This was our fourth time staying here and won’t be the last. It’s a beautiful hotel a few minutes Tuk-tuk from pub street, so far away enough to be quiet but close enough to be very convenient.
The breakfast buffet included is great and the overall quality of food (restaurant and poolside) is great if you’re not wanting to head out.
The beds are VERY firm but of good quality, air conditioning in the rooms is perfect, the property is very clean and the pool with bar is a favourite.
Dina and Miss Kim make the best cocktails (they’re the ones to learn from for anyone new at the bar or anyone who works the bar at all), that being said it’s very clear ALL the staff take pride in what they do and everyone is so lovely and helpful. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else when in Siem Reap.

This is my second stay and I will tell you why. This place is not only gorgeous, but has the best staff. I would mention them all as they all will go above and beyond, but I will give a special mention for Dina who is a big part of the reason I came back here within a month. Thank you Dina for making my second stay just as good as the first, probably even better! I will be continuing to come here in the future. It's a hidden gem of luxury.

This is a little gem of a hotel. You really feel pampered by the staff. Nice pool, great breakfast. Spa services were reasonable and very nice. They greet you every time you come back to the hotel with damp towels to freshen and water. Would absolutely stay here again.

The neighborhood is a very busy retail area with a lot of traffic—and then, just like magic, one is deposited at the front of this resort and one walks into paradise. The staff, rooms, dining, and pool area are incredibly appealing and relaxing. If I ever go back to Cambodia I will surely stay at Khmer Mansion.

This hotel was amazing. Staff knew us by name and helped us with everything we needed included seeing up ebikes and a guide to visit Angkor Wat last minute. The rooms were immaculate. Free tuktuk to Pub St. The swim up pool bar was great in the afternoon when it was hot. Fabulous breakfast. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff were incredibly attentive. The rooms are slightly outdated and could do with a refurb, but I would imagine they are still recovering from Covid. The best part of this hotel is the staff. They’re wonderful. I can recommend doing the city tour organised by the hotel. Really interesting and takes you to places not on other organised tours.

Best service in Siem Reap, perhaps the world…

This hotel was all about service and the place was in great condition. Out of 18 counties, this was our favorite city and hotel. I can’t say enough good things. The breakfast had plenty of options and was good. Poolside service was impeccable with a large drink menu. We stayed on the first floor next to the pool which was very convenient after a full day of exploring temples…..For $20 they provided us an amazing driver and tuk tuk to take you on day tours of all the temples and the gentlemen waits for you with an ice cold washcloth and bottle of water after each temple!!! The front desk ladies were super nice and also very helpful. If you are like me and tirelessly search for the perfect place to stay in Siem Reap, this one is it. Oh almost forget to mention they have a special dinner with native dancing every Tuesday and Saturday which is so worth your time and money.

This is a beautiful property with the kindest, and most hospitable staff who had only to be asked to make any wish come true -- whether it be for transportation, massages, meals or anything else. We had a lovely Cambodian dinner cooked at our table the first night, and then they organized an excellent English speaking guide to take us to Angkor Wat and the AW regional temples. The check in was amazing as we were seated and the check in came to us. Same with the check out. Cold towels greeted us whenever we returned to the hotel. I strongly recommend this property.

Best Hotel in Siem Reap!

I’ve stayed at some of the nicest places around the world, and the service at Khmer Mansion Residence was by FAR the best service I’ve ever had at any hotel. They were so friendly, remembered our names personally and room numbers the whole stay, and thought of every detail! My family and large group traveling with us were truly blown away. There’s not one negative thing I could say, and I will 100% stay here every single time I’m in Siem Reap!

This property is one of the loveliest hotels imaginable. Although the hotel is small, the staff is amazing, the ambiance is charming, and the presentation is a model for what any six-star hotel should provide. There is a gym, spa, pool, swim-up bar, and serene decor. However, the service is better than we get at the top hotels. From the moment you drive up, be prepared to be surprised. The staff anticipates every need and is beyond incredible in every sense of the word. See the sites, take a vehicle to the Night Market/Pub Street. We definitely plan to return.

The staff was amazing, helpful recommendations, guidance on the cost of tuk tuks, and the hotel even has tuk tuks on staff so you know you are getting a fair price. They can even be hired for the 1/2 day or day. The pool has both sunny and shade options ( I enjoy having plenty of shade). Every time you walk in you’re greeted with a cold, jasmine scented hand towel, what great touch!

