The front lobby area is expansive and inviting. There is a small canteen in the corner for snacks and personal items. There is also an ATM, as well as a coin laundry option. We got there after the 3pm check in time, so we didn’t get the complementary lemon water because it was empty. I was surprised to learn parking was $16/day (make sure you have your room card with you, otherwise you won’t be able to use the elevator). The room has been updated, with no complaints. The microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator were greatly appreciated. The king-size bed had fresh linen and was very comfortable. The bathroom has been updated to include a walk-in shower. The room did have a large-screen tv, however my choice of channel selection left me wanting. Our room was on the 3rd floor with the ice machines only on floors 2 & 4. We stayed 4 nights with no room service. The pool, sauna, exercise room and hot tub areas are in the basement. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay however the “low marks” are a result of the following: the unadvertised daily parking fee, the singular functioning elevator during half our stay, the non-functioning hot tub, and a restaurant staff that apparently doesn’t answer the phone. There are a lot of comments regarding airplanes taking off and landing, but we found any residual noise minimal and not disruptive.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The air conditioning was not working the entire night, making the room extremely uncomfortable and difficult to sleep in. Despite informing the staff, the issue was not resolved promptly. For the price paid, I expected much better maintenance and customer service. Unfortunately, this experience significantly affected my overall impression of the hotel.

The hotel smell of smoke. I felt unclean. I used the toilet and the seat wasn’t clean. Shower was challenging to use. I was charged for parking which I thought was included. Though this might be on me. I I’ll stay at other location next time

I signed up for the breakfast when booking the hotel and when I asked at the desk to cancel as I felt I didn't give my self enough time to get to airport and was told I couldn't. I was disappointed as I felt it was probably a buffet and not a specific meal made for me that there shouldn't matter. The afternoon shift said breakfast was at 630 and felt I should have time but in the room and signage in the lobby was 7 which was far too late. I asked morning shift who looked very tired just said no.

However, a light was flickering in the garage parking and building could use some touch up’s. Hot tub didn’t work properly and sofa bed is quite uncomfortable.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful! Parking ramp attached to hotel for easy access to and from one’s room! Room was clean, well kept, and comes with standing shower only (no tub)! Room a bit cool set at 19°C (66°F) but the overall experience was excellent! Reasonably priced for the time of year I travel to this area! My second time here and I look forward to coming back again! 😊

Had a great stay. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The room was great with a nice view of planes taking off. The bed and pillows were so amazing and comfortable. So much better than what we have at home! Thermostat gave us some trouble but otherwise it was a good experience and we will visit again.

Rooms are clean and quiet, staff is helpful when you have an issue and do the best of their abilities to help. As for the breakfast, it's available between 6:30 am to 11:00 am and has various options that were all great. A pool and hot tub is available in the basement and is usually empty. Overall a great experience.

We stayed for multiple nights. Staff were very friendly. Room was clean but there was basically no shower pressure which was very frustrating. Pool area had dirty towels everywhere when we went down and had to call for clean ones. We wanted to sit outside but there is no patio furniture so we laid on grass. The stairwells are frustrating and locked with out entry privileges on certain floors so you had to mostly take an elevator no matter what. Overall it was fine but there are plenty of other options in that price range with more amenities including breakfast.

It’s a basic hotel. Nothing spectacular. Breakfast was off a menu, slow to deliver, and not the greatest quality. Shuttle service was sporadic as you had to request the service and it took longer than expected. The bright spot of the hotel was the Staff was friendly and helpful.

Location excellent, Front desk staff is so busy talking among themselves and other team member and has no interest in hospitality or customer service. Staff seems not properly trained they have business just because close proximity to the airport and I personally think they know that and they don’t give a care in the world about customer.

Hotel was find but best of luck if you have a larger vehicle. Our van was too big to fit into their ramp and they simply had no other solutions nor could they point us in the direction of finding other parking. Had to drive to another hotel to ask for parking help which they very kindly let us park in their lot for a small fee.

The staff were all great, they helped me so much as i have am older & use a cane, the shuttle bus driver went above and beyond in helping me. The room was very clean & as i had a late checkout they helped me with my bags & were very kind. The front desk was extremely busy but the guy checking guests in was great too...could probably use more staff would be my only comment that is not glowing!

It is disappointing that what could have been a perfect stay, required a space heater brought to the room as the heat would not come on. Temperature in the room was in the mid-sixties until he space heater was able to bring the temperature to a more liveable low to mid seventies. The weather was unseasonably cold. I believe the decision was made by management or maintenance staff to switch the equipment to a air conditioning status too soon. that is my understanding of what happens in some facilities. You know the hotel is too cold when the front desk staff had a heating fan behind the front desk for the duration of my 3 day stay.

Called for shuttle, arrived OK.
Check in at 11.30pm after 20h traveling, was ok.
Room was cold, maybe 15/16C. Tried thermostat, not working. No main light, lamp by bed not working. Found it not plugged in but sockets were strange.
Had to rely on small desk lamp.
Called guest services. Says sometimes heating goes funny, can bring up heater. It's midnight and I'm not sleeping with strange heater on overnight. So offered blankets. ( bed had only sheet and thin cotton cover)
Man who brought them up, looked at light socket, couldn't do it either.
The room and bathroom had been renovated nicely but electrical not so good.
Next morning, we came for breakfast and it was menu, not self serve. I counted 25 people in there at one time, with one waitress. She worked hard but waiting 20min for orange juice and to take order was long. A guy from kitchen helped her bring out orders and wondered if she was also helping in kitchen. It took 75 min to get the breakfast, with only 10 min to eat before shuttle for flight.
I think when I pay over $200 for overnight stop, it should be better.
Won't stay there again.

Rooms are a little dated but clean. Beds and pillows were comfy. The hotel rooms and the lobby have a musty smell. Front desk staff was 50/50. Some of the staff was very friendly and the others not so much. I’d stay again for one to two nights but I wouldn’t want to stay for a long term trip.

Check in was a little confusing, airport shuttle was booked for 5:15 am, showed up around 5:30 but was doubled booked.

Arrived late heat didn't work in the room, called down someone showed up with a broken electric heater. We were very tired and decided to slept with clothes on under the covers.

I felt that booking through Expedia your service wasn't the same if you booked hotel directly.
