About Santorini Villas

Back in 1985 it was decided by the owners to allocate their ancestral (old winery) to the visitors of Santorini island. The building dates from 1547 (labelled traditional) and is consisted of fully equipped houses.

The traditional styled houses are carved into the rocks allowing the quest to feel the vibes and the energy of Santorini island.

The owners’ aim is not to offer luxury but in a rural environment, giving the opportunity to the guests to live for a few days at the places, where their ancestors lived. All houses have a view of the vineyards and the sea.

The complex is located in the village of Vourvoulos 1,5 km from the beach and 2,5 km from Fira. In Vourvoulos guests may enjoy the Greek hospitality in the traditional tavernas and taste the delicious local dishes and selected wines.

The room was gorgeous, although we did have some issues with a slow show drain. The staff were the absolute best, and took great care of us, from make coffee in the morning to helping us arrange a rental car. The pool and view were fantastic, and very loved being in Vourvoulos, which was much quieter and more peaceful than Fira or Oia. We hope to return here again soon!

We had a very warm welcome. Theodora was wonderful with all the information we needed. Everyday she greeted us and helped with hire car, restaurants, shopping, local beaches.

Our stay at Santorini Villas was incredible, the place is very well kept, the rooms are beautiful, and the facilities are gorgeous. A little difficult to get to Fira from; so would definitely recommend an ATV or car rental.

Our stay truly wouldn’t have been what it was without Theodora. She is an incredible host and human. She was extremely kind, thoughtful, helpful, generous, and very fun to talk to and hang out with. She is an absolute star of a host and she deserves a ton of praise for her efforts. We already miss her!

Great views, quietness, great hostess, unexpected upgraded villa. A nearby restaurant or coffee shop would be good. More signage in English would help. Large tub was nice but filling it difficult. Shelves in kitchen are needed. TV needs instructions.

We had an amazing stay! The property was beautiful, clean, and private. Theodora is incredible and made our stay everything we would have wanted. She made us feel completely at home and helped us with anything we needed - from car rentals and arranging transportation and providing recommendations to making us excellent coffee each morning. We already miss Santorini (especially Theodora)!

Our host Theodora has made our trip exceptional. Not only did she have genuine interest in us, but she also made a customized map of the island with special places to visit. Would definitely book again

Amazing resort and even more amazing staff

I can't rave enough about this resort! The room and grounds were spotless and absolutely gorgeous. The breakfast and coffee were delicious too. But the highlight of our stay was Theodora—she went above and beyond to help us. Her recommendations for restaurants and tours were spot-on, making our trip even better.

ONE OF THE BEST HOTELS!

1000000000/10 oh my god - one of the best hotels we’ve ever been to! Theodora is the best! From booking the hotel until we checked out - she’s been so lovely! And she upgraded our room to a really nice suite with a hot tub. Can’t wait to go back to Santorini and stay in Santorini Villas again!!! You will have the nicest view of the sunrise as well! They have private parking for guests and place was really quiet and peaceful.

Friendly staff, nice views, room and swimming pool. However the location is about a 20 minute walk to the bus stop, which is on a very busy main road - not ideal. The villa itself is lovely. There are limited options for restaurants and shops in the nearby village, which is a 10 minute walk away.

Property is nice and serene for a relaxing vacation. Pool was the added plus.
Only negative was the lack of public transportation nearby.

The interior design was beautiful and calming, they have amazing staff with super friendly attitude. The pool was an add on to this experience. The only flaw was windowless room as some people may enjoy natural light.

Nice hotel with good seaview!

Nice hotel with good views of the Caldera. 10 minutes away from the hotel and Fira. You will need a car to stay here. Service is great and quiet and away from the busy towns of Fira and Oia but a short driving distance.

Very quite and beautiful spot. Theodora, the manager, was very helpful and personable. It’s a good idea to have a car in order to get to different parts of Santorini. Our room was always clean and the property was nice. The infinity pool was very relaxing. Really enjoyed our stay.

The stay was beautiful and quiet! I was going to make a joke about not remembering her name but Theodora who works at the hotel is one of the best people you will ever meet! I don’t know how much they pay her but i think she deserves a raise! Definitely will be going back. I already miss the views, the room and all the cats. Beware if you drive too fast on a scooter through the town the dogs might come for your ankles lol.

I had such an amazing time here. The people were so welcoming. They remembered our coffee orders and made it for us every day. They gave us fresh fruit without asking. They helped set us up with rental transportation that was delivered to the villa. AND it was so so peaceful, comfortable and beautiful. 10/10 would stay again.

We loved our stay at Santorini Villas and we definitely recommend it to other visitors! It’s in a quiet area (for those who prefer a quiet place), it’s beautiful, clean. Our room overlooked the sea and we watched a beautiful sunrise. The pool was great, not crowded when we came in, very enjoyable. Very friendly staff, Theodora was amazing and very knowledgeable about visiting Santorini. Great place to stay!

I had such a lovely & relaxing time!!! Well looked after at all times by Efi, with the help of the team, who were incredible hosts. Great location, away from the busiest of the more popular portions of the island. You will have the great opportunity to relax and get immersed in the local, less-tourist influenced, culture.

Excellent Accomodation!!

From the moment we arrived at Santorini Villas we feel like home. Efi the manager of Santorini Villas, welcome us and she offered us (4 pax) a welcome drink. The room was spacious with comfortable bed and 2 sofa beds, in the room there was a complementary bowl with fruits, greek virgin oil, a bottle of water and a juice in the fridge and free bathroom stuff. We had a breakfast which was delicious by the pool area. As we had a late check out, Efi gave us towels, shampoo and conditioner to take a shower before our flight. We used the lovely pool and she also offered us free drinks! She was exceptional kind and helpful. We reaaly enjoy our stay and hope to visit them again!

Very unique design and comfortable rooms. In fact, they are more like apartments than rooms. Our place had two bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, living and dining area, kitchen with refrigerator, range, coffee maker, dishes and utensils, TV, free WIFI etc. All in an environment that you feel like you are the guests of Flintstones.

Juste incroyable.

Top.
