**An amazing family stay with top-tier service!**
The rooms are remarkably spacious with modern designs, and the hotel's romantic yet welcoming vibe was perfect for us. The amenities—including a pool, bar, and restaurant—made everything so easy.
The staff is outstanding. They delivered a delicious, fresh breakfast to our room daily on our schedule and booked us an incredible catamaran tour and sunset dinner.
Situated in a quiet, private location with easy parking and taxi access, it’s a 15 minute walk into the town center of Imerovigli. We also had lunch onsite; the service was superb and the food was fresh and beautifully presented, even if the flavors could be slightly elevated. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

We stayed at SantAnna for our honeymoon and we were so incredibly impressed with the property and service. We were welcomed with free drinks and recommendations for tours, restaurants, and general things to do. Even if we booked something not on their recommended list, they would make the reservation for us and ensure we were met with great service. The daily breakfast was delicious and over the top and the amenities were fantastic. We weren’t able to enjoy the pool as it was windy and it wasn’t heated but instead we opted to get massages on our lazy day which were wonderful. Definitely would recommend!!
Wilfredo
It all starts with the manager of the property — she truly set the stage for how welcome we felt and how memorable our stay would be. To me, this was more than a five-star hotel. The suite was modern, spacious, and spotless. Although there isn’t a typical restaurant on-site, whatever you order, they’ll happily prepare it for you — and my breakfast was absolutely huge! The location was perfect, nestled between Fira and Oia. A truly fantastic hotel experience!
Brandon
Beautiful property opposite the caldera. Located just off the main road was great for car rental parking. Breakfast was incredible and staff was super friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay at SantAnna - the staff was beyond friendly and welcoming. All of the facilities were maintained very well and were exactly what you think of when you think of a luxury hotel. We highly recommend staying here!
Janelle
One word: AMAZING. I had such a wonderful time staying at SantAnna. The staff members were beyond friendly and welcoming, it felt like home staying here. Sofia went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing less than exceptional. The breakfast was a great add-on, amenities convenient and the whole property was beautifully upkept. My room was always clean and very spacious, wifi worked well. If I were to come back to Santorini, there’s nowhere else I would stay but here. Highly recommend.
Sanela
From the moment we arrived to this place until the day of departure the customer service was excellent. Breakfast and drinks were amazing. The staff at Santanna made us feel at home. Would definitely visit again.
Jeanette
I stayed in the honeymoon suite. The room is spacious and clean. Every morning, the hotel serves a delectable breakfast, which guests can enjoy on their balcony or in their rooms. The best thing about this property is its location—it is away from the busy crowd.
Carmen
I had a fantastic stay! The room and the breakfast service were outstanding and the staff was superb. I look forward to going back!!

What a beautiful hotel!!! The bartender is worth the stay alone. He is amazing!!! The breakfast spread was to die for and delivered to your door. Would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone!!! We loved it!!!

This is a beautiful property with wonderful staff. Rooms are amazing and very very big. Very quiet area. Highly suggest this property if you would like some piece and restful time a bit away from the craziness of all the tourists. Breakfasts are plentiful and high quality. Everything was great with our short stay. Only issue we had was the beautiful pool they have is a hit too cold all the time even at the hottest summer days, which is a bit strange. I highly recommend this higher end hotel. Thank you for a great experience to all the staff.
I also recommend to arrange a ride from and to the airport through the hotel as it is much cheaper than taxi

This place is simply unbelievable. From the second we arrived, every need was attended to by the staff; in particular Vergallis who ran the bar from 11am to 11pm each day. The room was spectacular, and a tailormade breakfast was delivered to the terrace each morning which was lovely. The pool setting was always clean and picturesque.
The location of the hotel is actually overlooking the non-caldera side, but its a 3 minute walk to get the views over the calera and it was never busy where we sat and admired the views. The location should not be underestimated, as it meant we were able to avoid large crowds whilst still have easy access to Thira and Oia.
The hotel organised a catamaran cruise for us, which I would highly recommend too.

The property is super clean. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Ilianna was so kind to always book us a taxi going back to our hotel. She booked us a sailing trip to the Greek Islands and it was our best experience ever! Thank you!

