Loved Angkor Heart Bungalow. Exceptional hotel manager who is so attentive and helpful. Organised all of our tours, delivered platters of fresh fruit as soon as you returned to the bungalow, breakfast set up on your deck at your requested time each morning, the Cambodian breakfast excellent! Great pool which all bungalows have direct access to, would highly recommend staying here

The beat stay weve had in a very long time. We have stayed here as we celebrate 30 years of marriage and the help from all the staff was excellent from the moment we arrived to our departure. The staff were the most welcoming, helpful, warm, and friendly of anywhere we stayed in se Asia. We really felt taken care of here. I could not recommend this location enough. The bungalows are beautiful, the pool clean and well maintained. It is a short tuk tuk ride to the city center. We are coming back. Bryan and susan wadsworth.

Highly recommend!!!
Words can not express the extraordinary level of service rendered. Staff were very thoughtful and cooperative throughout our stay and always one step ahead anticipating our needs. Location is highly convenient and secluded in a setting surrounded by a variety of fruit trees. Cleanliness standards were visible, and the pool was cleaned multiple times per day, and fresh towels were provided. Staff were very polite and thoughtful, as exemplified when we got off the pool. Based on the weather, we were presented with hot or cold tea and a mixed fruit platter of fruit trees within the property. It is budget friendly, ensured transportation was available, and really cheap in room spa service. Interestingly, woodened houses are a representation of minimal wealth, yet tourists flock to bungalows. The bungalow had air-conditioned, spacious, and big bathroom.

We loved to stay at Angkor Heart Bungalow, with its outstanding friendly and always helpful staff. The Bungalow had very quiet aircondition, spacious bathroom (with bathtub😉), fridge, two nearby swimming pools... and in case we needed something there was always someone to ask. Angkor Heart Bungalow lies a bit remote (opposite Phare Circus), but offers free Tuc-tuc transport into town. Only issue is that unfortunately the Hotel is situated close to Siem Reap ring road, what made it sometimes a bit noisy - but no matter, during the day you probably will be exploring temples anyway. Highly recommended!

Wonderful and laid-back bungalows in quiet garden setting with pool. Manager and staff were very helpful, kind and attentive. Kids and adults enjoyed pool. They offered us special Christmas meal and farewell gift. Out of the busy tourist district yet easy to get around SR.

The staff were very accommodating and catered to our every needs. There were always water and fruit juices after we returned from our day trips. The concierge and manager even provided us with a farewell cake and a platter of fresh fruits and tea before our departure. In addition, they allowed us to check out later than the checked out time as our flight wasn’t till a later time - very nice of them!! The food at Angkor Heart is delicious and well made! And the massages are great! I greatly recommend this hotel!

The staff here were wonderful, and they made us feel very welcome bringing us refreshments throughout the day. The pool was great and the bungalows were adequate. However I will say that if you have motion sickness or if you are a light sleeper you might reconsider. The slight swaying of the bungalows made me feel quite sick and the noise at night can also get quite loud as its on a fairly big intersection.
If you are a budget traveller and those things dont bother you, then this is a great spot with very nice staff and a good pool to relax in.

Very relaxed, always extremely friendly. staff very helpful with transport and tour organisation. Lovely breakfast and food service - delicious. Always ready with a welcoming cool drink upon our return. The kids loved the pool. Good Wifi and airconditioning in the extremely hot weather. An oasis! A couple of km out of town, so lovely and quiet. The free transfer into town in the evening is a lovely touch. To top it of the wonderful Phare circus is just over the road. Lovely!

Overall this hotel was wonderful. The facilities were beautiful, the bungalows were spacious and clean and the restaurant offers delicious food. However, it was really the staff that made this hotel stand out. It is the most exceptional customer service I have experienced staying anywhere. The staff was so attentive, friendly and helped us with anything that we needed. I would highly recommend staying here

What a fantastic stay we had at Angkor heart bungalow, from the moment we arrived everything was perfect for us, the staff we’re all extremely helpful and accommodating to our needs, the food was lovely and the fresh breakfast delivered to our veranda each morning was superb and the staff provided a honeymoon day cake for us.Next time we are in Cambodia we will return to Angkor heart bungalows.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The staff is friendly, the bungalows are kept very clean and detailed, the food is delicious and the overall experience in this place is just amazing. We got there on a rainy day and the staff welcomed and walked us to our bungalow with umbrellas and did check-in very quick, five minutes later we had a welcome drink and croissant served on our balcony. My husband and I enjoyed every minute spent in this amazing place.

Oasis away from Pub street.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay magical for our anniversary. We have never been anywhere where everyone is so friendly, accomadating and eager to please.

There is a circus next door which we were warned about so would recommend to either be out of the hotel or bring some sound prof headphones!

The hotel is also situated in between two ringroads and you can feel th odd vibration from large lorries!

However, we were in such awe with the place this did not negatively effect our trip.

You can get a free tuk tuk from 17:00-21:00 to pub street, which is where all the restaurants and bars are. You are close enough to get there with ease, but not too close of that isn’t your thing. We aren’t big drinkers and ate at the hotel a few nights and it was as lovely as traveling further out.

