I had a pool side room which is very big - modern and clean. The pool doesn’t have house so people are in the pool past midnight sometimes. The toilet in the room has no door - bear in mind if travelling with someone. The cleaning staff, maintenance and front desk are lovely and willing to help. I didn’t use any of the amenities or restaurants. Hotel is a good base to get to Patong & Kamala without the crowds.

Great 5 night stay! Location is good as it is close to Patong but not in the midst of the chaos. Breakfast buffet was good and had some decent variety, they changed items daily which was a plus. We had a pool access room which was great because there were only a select few beach chairs for regular guests! Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Lobby had an information desk for island excursions and small café. Would definitely stay again !

The room was awesome and the hotel also. Location not too close to Patong beach wich is the center of town. I particularly had a situation that was very uncomfortable at this hotel. We were in our room after a shower we decided to rest for a little bit because by the way they don’t give you the room until the time of check in we were tired and we were naked in bed and we heard a noise when we look towards the door a guy was walking into the room. He opened the door with a key and got in we start asking him what was he doing in our room he got out I put a rope and the front desk gave him our room and a key access that was a horrible experience for us first time happening and we travel a lot. For many years.for the rest good hotel good food I choose the option with breakfast included. Very good quality breakfast a lot of choices.

The property is far from the airport. There isn’t much to do around the property. They offer free shuttle bus to the mall and Patong Beach. There’s no hot tub, pools are small and water was cold. The most annoying thing was the bugs that were in the rooms. They had ants, white little bugs, and mosquitoes. I didn’t pick this hotel and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Our stay was ok. We got a pool access room, unfortunately it had a strong smell of mold. We found what looked like mold on the curtains. Our toilet wouldnt flush consistently and our sink drain plug hardware was held on crudely with some wire that wouldnt close or open the drain. The staff came and addressed the mold smell and toilet issue and the rest of the stay was great.

Greatest and most respectful staff. Game makes the best breakfast, and Ben took great care of our room. Gym was great, pool was great, vibes were great. Good middle spot to move around Phuket. Boats also offered various stops to islands. Support the local small kiosks too, the food is amazing.

I enjoyed my stay here . My entire trip I felt safe and everyone was so nice , the people who drive u up to your room on the buggy was convenient, the cleaning services was done daily and they respected my wishes when i had on the Do Not Disturb light , i went to the roof top bar and the restaurant on the second floor and all the employees were nice as well . I definitely recommend this location & the koi fish pond was soooo pretty

Once I was moved to another room it had 2 beds which is not what I ordered so it make the room cluttered as there was no space for my bags.
Once I brought the up, the lady at the checkin desk was not pleasant and I felt intimidated to ask for what I paid for (which was a single king size bed with no stinky smell)

The property was very nice and well kept, rooms were spacious and clean. The only issue I had was the room remained very moist which created a mildew smell. The walls and floor remained wet even after wiping everything down with a towel and this also caused our clothes to remain damn. Not sure what that was about but maybe it had to do with the AC system. Otherwise it is a very nice property but a little far off from the excitement of Patong Beach.

LOVED this hotel. Staff was so friendly. Went to thailand for my birthday and on my birthday they decorated the bed and brought me a cake with a candle. I thought the gesture was so sweet. The nature Phuket is a great hotel to stay at. Highly recommend staying here. The staff are very helpful, the cleaners do an amazing service, the pool and pool bar are awesome, especially buy one get one at the pool bar that lasts for 3 hours. Can’t wait to see you next time 🙂

If youre a fan of resort and need a family oriented stay, this is a good pick. We initially had a room that smelled of mildew and signs of mold. Staff were able to accomodate us ans switch rooms. There are multiple restaurants, bars, and pools. We did the spa on site the second day. Breakfast has great options! Its easy to book island tours. Right outside isnt walk able but the hotel shuffles can take you a few minutes away to the beach or mall. Plenty of food options close by. Decent.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was so unacceptable that I feel obligated to warn others.

Within 15 minutes of entering the room, I discovered bedbugs on the bedding. That alone was horrifying, but it didn’t end there. The room was clearly not cleaned properly—it smelled strongly of mildew, and there were visible signs of neglect, including dirt and grime in the bathroom and sticky surfaces on the furniture.

I immediately went to the front desk to report the issue and request a refund, but the staff were dismissive and unhelpful. I was given the runaround and told a manager would follow up with me later. Despite never staying the night or using the room beyond that initial 15 minutes, I was still charged for one night—and no resolution or refund has been provided, even after multiple attempts to contact management.

This experience was not only frustrating but also completely unacceptable from a health and safety standpoint. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. Bedbugs and poor cleanliness are serious issues, and the lack of customer service only made it worse.

I am leaving a bad review because my AirPods were taken. I have checked location and they are now active in Patong. I was unable to locate them while I was at the resort as they were turned off and the last known location was my room at the resort. The room I was in smelt terrible (like mould), even though I spoke to management they just used room spray to cover it up. The pictures are deceitful. It’s not bad but it’s not as luxurious as the pictures depict. Will rather pay more than to stay at this resort again.

The room at The Nature Phuket is quite nice at first glance, but I feel that for the price, the overall quality doesn’t quite match up. To be fair, we did stay during high season, which might explain the higher prices — but even with that in mind, I expected a bit more.

Looking closer, there were visible cracks in the room, and the overall build quality just didn’t feel solid. At one point, I genuinely felt like I could’ve snapped the sink in the bathroom — it felt loose, almost like someone who stayed before had already done some damage.

If I were to nitpick further, the pool access area didn’t seem the cleanest or best maintained. That said, I did notice there were workers who came around daily to clear things from the pool, which is definitely a plus — so it’s not being completely neglected.

The location is a definite highlight. It’s surprisingly not too busy, especially considering it’s near a livelier area. It offers a good balance — calm and quiet, but still very convenient for getting around.

Overall, I really did enjoy the hotel. The staff were amazing genuinely lovely people who took care of any requests quickly and with a smile. Despite a few flaws, I would still recommend this place.

My wife, daughter and I just returned from 15 nights at Nature. We had a wonderful stay. The property, grounds and pools were all clean and well maintained. Our room was equally as good.
Special mentions for Santhana at the beach pool bar - awesome daiquiris, our lovely lady who made our room up each day, Yaa. And finally to the security guard who looked after our daughter during the awesome Songkran water fight out on the front of the hotel.
Anyone wanting to visit patong but not stay right in the middle of town, this hotel meets those needs! Would recommend.