Amazing hotel!!
Our stay at SantAnna was amazing. The hotel is located just outside of the busy city center, so it was very quiet and relaxing. The property itself is beautiful and the rooms were very clean and spacious. Everyone on the staff was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond our expectations. We had an extremely comfortable stay and I hope to have the opportunity to visit again!
Moises
Amazing place to stay with incredible sunrise view of the coast. Staff was extremely nice and helpful with any requests and transportation needs. The pool, bar and outside areas are top notch and the rooms are upscale and luxurious.
If you're looking for peace and quiet away from the tourist attractions, you'll enjoy this place.

Giulia
Our stay at SantAnna was unbelievable. This hotel is like something out of a movie. It is so beautiful, modern and elevated. We had a honeymoon suite with a private pool but the main pool is so nice we found we didn’t even need to use our own pool. The breakfast that was included was amazing with absolutely fantastic options. The room was huge and absolutely beautiful. Every single staff member at this hotel are fantastic. They are so so helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had a fantastic time. Truly treat you like royalty. The pool bar is great for drinks and light snacks during the day. There are wonderful restaurants nearby that that the hotel suggested for us which were among the best of our entire trip to Greece. We liked this area in Santorini because it’s more quiet and less touristy. Highly recommend doing the sailing tour with their sister company because it’s a wonderful way to see the island! Also do the hike to Oia it’s so beautiful and takes about 1 hr 45 from the hotel. we will absolutely be coming back to this hotel it was a complete HIGHLIGHT of our trip! Iliana and Konstantina at the reception were absolutely wonderful! Thank you so much for an incredible stay!!!! 💕
Mary
Our stay was fabulous. Everything about this hotel is first rate in terms of design and comfort. The pool is a real pool for swimming. The setting is beautiful and the staff were very helpful and accommodating, including setting up reservations in advance. Top notch in all respects. It is luxurious. The breakfast is imaginative and plentiful. no restaurant but good lunch/bar options.

A gem of a find. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a touch of elegance, tranquility and class. The staff were incredible, very friendly, professional and catering to all of our needs. They made our stay extra special with their amazing service and tailored cocktails. We will definitely be back again.
Brendan
Fabulous! We were not very lucky with the weather during our visit so we spent more time at the hotel than we perhaps would have otherwise. But when the service and the cocktails are this good, you don’t mind.
From the second we arrived we were made to feel so welcome & genuinely cared for. Nothing was too much trouble. On arrival we were upgraded to a junior suite, which was not only beautiful but absolutely enormous. Breakfast was brought to our room every morning and the food gave us our first taste of what to expect in Santorini - amazing.
Veggales behind the bar is a rare gem. Not only are his cocktails unbelievable (try the Zombie, you won’t be disappointed), my partner wasn’t feeling well and he went out of his way to make sure he was ok. People like him really make a difference to your stay.
We don’t usually like going back to the same place twice, but here we may make an exception.
Thank you!

The service at this hotel is some of the best we have ever experienced. Thank you for such a beautiful and relaxing stay. Will be recommending to all our friends.

SantAnna had such an amazing team. Always so kind and hospitable. This is a modern facility with so much space. We stayed in the Junior Suite and were surprised with how much space we had, it featured a living room with tv, lounge nook, bedroom space, and bathroom with divided shower and toilet. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Santorini. It’s within walking distance of Imervigoli and they offer a great transfer service to anywhere in Santorini for purchase. Very pleased with our stay.

Great facilities and amazingly friendly, acomodating staff with Sofia and the team always available to share great tips to explore the sight and restaurants on the island.

Excelente hotel boutique. Recomendo
Hotel incrível. Super intimista.

Good but needs improvement
Very kind staff and all employees always helpful
It was our third stay in santorini so we can compare the location as we stayed in Oia and thira before
Pro:
-Staff very kind
- rooms were cleaned perfectly
- design of hotel
-poolbar
Cons:
- Hotels location is not so close to the next village
- the pool side smells often horribly
- braekfast in the room was somehow fixed and unfortunately not so delicious i would rather have a la carte option instead
- it would be a great asset to have a small
Outdoor or indoor gym