This small property is absolutely amazing. The bungalow was really nice and basic with good air con and a really nice bathroom with a rainfall shower. The service buy Sophorn and her staff was tops in any place I have ever stayed anywhere. 2 thumbs up to a great place

Nice atmosphere but next to main road

I enjoyed my time very much. Clean beddings, spacious room. Free afternoon fruits. I loved the pool. Friendly staff. One huge set back I found was the noise level. I believe the hotel is locating next to some sort of a performance theater or club or whatever. But I would hear loud noise and vibration from basses until just about late night to go to bed. Thank goodness the noise did stop and didn’t go on until midnight.

Fantastic hospitality and atmosphere

This is a fabulous venue as a base while exploring temples and Siem Reap. Staff spoilt us with fabulous food and generous spirits. Refreshing coconut drinks just appeared whenever you felt that you were about to melt from the heat plus tasty snacks to give you some energy. My son was treated to a beautiful birthday cake and celebration. This thrilled me because finding a cake in a foreign country had been a bit beyond me. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere made it a haven to return to after exploring the temples and surrounds. Evening dining by the pool was fabulous and to top it all off we were given a gift each as we left.

this place is the best i stayed in around 3 of the top hotels in siem reap and this was the best one without competetion , its a family owned business they treat you like family . the owner ia a very very very nice guy . the bungalows are directly on the pool . top privacy and relaxing . the room is super great too . i recommend it to anyone and the price is super low comoared to the service offered . will stay there next time for sure ! thank you angkor heart bungalow !

Amazing! I stayed 2 nights in Bungalow, the staff very helpful and friendly.

Actually it was my birthday, my friends at Malaysia contact hotel to collaborate with hotel staff to gave me the birthday surprise. Hotel staff do deco at my room and prepare birthday cake for me! So touching to have this warm service! Special thanks to Sina & Sok Puan (dunno the exact spelling)

Highly recommend to stay here. The tuk tuk driver Mr Chan super nice.

Great new hotel and amazing staff

I only stayed one night in Siem Reap and was glad it was at Angkor Heart Bungalow. The remork driver from the airport actually took me to the wrong place, which could be due in part to pronunciation differences for the word \"bungalow\" (make sure you use more of a \"oo\" sound, instead of a short \"uh\"--tell any driver in town \"heart boongalow\" and it should work better).

The room was large and very comfortable. The hotel sits on a busy-ish street with some truck traffic, so it can get a bit noisy in the mornings.

The best part is the staff--very attentive, nice, and helpful! I arrived earlier than published check-in, but they saw that I looked a little hungry and served me an awesome noodle lunch while they readied my room. They arranged for me to join another pair for a tour to Tonle Sap (the largest freshwater lake in SE Asia) that afternoon, and also a driver to pick me up before dawn the next day for a sunrise visit to Angkor Wat. They even packed my breakfast to go, so I could have it when I got hungry at the temple.

The trek to the Great Lake brought us back after the on-site restaurant was closed, so they dropped us off at Pub Street after some time to freshen up. It was only a $2 tuk-tuk ride back to the hotel from there, but I think the food at the hotel would have been better than the touristy offerings at Pub Street!

I will definitely return some day and hopefully get to use the pool next time!

One of the nicest we have stayed in.

We stayed for four nights and had a relaxing vacation. Room was beyond expectation. Beds were comfortable. Swimming pool was clean. Breakfast were delicious and filling. Meas and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They served fruits, dessert and water whenever we arrive from tours. Loved the hammocks under the trees so much that we brought some home. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Siem Reap.

's a quite lovely and delicate hotel, each bungalow is one room. The experience in the whole wooden bungalow is much more comfortable than I expect: it's dry and cool, spacious space and clean, the shower water is hot and large, you can see lots of channels on the TV, even Chinese . And the people there are very nice and helpful. They come to the airport to pick up us. The swimming pool is wonderful. Breakfast is good . If you want to find a hotel which is quiet with extremly privacy, I totally recommend this place.

Très beau bungalow mais le nôtre était près de la route donc bruyant. L hôtel a tout de suite accepté de nous changer de bungalow. Service excellent : boissons et fruits à chaque retour de fin de journée, petit déjeuner servi au bungalow, tuktuk gratuit pour aller en ville. 2 belles piscines. Le personnel est très souriant et serviable. Un très bon sejour.

Medarbejderne står på spring for at give gæsterne en god oplevelse, hytterne er hyggelige, maden er glimrende - og så er der de små ting som god wi-fi, gratis afhentning i lufthavnen, gratis transport til byen, hjælp til transport til udflugter, servering af isafkølede kokosnødder ved poolen osv. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is gorgeous.
Bungalows are all in front of a swimming pool with nice view, are plenty of space with a porch in front where you can have your breakfast or dinner.
Some of the bungalow near the road can be a little noisy early morning.

Highly recommended.

Hyggeligt hotel med top service tæt på Angkor Wat

Virkelig fod service, fire dage hvor vi blev forkælet hele tiden. Som afslutning fik vi gaver og kolde drikkevarer med på turen. Der er lidt støj fra vejen som stilner af hen på aftenen. Hotellet arrangerer ture, alt kørte helt som planlagt. Kan klart anbefales.