This hotel went above and beyond for service. We were treated as if we were the only ones there. The front desk greeted us with tea and cold towels as soon as we walked in. Considering it was 94 degrees it was so welcomed. Any question, any detail was treated immediately. We found ourselves hugging the staff before we left. One of our favorite front desk personnel even came with us to the airport to make sure we got off safely. Incredible stay and for an unbelievable great price.

A hidden gem in Siem Reap! If you want a 5 star quality hotel at a 2 star price, this is the place for you! Our room was spacious and clean and the pool with swim up bar was the perfect place to cool off after a hot day of touring. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and so incredibly friendly. Food was delicious and staff always asked about any food allergies or concerns before placing our order. Don’t skip the spa services either! The Khmer massage was relaxing and different from any other massage I have had. We didn’t want to leave this perfect spot!

Book it now! Stop torturing yourself reading reviews. It’s a tough decision because there are so many great boutique hotel in Siem Reap, but this one has got to be the finest! It’s on the outskirts of town, so quiet, yet a quick tuk tuk to anywhere. The staff are amazingly gracious, the food is terrific (especially the breakfast buffet), and the pool is the longest I’ve ever seen at a small hotel. The beds are so comfortable, the sheets sumptuous, the amenities perfect. I could not come up with a single complaint.

This hotel is located 10-15 min far from pub street by tuktuk and it kindly offers a single fare to pub street. The room I stayed and the public space were both clean and nice. Staff are all very kind and friendly. They tried to do everything for me as much as they can. I felt like I was really welcomed by them and that made me feel happy. If I have a chance to visit Siem Reap again, I will definitely stay this hotel again.

All wonderful, just a womnderful time.

I spent a short three nights at Khmer Mansion Residence and just wish I had planned my trip differently and spent more time there. Honestly, this was one of my top-three hotel experiences over the last 30 years. Everything was perfect and made to make you feel special the moment you walk in. The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was huge by any standard, bright-lit, and well equipped.
I really enjoyed the breakfast (pick something from a large menu and complement from the buffet) and \"take a box out\" option when I had to leave early to make sunrise at Angkor Wat (although, to be honest, I gave it all to one of the kids waiting there when I arrived, so I had no chance to see what was inside. Hopefully the kid had a nice meal).
Of the various services offered at the hotel, I only used laundry (same day, very good), bar (god service, friendly staff), and ride to airport (perfect, like the rest).
You know that you have it good when the most \"negative\" thing you can think of about a hotel is \"too many light switches.\" I have loved every minute I spent at Khmer Mansion Residence and I am already looking forward to my next stay, in Jan. 2020.

I requested to change a room which I don’t want a bathtub in the bedroom (as l had put requested when booking on Hotels.com), at the beginning the staff said no room all full, then few minutes staff said got one room but no view as just facing the wall.......finally got changed to a room what l expected. (***hopefully Khmer can more concern on guest’s requested on the booking remark, it will help to improve quality of Khmer’s service.)

Hot water stable without yellow water, quiet room, bed and pillow are comfortable, many geckos outside the room, the best is the breakfast which is mini buffet bar & menu order also free, latte & cappuccino not bad, small swimming pool but water clean, walk 15-20mins to pub street (be careful at night quite dark & small road not easy to walk especially when hv car/motorbike).

Thanks for the complimentary meal and souvenirs of small scarf with nuts.

****Pech Pov are very nice with great smile, he is very concerned on guest’s feedback, great job & keep it up^^.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The service is impeccable and the hotel absolutely beautiful. We have had a magical weekend. We normally dont visit the same place twice, but we are already thinking about when we could visit this hotel again. The staff pay attention to every detail, from making sure that they adapt the food to allergies to decorating the room and arranging cake for my birthday.

Friendliest Staff Ever

The Khmer Mansion Residence was the highlights hotel stay of my SEA vacation. The hotel grounds and pool are very appealing and the room is spacious, beautiful, clean and has the most comfortable pillows (not down pillows that flatten to nothing). The AC worked to perfection and the WiFi was always a strong signal. There are the occasional mosquitoes, but this is Cambodia and despite the hotels best effort they’re going to be around.

Breakfast was very enjoyable and offered a buffet and an a la carte option (or you can do both) and has both Asian and Western options, so you’re sure to find something you like. The restaurant also makes a great lunch! The location of the hotel is a bit away from all the action but the hotel tries to make up for that with free airport pick up and free one-way Tuk Tuk into town.

The highlight of this hotel however is its staff. The staff greeted me by name and were always asking after my stay to see how they could make it better. I always felt like they were happy to see me and they really made me feel at home here. I’m telling you, the hospitality here can’t be beat - Disney could take lessons. I highly recommend Khmer Mansion Residence for your travels to Siem Reap!

