1. Check-out time is 10am, but house keepers come in at 9.30am. Try to push you to leave even it is not check-out time yet. Very terrible!

The property is located in a nice area, close to the airport and about 20 minutes drive from Queenstown. Parking is not convenient and guests with accessibility requirements will need to consider this as there are a lot of hills between the car park and the property. The apartment itself is spacious, however requires a more thorough maintenance review as many light bulbs did not work, there is an insufficient amount of dishes to eat meals and limited dishwasher amenities (however these were replenished on request). The dryer and oven also did not work. Furniture was a little worn and required a clean and the apartment smelt stale on arrival. The staff however were helpful and efficient.

The staff were fantastic and prompt when dealing with issues. Unfortunately the clothes dryer appeared to have major issues and we could not use it. The bottom of the dishwasher drain was broken. There was a net curtain missing over one of the windows. The main curtains were not hung well and were difficult to pull on their tracks with broken curtain rings. The washing machine was very dirty and previous customers had been putting the laundry powder into the wrong place. The lint filter inside the machine was full and very smelly and the inside of the agitator was very dirty. A light bulb was out in one of the bed lamps. The advertisement for the property advised that there were TV in every room - this was not the case. There was a TV in the main room and all of the bedroom ones had been removed. The plug was too small for the bath so water did not stay in the tub very well. Although it was made aware that we had 2/3 guests with mobility issues, the small stair lift up to level was not accessible as it was locked. This was a major issue for us. To be fair, I did not bring this to the attention of the staff and it may have been accessible if I had asked. I was not aware until 48 hours prior to check-in that the accommodation did not have parking outside the apartment. Again with mobility issues, this is a major drawback. I would like to commend the staff on the overall cleanliness of the apartment and on their diligence to rectify all issues that I brought to their attention.

We were the wrong age group for this apartment, because the walk to and from the car was steep and exhausting. There were dirty smelly towels in the washing machine from previous guests as well and some instructions to operate the tv would have been helpful.

The property was spacious and had a good view, but was quite tired looking and a few things were broken, which I have emailed the property about, but had no response. The worst thing was one of the bed bases was broken - it had a big sink hole and on looking underneath we noticed some of the slats were broken. We had to sleep on the mattresses on the floor. In the kitchen one of the hobs was faulty, turning on automatically when the wall switch was turned on, but hob switch turned off. the extractor fan and light did not work. One heater in a bedroom was hanging off the wall. The carpet was worn and needed stretching to smooth out ridges.

It was very nice & clean place to stay. We had a great 3 nights stay in this apartment, nice & warm.Just we couldn’t find any card for parking as they mentioned the card is in the property. Another thing drier didn’t work, it was annoying because I ve been there with my 2 kids & we had plan to go to snow suddenly we found out drier doesn’t work. It was better if they had told us in advance.

Very satisfied with the value for money. The hotel room for six of us has a lake view on the top floor. There are five rooms in total and three bathrooms are very clean. The balcony has a dining table as well. laundry and cooking are very convenient. Parking is free. Although you have to walk to the Hilton Hotel underground car park but you can enjoy the lake walkway near Hilton.

Check in was terrible. Information sent a very basic email. Unable to locate our Unit and then was on the busiest corner with 3 opening doors to the road with a 2year old. Called to ask for help finding our unit. Staff was no assistance. Water was luke warm. 2nd rooms door didnt close as bed was in the way. Toaster has been damaged previously - looks too broken to try to use. couch was disgusting and unclean. Bathroom floors were oily and slippery. Stay at hilton or double tree - not here!

This place has some issues. First the good, it’s large with 6 bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. If you don’t want to stay downtown Queenstown, it’s a nice location but definitely not walkable to downtown and taxis don’t want to come that far out. The view is decent but it’s of the backside of the lake, not the Queenstown side. We did go to the Remarkables Market on Saturday and that was awesome! Now, for the not so good. It was about 22 degrees Celsius when we arrived and there is no air conditioning so it was hot in the closed up apartment. There are 3 floors and the 3rd floor was terribly stuffy. They provided 3 pretty crappy fans when we needed at least 6. The free provided parking situation is absolutely laughable! You have to park at a hotel and then walk up a VERY steep street about 4 blocks long. We ended up parking on the main road. Everything in the apartment feels a bit old and used and needing replacement although the beds were comfortable. We stayed over New Years Eve so maybe that’s why it was very expensive for what it ended up actually being.
