Easy walking distance to bus stop for tours. 15min walk into town, with shops and restaurants, lake with tours available. Very pleasant town centre.
Straightforward airport transfer on #1 bus and short walk from bus stop.
We were able to leave our luggage at reception on the last day after checking out, to walk into town one last time before leaving.

Lovely studio unit in a good location

Comfortable large studio unit in a good location close to the centre of Queenstown. Large room with a small balcony with a view over the lake. Comfortable bed, good heating especially as it was cold outside on arrival. Updated spotless bathroom with lovely bath products. Small but practical kitchenette.

What a fabulous apartment for our 4 night stay in Queenstown! The apartment had everything we needed for the kitchen including a hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and all the utensils plus a washing machine / dryer.

Very spacious apartment with a great balcony offering the most amazing views of the mountains and lake!

Apartment was about 10min walk into centre - we walk fairly quick so allow 15-20 if you’re taking an amble. Also only a 5min walk to Queenstown gardens - great place to run through too!

Loved staying here. Housekeeping were very lovely when we met them. Would stay again!

Garden Court Suites were well appointed and luxurious with lots of space and comfortable beds. We were initially put in a suite very close to the state highway from which there was a lot of noise but the lady at reception was very helpful and moved us to another suite as soon as one became available. The customer service was excellent.

Location is really good, close to Queenstown Centre. Very walkable and next to the Lake Wakapitu path. We really liked the balcony facing the lake. Nice onsite parking.

But, the whole property needs an upgrade and refresh, it's very worn-down. Carpet, furniture, and fixtures are cheap and beat up.

Look- if what you're looking for is an ok place to stay in Queenstown before you hop off for one of the big hikes then this is fine. The kitchen made things convenient and having two toilets in our unit for a family of four was helpful. But the hotel is badly in need of some upgrading and it was kind of depressing and you'll find yourself thinking that maybe you should have thrown down for someplace nicer. But maybe that's just me. The good news is that Queenstown is a fun stop and you'll likely not spend that much time in the hotel.

Very overpriced. We had room 329 int the middle at the back. Its outlook was of buildings and very small glimpse of mountains. Easy walk downhill to town but coming back up is a bit steep. The apartment was very outdated. Laying in bed you had a view of the wall with tv and the ugliest painting, it looked like it had been done by a child it was dark and depressing.

The hotel is modern and clean. The staff is friendly and the location is very good. However, Garden Court Suites And Apartments was worst hotel stay we had in our 3 week vacation. There was road construction going on all night, it was impossible to sleep. The hotel made no effort to warn guests prior to booking a non refundable reservation. The only notice was a piece of paper on the counter at check in warning about the construction, much too late. The noise was extremely load and went on all night. The management needs to do a better job of transparency and warning customers before they book a reservation. I suggest management spend a night in one of the hotel rooms before they let an unsuspecting customer for an unforgettable night.

This fine hotel is located at the east end of the town, within easy walking distance of everything. Free parking is available, which is a good thing in Queenstown. The suites are large and well furnished, and the heating worked fine as the winter got colder. The staff was very helpful on a few occasions. A quirk: The shower head in my room was fixed in the wall at the level of my shoulders (I'm 6'2" = 188cm), so washing my hair required some ducking.

The studio equipment was quite outdated, carpet was very dirty. Sofa chair had stains so much that you wouldn’t wanna sit on it. Outside area/balcony was not maintained or cleaned.
Had everything you required though, dishwasher/oven/bonus spa bath tub etc. Wouldn’t hurt to spend a little on much required maintenance work!

Good location. Nice view on the 8th floor. Bed mattress too soft it felt like I'm on the sea whenever my partner moved.
Many towels, big balcony overlooking the harbor. Room was not cleaned. The made knocked on the door around 16:00 asked if we want the room to be cleaned. Same happened to our friends on the same floor. They have complained at reception about the toilet being noisy, nobody came to fix it. So, a good nice spacious hotel in the center of town, has to take care of the little things too.
