This is our 6th time to Santorini but our 1st time staying at The Galaxy suites.
The stay at Galaxy was amazing. The staff, the rooms, the pools all excellent. It feels so peaceful compared to other areas of Santorini that can feel chaotic but it’s easy enough to get to all the main island attractions. The most amazing sunsets every night and loads of beautiful restaurants in walking distance including the hotel restaurant- you literally don’t need to leave if you don’t want to. I wish I’d discovered this hotel sooner and we’ll 100% be coming back to stay here.

Our visit to Santorini was elevated with our stay at Gallaxy Suites. Our rooms were clean, private and quiet. The seaside sunset views were spectacular and thoroughly enjoyed from our jacuzzi on our private balcony. The topside restaurant, The Mustache, has unbeatable sunset views that were absolutely stunning. The food was great. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Full of suggestions and I felt they really looked after us to ensure a smooth and relaxing vacation.

We LOVED our stay at Galaxy Suites! Our room was spacious with ample closet space, and a comfortable sitting area. Our semi-private porch had lounge chairs, a table and chairs, and a hot tub. Our view of the Aegean Sea and the sunset was absolutely amazing. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The included breakfast was expansive, delicious, and was delivered to our room each morning.

We did pay for the experience and it was breathtaking ! The staff was the cherry on top ! Friendly and so eager to please and assist in all our needs . I would definitely return to this location . Probably one of the best infinity pools to see the sunset.

The staff was great and the room very comfortable.

The room’s pool is a bit small and there are occasions where people may pass in front of it so not completely private.

We loved our stay, our room was spacious, staff were attentive(especially great staff at the reception), the pools were great, we had no issues with reservations at the infinity pool and the pool near our room was basically just ours so it was nice for privacy. We dined at the restaurant and enjoyed everything we had. Breakfast was brought to our room which was great, with different options everyday. Now a few things could be improved like having glasses/cups for drinking water/making coffee in the room and the rooms were nice but could use some updating, like painting for example and a shower door/curtain to decrease flooding in the bathroom from the shower. Also the mattress was a bit rough but maybe it’s just me. Overall would stay again but some improvements could be made.

Superb!! Accommodation was excellent with own plunge pool & view over The Caldera. Also quiet and peaceful. Excellent location, half way between the bigger towns of Fira & Oei - so thankfully away from the touristy chaos but steps away from many restaurants, including lovely restaurant as part of hotel. Breakfast was included for us and excellent. Katie at Reception was amazing and nothing too much trouble. We had a scooter delivered to front door giving us great access to all areas and adventures on Santorini. I would highly recommend Galaxy Suites without hesitation.

Our stay at Galaxy Suites exceeded our high expectations. The property is gorgeous and in a terrific location in Imerovigli. Easily accessible for car transfers and by the footpath between Fira and Oia. Breathtaking views. The staff was phenomenal. Keti at the front desk was incredibly helpful, responsive and super nice. The rest of the staff was just as friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurant, Le Mustache, was excellent. A delicious breakfast was included each morning and contained more food than we could eat. We stayed in a 3 bedroom, which was perfect for a family of 5. We had a great plunge pool but found that we didn't really need it as the hotel has an incredible infinity pool and another pool onsight with plenty of spaces for sunbathing. My only recommendation would be to label the light switches in the room as there were a lot of them and it was not always intuitive as to which lights they controlled. A very minor suggestion on an incredible holiday property. We hope to return.

We stayed at Galaxy Suites for 5 nights at the beginning of our mini-moon. I honestly couldn't fault our stay everything was fabulous.

- All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
- The views from both the room and restaurant were incredible, especially for sunset over the Caldera
- Breakfasts were delicious and kept us going for most of the day
- We ate at the restaurant several times and the food was great quality
- Cocktails from the bar were very good too.
- The room was very nice and was well designed so that it felt private.
- The hotel is well located, having several good restaurants nearby but the area doesn't feel overly busy. It's easily walkable to get to Fira, and a nice hike to visit Oia

Overall it was the perfect relaxing way to kick off our mini-moon. We would definitely visit again!

I came to Santorini and did not know where to stay, whether it was Oia, Imerovigli, or Fira. I ended up choosing Galaxy Suites & Villas, and I made the right decision.

