Staff is beyond amazing. Helped immensely when my wife was sick for 4 days. The rooms are spacious and so so squeaky clean. ac was very good, pool was clean, transportation arranged quickly and easily at fair price anytime you needed a tuk tuk. The daily breakfast was adequate, nothing fancy. Location is quiet and still within walking distance of pub street and a lot of great food places. Wifi is very slow so if you need to work remotely would recommend a sim card instead. Definitely recommend and will stay again.

We absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The staff were exceptional!! So friendly, so helpful. There is nothing bad to say as it was top notch. I would definitely stay there again. We really enjoyed our stay at The Night Hotel. All of the staff were friendly and courteous from the moment we walked in. We needed a second blanket at midnight and they were able to accommodate. The hotel was close to many activities including the night market. They arranged for a car for us back to the airport. It is a really beautiful hotel. We would stay again!

Nice but noisy

The hotel was beautiful and had us excited to stay there. It was clean, comfortable and had plenty of space. The problem came particularly at night with the noise. You could hear everything. The people above, below and outside, even the running water from other rooms toilets and showers.
The balcony was a shared balcony which we were unaware of until one morning when we opened the blinds and saw someone sitting there.
The restaurant was also under whelming with a limited breakfast offering and never more than a handful of people there. Service was excellent and potentially it was just quiet due to the close proximity to Pub Street.
It was still a nice place to stay and the location was close enough to be able to walk to places such as the riverside market, old market and Pub Street.
If it wasn't for the noise concerns we would recommend staying here.

This is a lovely hotel! The staff were super friendly and genuine, always happy to answer questions and made sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant food was delicious. Gardens surrounding the hotel were beautiful. Rooms were large and clean with good AC. We would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was fantastic and the staff are amazing. The rooms are massive and very clean. The hotel is walkable to Pub Street, restaurants, spas etc.
The breakfasts were so good, the pool was a welcome extra that we enjoyed regularly, after a day sightseeing. The staff were very helpful with arranging transport from tuk tuks, to airport transfers. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough.

Cambodia is a wonderful place. Probably one of my favorites to visit. If in the Siem Reap area, I highly recommend staying at The Night Hotel. The staff were very welcoming, helpful, and nice. Requests were fulfilled quickly and the people that worked there were very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious, rooms were clean and offered a lot of space. The area is located within walking distance to Pub Street as well.

We really enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and spacious. The location a short walk to everything. Staff was warm and welcoming.

We highly recommend booking your tours through the hotel and requesting Mr Sam. He made our stay extra special with his local knowledge and conversation while he took us around the temples and floating village!

I highly recommend the Night Hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The location provides an easy walk to Pub Street, the Old Market, and the Night Market. I enjoyed my stay very much.

This is a small boutique hotel. It is not far from one of the small Night market, but a little further away for the main Night market.

Staff is friendly and helps to arrange transport to airport or other tourist destination. They are open to feedback.

The room that I stayed in is big by normal standard. Bathroom is big too and is an open concept, ie no door between bed and bathroom.

The Staff are exceptional
Very friendly and helpful nothing was a problem.
Even though there is a set menu for breakfast we asked for something different and we got it like scrambled eggs or pancakes.
We were really happy with the way were looked after.

Beautiful hotel

This hotel is so peaceful yet within 15 minute walk of night market. The staff couldn’t do enough for you, we were even met at airport by driver & manager, Mr Sophal & he again came with us on our return.
The quality of the furnishings was amazing as was the size of the room.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would definitely recommend it to those who like a boutique hotel.

Overall exceed our expectation for what we paid.

Staff is very friendly and courteous. Our room is spacious and clean, the only thing we don't like is our room 303 has to share the balcony with the 2 rooms next door. For security and privacy we had to close the blackout curtain all the time!

The hotel is very well located only 15 mins walk to pub street, and there are many restaurants and spas, and also a couple of 24h convenience store on the same street.

LOVE their breakfasts they are so tasty and with good portion. They have 6 breakfast sets to choose from incl. a vegetarian set.

Swimming pool is quite small but well maintained and clean.

A lovely small hotel

It is a lovely small hotel. There are not many facilities but I got what I needed - a comfortable room and nice breakfast. The staff and services are great. The location is good. As a female solo traveler, I felt safe to walk from Night Market to the hotel. The only thing I don't like about the hotel is the balcony which is shared with the room next door. So, I hardly opened the curtain that I usually do when I stay in the hotel.

Do check your inbox before departure. Provide them your arrival date & time, they will pick you up for free! You'll be served with cold towels + drinks. (This is something different from a 3 star boutique hotel). Staffs are friendly and even the tuk-tuk drivers hired by the hotels are all easy-going!