Staff and service were excellent - responsive when we had questions or needed assistance, always courteous and available to help, professionals. Staff had sufficient English proficiency. We were promptly picked up at the airport by Peter, who also made sure our check-in went smoothly. Our airport shuttle driver Chumnit was friendly and shared interesting insights about life in Cambodia. Appreciate that they provided free tuktuk ride from the hotel to Pub Street and other areas in the vicinity. Strongly recommend!

5 star room quality and comfort. Amazing staff and great concierge service. Took initiative to book restaurant and spa services for us.
Free airport transfers and tuk tuk service to nearby night market and pub street made it more convenient for us to get around. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

5-Star Experience, that's Wat's up!

This 4-star hotel booking may have been my best resort decision on this trip-maybe ever. They offer complimentary pickup from the airport for starters, so that is a win right out of the gate. On arrival we were greeted by a majestic building with statues, carvings and vaulted ceiling which led to a check In desk. We didn’t make it to the desk;however, as we were immediately relieved of our heavy bags, asked to sit, and the provided with some local snacks: a drink made of coconut, mango, and lime; chips with chili’s cooked into them; and a peanuts type chilli sauce on the side. After our taste buds had gotten done screaming thank you we were shown into our amazing room. Our room welcomed us with names spelled out from a local plant. Flowers dotted the beds as well. My dad spoke out loud,”amazing” is and I agreed. The attention to detail with this group was other worldly and I was reminded of this later in the night when my dad and I were swimming and heard the entire staff singing happy birthday as they walked over to my dad. Had I said something, how did they know, perhaps the passports, I still don't know. That attention to detail, coupled with amazing courtesy and customer service are the reasons that I give Khmer Mansion Residence the highest rating a property can receive and recommend it without receive. Also recommended without reserve is Sok VengHak, and amazing driver who our hotel set us up with for $45/day to see the temples in the comfort of an Air Con SUV.

Lovely, comfortable stay in Siem Reap

This is a wonderful place to stay - the hotel staff go above and beyond to be helpful and ensure you're enjoying your vacation. The facilities are lovely (although no AC in the gym, but we were walking so much during the day, we ended up not using the gym anyway), the beds comfortable, and the free tuc tuc service from the hotel into town was useful.

My parents and I had a very lovely stay. The staff made us feel welcomed and at home. They always made sure we were taken care of. Very comfortable, very clean, and beautiful rooms. The pool is very lovely and refreshing. The restaurant's menu is extensive and the head chef really aims to please with the dishes you are served. Delicious food. very attentive and professional staff. I highly recommend this hotel. You really get your money's worth. They know exactly what you want on your holiday.

The staff really makes sure you feel welcomed and comfortable. Everything from the cold water and refreshing face towels they offer you on every return to the hotel, to the free daily tuktuk service provided from the hotel. The rooms are beautifully designed and refreshing. Everything very clean and all your needs and wants are met. It was difficult to get out of bed in the mornings, because the beds and pillows were so comfortable. Like sleeping on a cloud. Their staff is very friendly. Their menu delicious and meets your expectations whether you are in the mood for local Khmer cuisine, or western cuisine. The head chef even came out several times to make sure our dishes were to our expectations. They aim to please and be the best. My parents and I enjoyed our stay very much and are a bit sad to leave. We highly recommend Khmer Mansion Residence.

The absolute gold-standard for a hotel & everything that other hotels should strive to be.
I have stayed in plenty of great Siem Reap hotels & Khmer Mansion Residence is easily top of the list.
Following complimentary airport pickup, staff greeted us with snacks (I will be cooking my own taro root chips when I return home!) & drinks & gave a full rundown of the hotel & all facilities.
Rooms are very clean, comfortable & spacious, ample complimentary bottled water is supplied, bathrooms are excellent with all that one might require.
The restaurant is wonderful. Thanks to the chef & restaurant staff for all of the great food & beverages - I think my girlfriend & I had that awesome mushroom soup 6 times between us, in the space of a week. The breakfast offering is ample with various breads, cereal, yoghurt, lots of fruit, & other Asian-leaning options.
The pool & swim-up bar are clean & pretty.
& my girlfriend informs me that the massage & gym facilities were also superb.
Staff at reception were able to organise anything we required - a special thanks for arranging our Spanish-speaking tour guide for our day at the temples.
Free tuk-tuks from the restaurant into the town are also part of the wonderful service provided.
& something so small, yet fantastic is the ‘Welcome Home’ greeting upon returning to the hotel each day.
Thankyou to Butterfly & all of the wonderful staff (I wish I could name each & every one of you) at Khmer Mansion Residence - a home away from home.