The hotel contacted me and let me know that my reservation was confirmed and I told them at that time that I was going to propose. They immediately upgraded my room to the honeymoon suite. We had beautiful views of the water, the islands and amazing sunsets. The pool on the balcony is great, and laying in the sun was amazing.

The upgraded suite was a beautiful gesture, and when we got to the hotel, every member of the staff from the concierge, managers, to restaurant employees were so friendly. They even checked in to see how the proposal went.

I would stay here again without a doubt!

This hotel is located between Oia and Fira so it’s easy to travel to either town with no hassles, whether it’s ATVs, taxis, your own car, etc.

Stop right here, you don’t need to look any further! Upon arriving the staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. They went out of their way to find us a buggy and rental car delivered to us at the hotel! That was amazingly helpful and made the whole vacation better! The view is the best! We even had an amazing view of clouds over the water one morning which made us feel like we were staying in the sky. They dissipated later into an amazing pool day at the infinity pool. We had a honeymoon suite, even though it was just me and my daughter on a girls trip. But we wanted the hot tub and larger room. It was beautiful, comfortable, close to everything and so easy! Be sure to reserve your cabana ahead of time for the infinity pool as there are only 4 covered cabanas and you don’t want to miss that! There are more uncovered ones, but it can be very hot in July. Staff at Le Moustache (pool restaurant) were friendly and gave very good service. Our room was very comfortable, when we needed something we were able to get it immediately. We walked down to reception simply because the staff was so helpful and it was nice talking with them. The kitchen staff even got me a coffee before breakfast with a smile on their face - thank you! This is one of the most beautiful places we have stayed and we stayed at another location on the island before this. The balcony and infinity pool were the best part of it! You will not be disappointed!

Its location in Imerovigli was exactly what we were looking for—unmatched views I’d the caldera and sunsets, walkable to many dining and shopping options, centrally located for trips to other parts of the island and a good mix of activity with peaceful quiet.

Galaxy is BEAUTIFUL, their location of the caldera view is impeccable hence i understand the price point. All staff within are incredibly friendly and they do treat you like family and remembers each of their guests. There are a few things that are unusual, firstly their reception for check-in is pretty hidden down a few flight of stairs with barely any signs to guide you there. The process for check-in is pretty informal and not what you would traditionally expect, but i guess this is a part of their charm and it does give you the boutique/family feel. The rooms are clean and modern, and they provide customized breakfast every morning at your selected times. The plunge pool is adorable and VERY hot, which i like but my husband had to ask them to adjust it lower. Overall a wonderful experience and i hope to visit them again

Premium Villa for awesome sunset view

Highly recommended for folks who are willing to shell out a premium to enjoy a perfect sunset view.

Galaxy’s balcony view is one of the best, and yet unlike other villas in Fira or Oia it is private enough to not feel intrusive by the constant tourists walking just outside the accommodation.

Breakfast was average as other villas offer a much better spread.

Location though is perfect as it’s 5mins drive from Fira where many awesome restaurants to fill your belly. Even nearby restaurant such as Four Seasons offer great Greek cuisine for a value price.

Moreover, the service staff is responsive. Just ask what you need and they will help :)

Pleasant stay, lovely view

Fantastic views, there was a lovely spot next to the jacuzzi to sit and enjoy the views in a morning. Very quiet in the morning which was nice, and also very clean. These are the reasons i scored it high.
We had room 19 which was a honeymoon suite, but unfortunately it was right next to the restaurant so we could hear the music and people were walking up and down the stairs to get to the toilet. So it wasnt as private as some of the other rooms. Room was dated and bed / pillows uncomfortable also we weren't able to get a late checkout unless we paid £250.
Essentially you are paying for the views. The room would definitely benefit from a little more comfort.

Our room was a bit outdated - furniture and features lacking comparatively. They shut the hot tub off at 1030pm, something we have never experienced at another place before. It also was not very hot. The overall stay was good. We enjoyed the hotel and infinity pool. Room cleaning service could be improved, our bedsheets weren't changed even once during our 4-night stay, also cleaner didn't give us new toilet paper when the old was gone, which was rather unusual. Otherwise, the food and breakfasts were decent. Every room has a jacuzzi or a swimming pool but be prepared that the jacuzzi is not working after 9 o clock or something like that. Again, very odd since who would have wanted to use a jacuzzi at 36 degrees... But the hotel staff was nice enough to turn it on for us after request.