Breakfast was great. Plenty selections available. I'm having mine while typing the review. Unbelievable service from the staffs, and of course, the room. I've never seen this in a 3 star hotel, not even $50 per night.

10mins walk to pubstreet / $2 tuk tuk ride from hotel to pubstreet. (try to bargain $1 in the morning/afternoon)

You'll regret for not staying this hotel throughout your trip in siem reap.

Night Hotel Siem Reap, a great find

The Night Hotel represents excellent value for money, and is in a good location, being less than 10 minutes walk from the centre of everything. (Or $2 tuk tuk ride). There are many eating/drinking opportunities locally too. The rooms are kept throughly clean and both the beds and bedding are of a very high standard. There is immediate hot water and the air conditioning works well. The swimming pool is of a decent size and again, is very well maintained. There cannot be many better hotels in Siem Reap at close to this price range. Recommend for families, couples or singles.

Loved the Night Hotel!

This hotel was fabulous. The staff were lovely and polite. Having breakfast included was great and the staff even packed us a little take away breakfast on the morning we went to see sunrise at Angkor Wat.
Having the pool to take a dip after a hot day was great and the rooms were so spacious and comfortable. It was USD 2.00 to catch a tuk tuk or an easy 12 minute walk to Pub Street and the Night Market. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at The Night Hotel. It was close to the bar and restaurant area in town and had great restaurants on the same street. The staff were so nice and helpful and made our visit wonderful.The breakfast is OK, from a set menu.The room has an open floor plan, most of the bathroom is open to the room. A really nice tub, a large open shower and double sinks. Very large room.Great value for what we paid. Also beautiful pool and gardens, a great relief from the sightseeing at Angkor Wat.

Comfortable oasis on edge of tourist area

This was a great hotel to return to for a swim during the hottest part of the day. The entrance from the street doesn't look like much, but then you turn the corner and all is quiet. The bed was more comfortable than my own at home. The hotel seems new, with nice finishes, though some things look nice but don't function well. For instance, there was not enough room near the bathroom sink to put toiletries.

Not bad but not that fantastic

I read the reviews here before I booked my stay. Took the Deluxe Single for about USD60 per night (quite a bargain!) since that is the best room available. Everyone else seem to have glowing reviews and no complains but maybe because i travel so much, I have pretty high expectations.

Pros: very friendly and helpful staff, always smiling and willing to help. Massive room with a lovely bathroom design - love the cement deep soak tub n the open concept. Lovely huge bed with fluffy pillows and clean linen. Large balcony to hang out.

Cons:
No room service after 10pm, no way to get any food. Room mini bar no snacks and only drinks (which was never replenished during my 4 day 3 night stay)...have to walk out for food.
Limited breakfast choices - they have 4 sets: Khmer traditional, Continental, Asian and Vegetarian and it's the same items every day. The portions are tiny and they don't serve all the items as promised... hardly filling and very disappointing.
Lights blown in the room, too much dark wood so it looks old, I hate the fact housekeeping always puts the towels on the bed (like why??), musty smell (probably due to all the wood)
Swimming pool is at entrance right in front of lobby, awkward place to have it and nobody ever uses it.
Renovation ongoing next to hotel n right next to my room for a new hotel build. Noisy in the mornings

Great New Hotel in Siem Reap

Enjoyed my four night stay. Brand new hotel and everything is in great shape. Very good breakfast offered in the restaurant, with 4 choices of meals. Super friendly and helpful staff - all young and enthusiastic and spoke enough English to communicate.
Positives: nice pool with plenty of space to lounge, huge room size, lots of choices for food on the street nearby (Father's was my favorite amongst the crowd), short walk to Pub Street and Night Market.
Negatives: nearby mosque with the 5am call to prayer, poor design lets the hallway light shine into the room.
Used the hotel's tuk tuk service to visit Angkor Wat. Reasonably priced with none of the hassle of dealing with the guys in the street - no complaints at all and my driver was super.

A great place in Siem Reap !

A Newer hotel with a small yet very nice accomdating pool area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thia was my first time to Cambodia and I would definately stay here again. Close enough to Pub Street to walk yet far enough away to have some quiet. Lots of local fare at the street. 20 minutes Tuk tuk to Angkor Wat and had a great guide there. very reasonable and a nice place to stay !

The Night Hotel is only a few months old so the furnishings of the hotel are in great condition. It's probably the best hotel I've stayed in whilst travelling in Asia in terms of facilities and value for money. The staff were very friendly as they always are in Cambodia. It is a slight distance away from the main Pub Street area but that is a good thing as it's only a five minute walk to the main bars and restaurants of the town. I was able to get a good deal because the hotel wasn't too full but the room rate will increase as tourists 'discover' the hotel and I can see it will be full on most nights but even at twice the price I paid it would be good value.
